From start to finish our two bathroom remodel and powder room refresh went as smooth as silk. Everyone is incredibly professional. All the stages of the process were explained and we were kept updated as to what was going to happen daily. The crew was friendly and a pleasure to work with. The tile setters are artists! Everything turned out beautiful. And, the attention to making sure our tile and wood floors were protected was amazing. They cleaned up thoroughly every day which was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't be happier with our new bathrooms.

When we were thinking of doing a kitchen remodel we were afraid it would take too long. KitchenCrate came out gave us the proposal, we had a design meeting and once the project started everything from start to finish took 5 weeks. It was great to work with one company to get everything accomplished as opposed to having to work with many subcontractors. The kitchen looks amazing as we went from a small kitchen to a much larger kitchen by expanding into the nook and adding more cabinets, drawers and a coffee bar. The design meeting with the professional designer was super helpful since we are not great at envisioning things. The crews that came in were always reliable, on time and probably most importantly, I felt comfortable with them in my home. Chris was an engaging sales rep and we were given realistic expectations about the options and the cost. Lindsay is highly recommended, and although we changed some of the colors later, she was able to ensure that we had a coordinated design. The work overall was of a very high standard and when we had a permit delay and some concerns about the project management, a phone call to Scott, CEO, quickly resolved the issues. Jake, the Operations Director, stepped in and delivered a first class result. We are delighted with our master bathroom and despite the delays, some Covid related, it was well worth waiting for!

Our journey to a kitchen makeover began a few years ago when we started following KBCrate on social media. After seeing many happy customers’ beautiful kitchens and bathrooms we decided it was time to make our own dream come true. Scott Monday’s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every project and was a big part of our decision to entrust our kitchen to KBCrate. From the very first interaction, which was the first phone call with Paula for a consultation, to the final day of work on our kitchen, was truly a wonderful experience. The timeline we were given that outlines what work is being done for each day of the project was so helpful to us because we knew what to expect. Crate came highly recommended by a neighbor and did not disappoint. The two main reasons we selected them were: 1) they give you a daily schedule of what will be accomplished which they meet or exceed 2) they do excellent quality work. We were surprised to find they place a self imposed penalty in the contract if they were to go over the completion date, I don’t know of anyone in the industry who does this and it shows how confident they are in their scheduling.The experience with Daniel, who assisted us in developing the remodel of our master bath, was refreshing. As we described our plan we discovered it would take us over budget, Daniel took all our needs and wishes in consideration and developed a plan we were very happy with that stayed within our budget. All of the workers were on time, polite, frequently checked in with us to see if the job was going as anticipated, cleaned up every day and they were all easy to converse with, I would even go so far as to say they were fun! Richard who oversaw the job kept regular contact and quickly responded to any questions we had. I want to start off by saying K&B Crate exceed our expectations. My husband and I have been doing some renovation to our home, and we have had good experience and unfortunately we also had a very bad experience with a very big project, and so we were very apprehensive coming into this this project.The project started with Daniel (great guy) coming to our home to tells us about the company and to get an idea of what we want done. Daniel really listened to us, took great notes and also gave us a rough estimate of the cost.On the second visit from Daniel he arrived at our home with a detailed proposal of the project. It was here that we were able to see that not only did Daniel produce a proposal that matched our vision very well, he was able to figure out details that were important to us and made sure that those were included.The next appointment was at the Tile and Stone sore with Daniel, Casey (interior designer, lovely woman) and Brian (stone fabricator, and another great guy). During that meeting we spent about three hours selecting all the finishes for the project. Having the professionals there while my husband and I picked out what we wanted really helped to keep everything running smoothly. As most couples know, there is always different view points that can sometimes be difficult to resolve, but that was not the case here. That is a huge plus for us. We left that appointment very pleased and excited about getting the work done.Next we met with Richard (project manager and also a great guy) who presented us with the construction schedule. Richard explained all we could expect, and became the point of contact for the remaining of the project.The work started, and right from the get go we could see that not only did all the workers care about the quality of their work, but they also cared about our space. The dust abatement was amazing - we did don't see any dust spill into the rest of our home. All the workers were just great guys who were respectful and very professional. At the end of each work day Ricard would give us an update and remind us of what we could expect the following day. K&B Crate did everything they promised and more. The peace of mind that we experienced throughout this whole project is worth the cost. We just love the results and are now ready to have K&B Crate do more work for us. Bravo K&B Crate!!! We had just purchased our home and knew we would want to update the kitchen with a remodel. We personally know several people who had used kitchen and bath CRATE. Without exception, each person we talked to were thrilled with the process and the completed project. So, we sent an email to the Crate team and received a quick response. After deciding on which Crate would work best for us, be scheduled our first appointment. Our Sales Professional, Chris, came to our home and spent time answering all of our questions, sharing all the possible items we might want to include, taking photos and precise measurements. We knew we were ready to proceed so we booked our start date for late July. Since we already had a vacation week planned, we asked if the project (demo week) could begin during our absence. Our particular project would take 17 working days so we felt that being gone during that portion would work well. We are SO glad we did! Two weeks ahead of our start date we met with Lindsey, the Interior Designer who coordinated our design process. Choosing each element of our project, countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, sink, flooring, etc. was delightful. Lindsey and Chris made it feel relaxed and fun!We met with Aaron, our Project Manager, the week prior to our start date. We felt completely confident leaving our home in his care. He even offered to send daily photos and updates. He also made sure our home alarm was armed each evening. Upon our return, so much had been accomplished already! The remaining two weeks and two days flew by and it was rewarding to see daily progress. Every team member who worked on our project were professional and each aspect occurred exactly when we were told it would. Having team members show up as planned was a real plus. I’ve heard so many horror stories about contractors leaving a job undone for weeks. We were even given a customized timeline to guide us through the process. We are delighted with our beautiful new kitchen!
