Ive stopped to pick up a few items for our pet cat. Target offers us curbside delivery. The young worker was courteous, very polite, friendly & on top of his work performance. My experience was very pleasant and non-confrontational job well done it only took eight minutes and & because what I viewed they had a lot of other vehicles picking up orders as well when I went to pick up our order.

I never thought I'd write a review for Target, much less a 5 star review - I mean, it's Target. Get what you need and go, right? But the employees at this particular Target have been fantastic every time I've gone in. They're polite, helpful, and seem genuinely interested in making sure you have a good shopping experience.

Stopped there to get a soda at 9pm. There was 2 registers open and the 4 self check out machines. There were like 20 people in line for the machines and 2 registers.There were people in self check out with 2 things but taking forever, which I thought was weird. I got up to the machine and it said “CARD ONLY.” My card chip malfunctioned and it took a minute for the self check out machine to allow me to try again.I thought this was Target, not the Dollar Tree? How are you just as bad as the Dollar Tree???????

Return desk was friendly and efficient.,shoe dept ,checkout,and woman's clothing was busy. checked out with self go out , that was quick.employees weren't very helpful,helpful ..kids everywhere,around.running with no one ,watching them,stuff all over,.. over all Bathing suits disaster.clothing on floor.

Target is one of my favorite stores. Definitely great customer service. I hope more people apply to the Starbucks inside Target. I spent 25 minutes waiting for one frappe.

I used their Drive Up service for the first time yesterday. It was easy and quick. I had barely clicked on the "I'm Here" button when the staff member came out with my order. A quick scan of the bar code on my phone was all that was needed before he loaded the items into my truck and I was able to leave. For someone who can't shop inside a store right now this was amazing!

I called about a defective PS5 controller and asked if they can fix it or replace it I haven’t had the controller for a month. They told me I need my original packaging I understand if I didn’t want to product and wanted my money back but for a warranty exchange. I asked what they can do they put on hold then hung up. I called multiple times now that same department will not answer now.

I don’t know what has happened at this Target but it was absolutely a horrible mess in most of the departments this last weekend! I couldn’t even shop the childrens clothing, clothes were off the hangers and under the racks on the floor! I don’t think anybody wants to work nowadays and they certainly don’t take any pride in their work! So sad to see!! was my favorite target!

I shop at 3 Targets: Salinas, Marina, & Sand City. I have to complement the Salinas store. The layout and organization in the Salinas store is so much better than the other 2 area stores. Products are always nicely displayed & easy to find. I love shopping the Hearth & Hand & kitchen sections especially. And Sudio McGee and Threshold items are the same, always easy to locate and nicely displayed. The Marina & Sand City stores need to replicate the Salinas store for a more pleasant shopping experience.

This is the worse store with drive up service in Monterey county, they take forever to bring up items and not only that half of the time they tell you that sorry but unfortunately one or more of the items you order are out of stock and they wait until the last minute to notify you about it!!!!I will literally take the extra mile and go to the Marina store, wonderful customer service!!

Fast and friendly service. Drive up feature is a life saver and so easy. Ordered via the app, parked in one of the convenient Drive Up sections and my order was promptly brought out to my trunk. Great job Target!

I had a bad interaction with a rude Customer service associate Mary Lou at the Salinas location. She was rude abrasive and not friendly at all or willing to help me with a price adjustment. Luckily a kind worker Anahi came and knew exactly how to help jumped in very knowledgeable with the target app and was able to assist me.

I visited my local target store this evening looking for a specific baby item (baby bouncer), that I very much needed as it was a last minute gift. I was sure they had because prior to going, I looked online. As I approached that particular aisle I was disappointed to see that there were no more boxes. I asked someone who directed me back to an empty spot i was already confronted with but by chance I came across a team member in that aisle named John, who asked me if I was doing okay and after explaining my situation he scanned the display item and brought one from the back! Customer service skills were great! I was so in a rush I hadn't properly thanked him for his wonderful help as he took that one extra step to have me leaving a very much satisfied customer!

They had everything I needed. However, checking out was not the greatest experience. The casher did not greet me, was not friendly, and did not offer me a bag I had to ask for it myself. I went during my lunch time and was trying to get my kids school supplies but when I went to check out there was this huge line. Thankfully they opened more register but even then this cashier did not speed up the process to get the costumers out. There are ways to be fast and cortious and he was neither of them.

Had to bring dog in because it was really hot in car. I had over 100.00 worth of merchandise I was buying. I was ushered politely out of store. You would think they could at least let me buy what was in my cart.They we helpful before but not today.

Target really stepped up their game with order pickup in store and drive up. The layout inside the store is a bit different with the order pickup being located outside of the customer service area. The staff was very helpful and even though they were with a customer they took the time to notify me of where i could pick up my order.

I don't think non service animals should be allowed in the store especially if the animals aren't trained to be around others. This lady had two dogs barking really loud and jumping out of the cart at everyone who passed by her.Another thing, when I was checking out there were so many steps to pay, I didn't know I had to press 'skip' to bypass the target number input so I put my card in and it didn't work. I had to reinsert my card twice. The cashier laughed then turned to my boyfriend and asked "Is this her first time paying for something?" I don't see why he felt the need to laugh at me and make that comment, it wasn't nice. I made a mistake I guess that makes me stupid.

I did not know that there was a limit to which to do returns without a receipt, I had a few presents to returns and unfortunately I was not provided with a gift receipt. I was upset because they give you only $100 within a year. I had to either take someone else with an ID or wait a year. I called Corporate spoke with Benny, I think he gave me a fake name, his attitude as soon as he picked up the line was horrible and over talked when I was speaking. I did not mind having store credit but their service with an attitude was not called for. If your not happy where you are then don't work there to give customers a hard time. Not all customers are a Karen.

This Target is absolutely wonderful. If you guys don't like the mess then i suggest you stop making it,and encourage other people to pick up the cloths they drop, or the shoes they try on. Also if it gets packed with people in the check lanes,they always call for back-up and employees make their way over to get guest on their way. Moreover, employees do make the effort to get things organized and stuff off the floor, but guest just LOVE to throw everything right back on the floor as soon as a employee make their way over to sort other stuff out.. Really not Targets fault.

Overall, I love my local Target (Salinas, CA)The store is very clean and organized, it's easy to find things, and for whatever reason it isn't it's easy to find someone to help you. Great diversity of product. Always enough check outs and willingness to open more if needed. I'm sure there is more things I'm not thinking about at this moment.

Went here to get a jewlery container, I didnt know where to look so I asked a person that worked there since they moved everything around. Employees there do not know where anything is at. They should really learn where things are in their store. They had me circle target 2. Good return policy tho, got books for my birthday; I had no gift reception but they gave me a gift card. Very happy with the prices here. I do wish they had more a selection/ variety of everything besides clothes. Very service dog friendly.

I had just left a Walmart in complete disarray and with a bitter taste left from the customer service I experienced at the competitors store. As soon as I entered the store I found and an associate (JUAN) and was quickly directed to what I was searching for with a smile and a cheery attitude. When I went to pay I was helped by Tanya she shared that her shift was a bit difficult but there would have been no one I would have known if i didn't ask. She had an infectious smile and joyous attitude to match. Thank you Target for having High Standards as a frequent shopper I notice.
