Pharmacy service has been good. They let me know when they could not get my Rx, so I could make alternate arrangements, but they're nearly always able till fill my Rx. Pharmacist gave covid vaccine even though I was late for my appointment. Other staff helped locate an obscure item - she looked 3 places butvstuck with mecand found it.

Used to be good. Went way downhill. They never have my medication. In the last 3 months I've had to go at the very least 2 days without my prescription every time I've tried to fill it. Always for the same reason. "They don't have enough."

Prescriptions should be filled as, customer right in front of you, then waiters..doctors rx's called in. I should not have to wait 10 minutes on the phone before being hung up on. I had a 30 minutes drive to the pharmacy to pick up 2 Prescriptions, antibiotics and pain med. I called in advance and still had to wait 40 minutes

This is definitely one of the worst cvs's I've ever been too. The shelves are empty. And the items they do have are just throwing everywhere. They have like 2 of the 25 colognes they offer. Their drink coolers are all half empty. I don't think they care anymore. Great job 👍.

Pharmacist seems to always be work on your prescription. Then it takes 15 minutes for it to finally be filled. I guess this is what CVS call good customer service.The RX use to be the best!!! I really miss the old team.

Once again another three day wait .Staff is nice but pharmacist is overwhelmed or incompetent or both. Mgmt needs to staff up to adequately serve customers. Standing in line for the pharmacy locals talk about it's pure luck if your script is done on time. Heading for day four of wait for meds.

The two lady’s that work in the pharmacy were extremely rude because my heart medication was sent to the other CVS by mistake. To make matters worse Allie said well the pharmacist might be able to give you three pills but that is only if he Wants to which I found rude and threatening to say to a customer who desperately needs to take medication for a heart condition.

I give this pharmacy/pharmacists 5 stars I have several different prescriptions each month to fill and instead of doing the easy way they help me find the cheapest and most convenient way for me to get my medication! Thanks veirra canyon team you guys rock!!!
