I have been a satisfied customer at this store since the day it opened.Unfortunately, I will NEVER set foot in that store again because one of their employees told my Iranian friend/neighbor to never return/shop there again because he is Iranian. My friend also has been a satisfied customer for years and did not know what to say, he has NOTHING to do with the war. He is a good kind man who wouldn’t hurt a fly.I am thinking of boycotting this store after I help my friend find a good attorney to sue them.

One of my fav grocery stores with great taste! I hate that they close so early and even worse when only one register is open with more than 40mins left on the clock. Not until someone makes a face is when the manager decided to actually help and open another line tonight.

My husband went to go pick up an order and they were refusing to give it to him even when he told them his name and what the order was. And once we got home we noticed that they just tossed chips in our bag by them selfs. chips were also hard to eat. Like if they been out for hrs. Honestly this was the worst experience we ever had just to pick up an order we already paid for. The food was good (except the chips ) but the people who work need more training

I’m rating the takeout food. I’ve been looking for a good place to get a quick and cheap burrito. The burrito I got here was really good and they give you a free baggie of chips. I got two super burritos (one was for my boyfriend), the chips, salsas, and limes- all for about $17. Would definitely come back. I want to try the breakfast burritos. The menu says they’re $5. Can’t wait.

I love and hate Santa Fe I love their products and prices. Hate their customer service in the meat department from the females they are so rude and they get annoyed when you're ordering more than one item no matter how nice you are to them they make you feel un wanted and like it's a burden to help you with a bad attitude I don't like leaving bad reviews but I'm tired of it! Thanks to their customers they have a job that's how I see it because I also work customer service and I treat them as I want to be treated. I understand when someone giving them a hard time but I don't when people are nice to them. On the other hand the males working in the meat department are nice and welcoming and the rest of the staff on the floor/cashiers are also nice and welcoming thank you

These place needs customer service training in some of the managers. They walk around like robots with no greetings or smiles. Most of them don’t even understand why they’re there in the management position. Also their meat lately smells and is not quality. I recommend Salinas Fresh Produce meat department .Good prices and quality .

I like the way you can get Real Mexican food and stuff is not out ragest prices!They have fresh Butcher's cuts also have many hot dishes you can eat HERE! The food has always been very good. I have been coming here for about three years now anyway trying it out would not HURT but Sunday's are busy but the lines move fast

Can't believe the service here. I went to get some meat on memorial day and noticed they had given me the wrong type of meat. I returned to the store on Wednesday in order to return it and I was told that this "Was All My Fault" and that I should have checked the meat before hand. I can't believe that people who are butchers don't now the difference between beef and pork! Never again please rethink buying meat from this place definitely not making that mistake again!

Lady serving my Carne asada didn't know how to make my food (no Pico, extra meat, extra cheese) still missed my food up. She couldn't even say im sorry instead she was talking in Spanish like I don't freaking understand her.

Tried to buy some cooked foods. But waited a long time and none of the ladies behind the counter said a word to me?! Not one person asked:”How can I help you?” Terrible service! Plus they don’t practice good hygiene. Everything looks dirty. Will never go there again!

Terrible service and gnats in the food here! We waited in line for service here for a half an hour then when we arrived at the register, the lady tried to charge $4 extra for rice in a rice and beans burrito that originally comes with rice and beans and that's all posted "rice and bean burrito $2"then she called the manager and after everything they still persisted to say that the lady was correct and I peered over at the trays of food and saw flies lying dead in the rice aaaaaaahhhhhh!

I just wandered into this place...pretty much a grocery store making up 3\4ths of the floor space and a a la carte hotbar I guess you'd call it. Lots of different dishes that looked and smelled delicious. All I got was a half lb of carnitas and a Coke. It was so good....as good as it smelled. I'd recommend this place to most anybody. Not one thing fancy about it. They got fancy in Pebble Beach and places like that. You know what I'm talking about...elitist dives where the clientele aren't happy unless they pay too much. Not this place . Delicious food at a good price. Give it a try. I think you'll be glad you did. Btw it's next to Harbor Freight on South Main St.

Was there today at the meat counter and having a good experience, like usual. I was buying meat and on my last order I saw a Phillipino looking guy started punching numbers at the scale (and I saw how the price was increased) and input a more expensive chicken price. The kid helping me out, didn't agree with it and looked at him but did nothing. The Phillipino stared back at him (gave a look like he had to go along with it). I was in a hurry and felt like sorting this out would take longer (and wss only a 60 cent difference) so, I said nothing but am here making the announcement.Cuidado con un empleado del departamento de la carne que se ve como filipino, el va y cambia el precio de la carne cuando la esta pesando o otros empleados estan pesando la carne. A mi me paso hoy!

I used the spray bottle marked Alcohol in the entrance to clean my cart and there was no paper towels to wipe it down. My Daughter noticed at the checkout counter that my brand new shirt had a stain on it. It was a bleach stain. The bottle marked Alcohol had bleach in it!I complained to the Manager and I'm waiting for someone to contact me from their Corporate office. Hopefully, they will replace the cost of my new blouse.

Food decent, BUT HOW CHEAP CAN YOU GET! The salsa cups are meted out very frugally, one at a time (to be sure that U don't take too much sala?? or more than one kind?? Give me break!To Go order had only one diddly-squat napkin! Saving money on napkins. Some real cheapskates run this place. Hard to believe they get away with it ( probably draw customers from the market) considering how much competition there is. Go to Gutierrez 1/2 mi away. Open salsa bar!

Great place to pick up something for the grill.Got a well stocked and staffed meat counter. Also have a lot of tasty food already prepared and a dining area.Prices reasonable, lots of fresh produce.

Clean outgoing friendly service. Willing to help you in all your needs. No more than two people in line. By third person a new register is open. Great mexican produce. Great selection of mexican treats and cookies.. Reasonable parking. You want to aviod all the choas. They open at 9am . be there. You are in an out asap. Aftre 2pm very busy.

Bought $10 worth of food at the food court and paid for a $2 bag of rice while I was there. As I was getting into my car to leave, 2 security guards came up and accused me of stealing the rice. Embarrassing. Never going back again.
