Waited in line for 5 minutes to pick up RX, I was the last one in line. Finally I get to the counter and the girl says sorry we’re closed. I’m like, I was in line and waiting well before closing time, you waited on everyone else. She rudely says sorry and walks away. I drove 20 minutes there and was there in plenty of time. Terrible customer service, not that it matters they don’t hold anyone accountable for anything anymore.

The pharmacist here on North Main St CVS inside Target never comes in on time, supposed to open at 9am people are always waiting it is now 9:25 am and we're still waiting

This is TRULY the WORST pharmacy I’ve been to. CVS usually good but they never have stuff ready on time, always out of many medications, and staff rude and so slow. Be prepared for at least a 30 minute wait from lines too. I stopped taking medication rather than deal with the CVS and started anew at another pharmacy. Avoid like it has Covid

There were 4 pharmacy staff and nobody bothered to answer the incoming phone call. It was annoying to hear " One pharmacy call waiting" for a long time. Also, a new pharmacist was not helpful and rude. Time to move to another pharmacy.

They're great as far as the staff is concerned in fact awesome. CVS mobile app however is a complete disaster. Very slow and unreliable, Strange to me because you'd think a company as established and diverse could at least hire or contract a decent or top notch web master.

Muy molesta con el servicio lo dejan en espera por 30 minutos pero al final nadie contesta.Hable de nuevo y me dejaron en espera y nuevamente nadie contesto!!Es frustrante ver la manera de ignorar las llamadas en espera!!!Estoy consiente que tienen muchas personas que atender pero tambien deverian de atender las llamadas😡!!!
