This is the second time I’ve brought my almost 10 year old pup, Bella, in for her nails to be trimmed. She has arthritis so sometimes when I lift her leg to trim it myself, it causes a flare up and her leg spasms. I am also not confident in my own nail trimming job. Vicky is quick and accurate. Bella’s nails are trimmed and filed. No rough spots. She was all smiles when we left.

My dog smelled so amazing after I took him here. Nails trimmed perfectly. Vicky was very helpful and answered all my questions with exemplary service. More than worth the price of admission. Highly recommended! Schedule as far in advance as you can!

We have taken our 2 dogs here for several years. They are friendly and do a fantastic job. We used to drive from Manteca just to bring them there. Now we are a bit closer and still love the service. I highly recommend Chez Pooche!!

Been calling for more than 2 weeks to make an appointment for my puppy ...left her ( vicky) 4 messages but she never response.They don't answer phone so i left messages but still can't get hold of her.😌😣😌

Dropped my 7 pound dog off for grooming today and when i picked her up, the lady only gave her a bath and trimmed her nails. She was still dirty with dirty circles under eyes and still gunk on her whiskers. I checked her nails and they didnt even trim her back feet. Cost me $20 for some shotty work that I could have done myself and didnt even get the services i asked for. The lady had TERRIBLE customer service. Think twice before going to her establishment.
