They answer there phone if. They are very professionalThey don'take patient s feel bad about there prescriptions, and don't argue with.the doctor I have had to change my pharmacy it now 2923 to SVMHRetail . I don't understand what happened to Walgreens they don't listen and are abrupt with customers maybe they are over worked as 127 /7/23 . So sorry The store how ever is wonderful

I made an order online for curbside pick up, and then I received a message half an hour later saying that my order was picked up despite not having picked it up. I did not get my money back after making it clear that my item was not given to me. I spoke with the manager over the phone and she told me to go get the money back, but every time I've been to the store she is not there. I spoke to another manager at the store and he said that he couldn't give me the money back because he isn't aware of the situation as he was not there. It's not fair that people steal so easily and that employees do not ask for identification before delivering someone else's products. Bad service.

ORDER ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!... I am currently restricted to shopping online due to a broken leg that keeps me from driving. I placed an order at this store after screening for items in stock. I then noted that I did NOT want any substitutions and included my phone number if the shopper had any questions. I received the wrong item and the store refuses to provide a refund unless I take it back to the store. A)that is not possible because I cannot drive-which is why I used delivery and B)they are not going to refund any delivery fees or tips involved with the driver (who should not have had the delivery in the first place if it had been canceled. )

Came here to pick up photos. Waited for 20+ mins just to be told that my order was not yet ready. I had gotten a text the night previous saying it was ready to be picked up. Long lines at both registers, cashiers nowhere to be found. Extremely disorganized management. Rude customer service.Update: came to pick up my photo order and the manager applied 50% off. Added a star for the gesture in customer service

This pharmacy has stopped notifying you when your prescription is ready. After waiting a week, I called and the prescription was still not filled. They never have my medication in stock and I have to wait over a week and call numerous times to get anything done.

This pharmacy doesn't even deserve a star at all for having an unprofessional pharmacist that didn't seem to care to get my information for her to know who's prescription not to get transferred nor cared to know that one of her employees was not doing their job right by not getting back to me in a timely manner to keep me posted about getting my son's prescription transferred to them and getting it filled. Almost two hours passed and this pharmacy failed to show they cared about my son's welfare. It's wrong in so many different levels.

Yesterday Ni went out of her way to make sure I got my prescription, even though there were a few bumps along the way. She went over and above to help smooth things out in a timely manner. I truly appreciated her professional yet compassionate care during their busiest time of the day! Thanks Ni!!

Went in to grab a few things at 6pm on a sunday, had to use the restroom so asked a worker if she could unlock it. She said it was closed for the rest of the night, pretty sure she just didnt want to get off the floor because she was restocking a shelf.

Went to Walgreens Pharmacy to receive the 2nd Moderna booster shot. I had a 10:15 am scheduled appointment filled out form then waited until they were ready for me. Scheduled an appointment September 11th 2022 at 2:15 p.m. administered the new up-to-date covid booster shot moderna and also administered the flu shot. Just a reminder don't forget to get your flu shot and you're up to date booster shot for Covid 19. I said my prayer; Lord let the shot be beneficial to me with no side effects, in the name of Jesus. Amen 👊😁🔆

I am no longer Walgreen's customer. My doctor send my prescription in the morning and when I went to pick it up, they said my doctor didn't send it and after that I called my my doctor and they said they're gonna send it again. The second time I went to pick up my medicine which is w hours later , they said it's not ready yet and there will be a 15 minute waiting time. I waited one hour. It was a horrible time for me!

I have always had the best professional and friendly service at Walgreens on North Main Street, Salinas CA...but today Tiffany who waited on me went way above her call of duty to assist me with items I needed and gave me the best overall experience I have had in a long time! Thumbs up Tiffany and Walgreens for shining like stars, and for helping to make my shopping there so pleasant and effortless 😊 Keep up the good work!!!!!

Am currently on hold and have been on hold for over 20 minutes!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!?!?!?! Message keeps repeating 2 callers ahead of me. I actually have 2 calls in to see just how bad is their phone customer response time. Screw them. Not worth my time. 25 minutes and counting...

Not recommended nothing to do with photos the just all over the place and they lost your orders, they don't have it or canceled it for you. Bad service 👎👎

Dropped off disposal camera on 1st of November. Never developed horrible service, did nothing to fix. They could of offered same day service. Don't go there to photos service.
