The pharmacists at this location have some serious issues and treat patients badly. I have let rhem know that the medication is for my disabled sister and these woman will power trip and make me wait even though the medication is ready. It’s an unethical way to relate to PATIENTS.Why are people like this in this type of position? My sister called and they told her it had been ready since 1:30 pm and nobody came, I tried to pick it up at 1:30pm and one of them told me she was going to lunch and it would be ready at 2:30 pm then I came at 2:30 and she wasn’t ready!!!!! This person should be sued because my sister is bed ridden and disabled and is being treated this poorly by this person. We are definitely thinking of changing out our services to a different pharmacy…. The problem that I read on a lot of people’s reviews of this pharmacy is that we live close by and why should we as consumers and patients have to go out of our way. May these women get exactly what they deserve, no reason to play with people’s lives this way. It’s awful!!!!!!!!

The girls in the pharmacy are very dull and don't seem to know how to find anything unless you call your doctor and then some how it appears. I have had horrible experiences here with the manager being rude and staff playing dumb (or they probably just are) and I've tried to push through, because I live so close but dealing with ignorance and attitude isint worth it. Worst CVS in Salinas. Even the CVS on Laurel Dr is better and they are the most busy. Sucks I have to switch to Walgreens now🤦‍♀️

Shouldn't verbally give a time frame of a prescription will be ready if you can't fulfill it by 2 HOURS. My mother was told her Rx would be ready by 10, get there a lil after 11 still not ready. Told it would be another 15-20 mins.. wasn't finally checked out until almost 12. So I get to be over an hour late to work.. thank you CVS. One of the many reasons why I switched to a different pharmacy 10 years ago.

The sign says buy one and take 50% off the second one, so I bought two, but when I scanned it during check out, it was both at regular price. Seems like I was being scammed by those tricky signs. Not a good place to shop.

On March 3rd, I went to get my first COVID-19 vaccine shot, and of course I was bit excited and a bit nervous. But the minute I walked in the nerves went away, right away I was greeted and checked in they explained the process. So organized and no fuss. Everyone involved were all beyond helpful and friendly. They all made me feel at ease and glad I chose that location to recieve such and important shot. Thank you all for the amazing important work that you do.

I have been using CVS Boronda for years now. Since it changed from Longs drugstore it has gone downhill fast. As of today. I am moving my business elsewhere. Staff are unfriendly, look miserable and unhappy. One staff member, for sure has never been friendly, smiled and in fact has been downright rude. No personal touch or even hint of caring about people. Just handing out drugs. Feel sorry for people who have to go there. I have choice and I'm outta there. I know they don't care. Just less work for them.

This is the worst store ever. Staff is so unprofessional and look so unhappy working there.All I needed was an exchange and was told I wasn't able to and had to see the store manager and wasnt able to use the 40 percent off. I called the 1800 number and I was told to go to a different store and I would get my exchange. I will take my business elsewhere. I will never go back again.

Worst pharmacy in Salinas, CA. I dropped off my prescription at 9:05 am, I was told that it would be ready in half an hour. I went back at 9:45 and it still was not ready and they did not had it ready until 10:05 am. Non of the staff was even kind enough to apologize. And it’s not the first time. Need a pharmacy? Look somewhere else.
