RUN don’t walk away from this store, staff was confrontational and started pointing at imaginary signs with imaginary rules. When I asked where the sign that she pointed at was she proceeded to call a supervisor that did NOT bother de-escalating the situation and instead just reiterated the same thing his staff had told me over and over again, after explaining to him in GREAT detail he finally understood how wrong his staff member was and finally let me check out. Won’t be coming back to a store with power tripping staff anytime soon.

Customer service at the self check is terrible now. An employee used to get you a box and scan the large or heavy items in the cart. This time, the employee just harassed me about not having a picture on my membership card and only offered "help" when I stepped away to get my own box. He helped by putting all the items back in my cart and pushing it aside.

Recieving will unload everyone else before they start on you. Slow and unmotivated. And then the unloader will drive the fork lift to his car a few times while you've been docked for an hour and 45 minutes.

Wow very weird experience. Just went in and saw the sale on tri tip. What does it say you you? To me it clearly says a discount per pound. I buy four as I'm leaving I see it wasn't not charged as that so I went to the customer service and the manager that looks like panic at the disco, you know the manager he has rings in his ear about 10 centermeters dilated, tells me he would not honor the sign. Than tells me it means off final price not per pound. I ask him if he could honor the sign becuase it says per pound. He says with joy to his face he will not and I could return it. He actually gave me a weird look like pleasured by the denial. I didn't Karen out on him I. When he gave me that creep bliss face I just returned the tri tip and left. I see this guy and the thousand yard stare all the time. I'm always nice when I'm at the costco and spend alot of money their I think I'm not gonna do that anymore.

Never order by phone a big order of pizzas because there are never ready on time. I order four pizzas two cheese to pepperonis told them to be ready by five and they were not ready by five. Worst customer service.

We have a bunch of room in the back of the store where plenty of room to have some one recycle bottle to help with business. Just bought the new roast beef sandwich 🥪 I asked if fresh they said"yes" well the bread was hard around edges and ithe bread was so moist of the relish that's inside,no purple onions as shown. Sandwich was surely last night's! It's $9.99. Costco food court is good food and prices but not on this one item....

Most of the time it's great. Good to occasionally compare prices to Walmart and other big box stores. Just buying in bulk didn't make sense of you don't need it or won't go through the purchases before they start getting stale. Also, ordering ahead at the Food Court doesn't save much time as others are doing the same thing and long lines still form and you've got to get in that line. Appreciate the good attitude of most employees, but they still have the grumpy/grouchy looking guys or gals.

I had a rude experience with a worker who had a superiority complex.I think her name was Liz. We used the self check out lane for a large cart, we always do this and other workers are always very helpful and provide good customer service. But with this one she was reprimanding and making it seem that we were un welcomed and we were a burden to her and then she was telling another new worker, I’m assuming, right in front of us to never let others pass into self checkout have them go to the regular register if they have this much. That was outright rude.

Had a very positive experience shopping at Costco today, Fernando was very kind and helpful I needed an electric cart and they were all taken he told me to wait a minute while he gets one I decided to just go in without one but he still sent someone to find me with one! made my shopping trip so much more comfortable and truly showed he cared about my costumer experience thank you so much Fernando!

Great variety of Hispanic inspired merchandise. Worth the 1.5hr drive since the SLO Costco doesn’t have a lot of the merchandise that’s offered here. *Nido powder milk* my #1 thing to get here and Jarritos mineral water in glass bottle. I was shocked at how busy it was but the checkout lines moved fairly quickly.

Costco is way too expensive these days. I go there for a select couple items. Besides that do your shopping elsewhere unless you have a lot of money to waste

This one star only goes to an employee her name is Celeste. My family n I were in the line to pay for our groceries she happens to toss OUR stuff in the check out line did not acknowledge that my 4 yr old was close by and almost hit my son w the grocery cart and to add she had an attitude face. I happened to see her name tag. Everyone happens to have a bad day at some point, understandable. But pls dnt let it out on customers.

Well, 1/2 hr on line in food court. Employees are purposely slow with now urgency even when both lines were stack with customers. No offense meant but seems like they seek handicap people for this type service. No good Guess beggars can’t be choosers.

My experiences are always great at Costco.. but we came by on New Year's Eve for some last minute items. It was not busy at all, but when we walked out there was an older lady with glasses that yelled at us. There is typically two lines when you head out of this Costco and an employee on each side to which you hand your receipt. There was a younger guy on my right side that I handed my receipt to, but he nodded at us so we thought we were free to go; instead an older lady on my left side shouted at us angrily, snatched the receipt from my hand and marked it. She was very rude. I understand it's New Years and she was likely in a rush to head home (since they closed at 6pm today) but there was no need for her poor attitude. I hope this review is brought to her attention and she works on improving her customer service, and attitude towards others.

Waste of time. Used to get packs of 1gallon water jugs… been there three times within last month - they always run out of it. Not coming back, huge waste of time, can’t check online if it’s in stock or not at the actual store, only to come in and be disappointed over and over again. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for you to keep everything stocked, especially an essential like that. Canceling my membership - goodbye.

Like any other Costco just be extra careful in the parking lot. I don't know why all Costcos have hectic parking lots. Usually is stocked well and nice staff.

Always had the most awesome snacks and fruit. Workers aren't so friendly. Checkers are awesome tho. Great place!
