I’ve been coming here for years and so has my family, and I have to say, I’ve never experienced care, customer service and knowledge like I have with Waggers!Deidre is the most caring and knowledgeable when it comes to my pups! Kira also is amazing; she took care of my Pomeranian Matteo with his hair cut, blow out, nails and de-matting him after another groomer ruined his hair by shaving down too close.I’ll never go anywhere else ever again!

This was my rescue poodle’s second grooming and first at Waggers. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience from start to finish. As a community, it's very important to me to support local small businesses. Waggers is always the first place I go for my dog needs. My Bird had surgery and she’s been a mess with all the medication she’s been getting. Her ears were matted from the liquid and she hasn’t been able to be groomed in two months. Kayla was so understanding and patient with her. She didn’t get a full groom yet, but she got her nails done and her mouth all cleaned up and her ears cleaned up. She looks so much better. Thank you for being so patient with my girl!!! ❤️🐾

I have been taking my Golden Retriever, Chance, to Waggers for the past 3 years. He always comes back to me clean, beautiful and super happy. He loves his spa days at waggers. They have a great supply of foods, treats and toys. Chance loves the toys and picks out a new one every time he is groomed. Waggers gives great advice when it comes to my dogs diet. I absolutely recommend Waggers for all your pet supply needs.

Small boutique pet store. The lady who runs the place is really knowledgeable and helpful! Offers goats milk, raw food options, gently cooked frozen pet food, as well as the typical dry and canned food. Has an assortment of toys, treats, leashes, etc. Love the cow cheeks for dog treats keeps the puppy occupied for a couple of days!

This place is located in Natomas. I've been taking my dog here for 3 years. Her first time was a bit scary for her but they were very kind and patient. Now after a couple years she doesn't get anxiety but is very comfortable. They really care about animals, are knowledgeable and always do a great job - whether it's a quick nail trim or full grooming. I have no complaints!

July 2023. Nahla still loves to visit.This was her after her last visit.May 2023 My dog gets excited when we turn into the parking lot. She starts whining a little bit, in a very good way.Everyone that works there is terrific.July 2022 My squirmy 3 legged Chi mix (Nahla) still likes to come here even though they give her a bath. (I never knew dogs disliked water until I adopted mine.) Every single person that works here has been great with my dog and very helpful to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.February 2022 I still like bringing my dog to Waggers. Even better is my dog still loves to come here. Deirdre runs a wonderful business and it's great to support the local shop.The owner is super nice and helpful. My dog loves going there for grooming and attention.November 2021Nothing has changed. Today, Shelby took care of my Hero. My dog Hero badly needed a trim for his nails. Accommodated me for a walk in and it was done in second. His nails was all buffed and trimmed. Very well done and Shelby explained to me what is needed for next time for his next puppy trim. I am too busy in life and for me as active service member our fur babies, dogs are part of our family and want the best for him. Thank you Waggers for an excellent service. So far, I did my research. Based ON MY RESEARCH, Waggers has so many reviews. Thank you and I recommend this groomer!!! The nice Madam at the counter was so nice and very helpful. All professional. I felt safe there. This by far the best pet store that I have ever encountered in my life! Not only does the owner go above and beyond with customer service but she is the sweetest lady and wonderful staff. They have very reasonable prices and a nice, well balanced variety of different products. Don't take your money anywhere else but WAGGERS!
