Poor level of service and communication. Pharmacist had no compassion and was unwilling to deliver necessary medication even though we were in the store before closing time (poor staffing and long lines cause us to get to the register pretty close to pharmacy closing time (not store closing)), our physician had just made an extra, above and beyond, after his hours, effort to call around to find a pharmacy with the needed medication explaining the urgency. Failure!

I had a good "standard CVS experience" at this store. My prescriptions are filled quickly, and the pharmacy pick-up line is typically short.I always use the self-checkout stations without difficulty.Overall a very standard CVS experience.

RUDE!I was shopping and asked to use the restroom. I was directed to the back. There was an out of order sign on the door. The other restroom was occupied, so I waited. A female exited and shut it saying I needed to get a manager. I told her I was a customer and she she was told to keep it locked. I walked to the pharmacy where she was working. I inquired how to get the manager and she ignored me. She then asked another employee to call for someone. The cashier at the pharmacy then asked how she could assist me. She then told me I could not use the restroom. She was nice and respectful in her communication. The female who initially assisted me was RUDE. Working today, 12/22/21 at 2:50pm. Long hair blondish hair, partially tied up in back. She should not be customer facing with that poor attitude m. I will not return.

Worst customer service at pharmacy. All cvs use the same system . Hope that employee get a more coffee to do a better job!

Desafortunadamente últimamente no e tenido buenas experiencias en la farmacia aparte de que algunos empleados son tan in profesionales la espera por los medicamentos es demasiado tiempo aún después de tres a cuatro días que mi doctora embio la prescripción a un así me hicieron esperar más de una hora por el medicamento y solo para que me dieran unos que no me son tan importantes como las de mi diabetes y alta presión además la tienda está muy sucia carritos de la tienda con productos para ubicar en los estantes por todos los pasillos 🍏
