I am very disappointed and angry with this PetSmart location. I booked an appointment for my dog Mancha's. She did not require a haircut since her hair is very manageable. She did need a bath and de-shedding process, since her specific breed sheds a lot and it can become quite hectic at times. When she was picked up from her appointment, there where some patches of hair missing, some areas that exposed some bleeding and some looked like her coat was yanked. This isn't the first she has received a bath or de-shedding at a store, which is what baffled me. I called the groomer just to get informed that no one cut her hair or such. Yet the proof is clearly visible. Certainly won't be returning to this shop anymore.I am a big fan of PetSmart in general, but unfortunately i am very disappointed after today's events.

Greeted upon arrival, every time. Mostly friendly staff - the groom room is like a party (in the best, most professional way). And they usually have a good stock. If your puppy is an excited pee-er like mine, they do have cleaning supplies sprinkled around the store.

Salinas petsmart is one of three stores I shop at for my animals. This store has the largest selection of food and toys. Prices are average to expensive which I place on the seller not the store. It's pretty crazy that the sellers make the food bag twice as big as the product inside. Just like a bag of chips it doesn't even fill half the bag sometimes. This store has a variety of items to take care of your pets when they are sick, they often have new things in stock that I would have to order online to get. It's always clean and the people working are friendly. There is a kitten who I am trying to find a home for so I took these pictures to share with them as first time cat owners.

I took my 7month old German Shepard to get groomed and let me tell you Tiffany did an amazing job!! She looked so fluffy, soft and fresh!! Her claws looked amazing!! I'm so happy that she was happy when I picked her up. And glad they kept her safe while she was away from me❤ totally worth the $$ I will be bringing Rosie here again! Thank you ladies!! Your work is valued and amazing.

HORRIBLE! Poor customer service and so much attitude. Was my first time taking Lola to get groomed. Stood outside the store for 10min waiting for the lady who was sweeping the entrance to let me in, ask me a question, or guide me through the process. She ignored me for a whole 10min until she finally pointed to a button I apparently had to press. Once I pressed it some girl came to open it and completely ignored me with her EarPod in. I said good morning to 2 people and each of them ignored me and walked away. I was left alone and I proceeded to walk to the grooming area. When I got inside it was completely empty and nobody was there to help or for me to ask questions. I finally ran into the First Lady who ignored me and she said she would go ask but then proceeded to continue to do her tasks and completely ignored me. After a few minutes one of the vets came in and had the worst attitude asking if I had an appointment. She went into a room and after waiting around and getting no help I just walked out. When I got to my car the lady came running out saying the girl who had scheduled with me was almost there. At this point I was completely dissatisfied and did NOT feel comfortable leaving my girl Lola there. Will NEVER be going here again.

They are in process of rearranging store... No one knew about the products they were stocking( at least not in the area I was looking) not were they willing to go look or ask if they still carried the item I was looking for( until I asked them to ask someone if they were reordering it or had it in back stock).. she came back and said if I didn't see it, they PROBABLY didn't have it any longer, but deliveries were in a day or so, if I wanted to come check again. Not exactly helpful, if you know what I mean. It was in the cat food area.

Grooming salon is unprofessional. They make changes without telling the clients and when you show up to your appointment with the Email saying the appointment time they disregard it and tell you they have nothing till next month.If you're looking for grooming look else where. AGAIN. If you are looking for GROOMING, STAY AWAY!

Great staff! Always a treat at this location watching all the thief's get serviced the f out. Guy that runs the fish dept is awesome, also one of the lady leaders i believe she a manager but should be the main boss. Always willing to help. I think the main boss bald headed guy just sits in the office cause you just see him sitting there everytime that door opens.

I love this place. They have everything. They can match prices to online. So if it is cheaper online then in store they will give you the online price. Very friendly people. Sometimes understaffed. But overall great friendly people and they know what they are talking about. The grooming services they offer are well priced and do a very great job. They have many choices to fit people's wanting. Would reccomend

Unfortunately there were a lot of dead fish in the tanks. Some where there long enough to make the water cloudy with decaying fish.I saw a fair number of employees moving around the store, but when I got in line it was stretching back to the training area with 11 people in it. One checkout lane open.This store used to be well maintained, but today I was not impressed.

Stopped in to get a better fitting harness for my wife's yorkie. Easy to find, fast checkout. Ended up wondering around and the employees made sure to ask if we needed any help. Great customer service.

This petsmart has some good groomers but the manners of their groomers is so rude and disgusting. I walked in to check in my dog and a groomer was there giving a dog a hair cut and the dog was being a dog moving around a bit and she literally says "Ugh I'm tired of dogs like this. I will call animal control on you." This groomers said this like nothing too didn't even care that I was standing right there when she was yelling at this dog. Trust me when she seemed serious about what she was saying.

I called a month ago to get my small dog a nail grind. The girl said we're only taking appointments for nail grind. Then I call to make an appointment & another girl says we're only taking walk-ins.I walk-in on Saturday @ 3:55 pm & ask for a nail grind for my small dog (they weren't busy) & the girl says we're almost ready to close (so nail grind for my dog). When you call for salon hours it says for this store 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Very poor customer service.

A very well stocked and enjoyable store. I love taking my doggie with me when I go shopping for pet supplies and she's very welcome in this store. The staff is friendly and helpful if you can't find anything or need recommendations. They have grooming and vet services available as well, so it's an all in one place for pet needs. Impressive.

They have a decent supply of dogs stuff. Nothing special. I took two stars off because most the employees are really rude. If they are not "forgetting" that im waiting for further assistance with a high shelf, heavy or locked item either then they are creepily stalking me through the store like weirdos..
