Reservation process w/Corporate was easy. And when getting onsite to pay, Tara was AMAZING!! Such a nice person, who explains everything & listens to my concerns. Very happy we chose this place.

Done business with this company for years and have multiple units that we rent. We canceled one unit and still rent several. We called them with an updated credit card. We noticed four months later after canceling one of the units that our card started getting charged again four months with different amounts. Not only did we cancel the unit, but they immediately rented to someone else. They were running our card on file instead of the new renter. They told us it was up to us to call it in as fraud as they refused to cancel the charges. Customer service? None. The manager is ruthless and should never be in a customer service position. Putting it all on us instead of taking care of a customer that has done business for years and still rents from them. Beware! Go elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I went to extra storage and was looking for a good place to keep my stuff and secure. I met Tara and she walk me through the pricing and and showed me what storage unit was available for the size I wanted. She help me alot and she made me feel at ease about the storage unit. I'm glad Tara was there to help me out. She was very nice and professional . I'm happy with my experience I had with her. I may add that she was cute as well lol. Thank you

Tara who is the manager there waited on me and she was extremely helpful and patient with me. My dad has just been diagnosed with dementia and can no longer drive and I live in another state so I needed to find a place to store his car. Tara was so kind and understanding about the process and found me a place right away. Their fees were affordable and I couldn't more highly recommend!
