24 hours after my Dr. electronically sends Rite Aid my 3 prescriptions they are still not ready. The girl that answered the phone asked me if I wanted them today. Nahhhhhh....I like the way the infection in my ear feels. This place is terrible. No wonder they are at the bottom of the list concerning customer service.

Really bummed that they changed their opening hours to 8am ☹️ really loved it when they used to open at 7 as i sometimes would do a “rite aid” run on my way to work, i hope this changes again in the future

I call at least a day in advanced to refill a prescription here and every single time I end up waiting for them to fill it when I pickup at the time they tell me. This last time, I asked to refill a prescription and I'm told it will be ready the next day. 24hrs later I come to pickup and the refill request ISN'T EVEN ON FILE.I'm changing pharmacies, most rite aid pharmacies I've been to have it together but certainly not this one.

Awful experience. Low quality service. Refused to contact insurance when issues came up. Another pharmacy had zero problems filling same scripts with same info.Put on hold anytime I've asked for assistance on the same issue, unprofessional rude and discourteous.

There daily because with all the rush in other stores this store is conveniently close to my home and very friendly staff . Occassionally long line but still enjoy this location...

Went to get ice cream at 5:45pm, no one to serve ice cream. Lady working cashier said it was closed, made no effort to get someone or help us get ice cream. A real bummer.
