I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Drove from - and will continue to drive from - Citrus Heights to wash my dog here. Tony is such a kind and caring human being (I’m pretty sure he’s an old soul) and made me and my dog feel welcomed and comfortable. He has everything you need to get your fur baby clean and dry. I highly recommend. Oh and very reasonably priced as well

I love this place! It’s the only place I take my giant dog to get cleaned. She likes that I’m grooming her instead of a stranger and I love hanging out with her. Tony is super helpful to me and sweet to my nervous girl. We’ve even been in while he’s seamlessly managed reactive dogs. I highly recommend washing your dog here!

This place is awesome ! I love taking my big dogs here where I can easily wash them and I dry them. The owner, Tony, is such a cool guy and great with dogs. We have one special Olde English bulldog and dislikes getting her nails trimmed. However Tony is her guy when it comes to getting her nails trimmed ! We only trust him. He is very kind and patience with our dogs and with the rest of the dogs that come in. Thank you for this awesome local place in Midtown for bathing our pets. Great price, and great place.

One of the best self service dog wash stations I’ve been to! Located in a great area. Nicely set up, no set time limit, no lifting your big dog into the tub, $15 for a large dog, $5 add on for nail clipping, and they upgraded the shampoo and conditioner for free for our first visit!We will definitely be back :)

I have been going to splashtown USA for over 10 years. I was a customer at his original West Sacramento shop. I now live in Chico but maybe they took the Sacramento and decided to stop by and see Tony and get a quick dog wash while I was there .

I have taken my terrier many times and I love how easy it is. She has a skin issue and I’m going regularly and we have it down. My dog doesn’t love it but she’s comfortable with the tubs and the hair dryers. And she looks at me till I give her a special treat at the cash register.

Quick and easy place to bathe by big girl! I love the complimentary shampoo scent and usually upgrade with a conditioner too. Bathes are nice and spaced out and most dogs that come through here are well behaved. Blow dryer is powerful and gets my girl nice and fluffy :)

Always take our Pitty here bright and early on the weekends when it's quiet. The service is great and they have everything you need to give your doggo and good wash.It's a little more old school vibe, but it gets the job done.

Definitely one of the best and easiest to use dog wash places I have been to. The staff are super friendly and helpful throughout. There are about 5 self wash stations that you can use for the majority of dog sizes. Each station comes with what you need: towel, washing collar, shampoo (part of the water system), etc. They have a non-allergenic shampoo too for those dogs that need it. After a good rinse and initial pat down, there are several dry stations with big blow dryers. They do offer dog wash services if you don't want to do it yourself. Also they have a smaller, but still good selection of different dog foods and other items.

Thank you so much again!! You guys went beyond what you are expecting to do. I had 3 dogs in today because a skunk sprayed all 3 of them. You miracle shampoo that you made helped so much with the bad smell. They don’t stink anymore. But as all 3 are scared of baths and they were going crazy I basically flooded the floor. I’m glad you were understand and compassionate. But I need that recipe for that shampoo so I can keep it on hand. It also made everyone super clean. Thank you so much for being so helpful and being here when I had no other place to turn. Thank you

I am originally from San Diego and I used to take my Pyr for baths at a self-serve place there and it was $26 for use of the tub, towels, heavy duty blow dryer, ear cleaner, face wash, soap and conditioner. Of course there's also brushes and nail clippers. I took my Pyr here and paid $15 for use of all the same items except conditioner. The tubs are nicely spaced and look super cute but I would prefer the ones with the higher walls and a door that closes because these short tubs with no doors causes a lot of water leakage! Otherwise it is a great place to wash your large dog! My girl looks and feels much better! I also asked the guy behind the counter a weird question about my dog's smelly butt and he tried to answer graciously. Recommend!

This place is fantastic. It's been years since I've been here, but it didn't feel like it! I switched to a mobile groomer for convenience but now that my schedule permits it, I will be coming back to Splashhound! There were 2 reasons I switched to a mobile groomer. 1. I started a new job and didn't have the time to wash my fur babies, 2. I have a husky and he's a handful!Tony and his staff made grooming my dogs so easy. They groomed my husky while I washed my boxer mix. It was very easy, convenient and cost-effective for sure! Whether you want to groom your baby yourself, or schedule an appointment to have them groomed, I highly recommend Splashhound.

This place is awesome. Walked in with my dog. Told him I needed to get him washed. It took me right back. Thought it was extra nice that he asked if my dog had any allergies and he got him an oatmeal shampoo and conditioner or water. So simple. He looks great. When he was done definitely will be back. I've become a regular customer here to wash and dry my 50 lb goldendoodle. The owner is incredibly friendly and runs a great business. Being able to have to groom my dog and have the tools available provided here is not only a huge convenience but a real back saver for me as well.

I've been to quite a few spots around the Sacramento area and this is by far my favorite spot. The manager is super knowledgeable and nice! He treated out little fir girl so well (a rescue) and he reasonably prices his services. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone 🙏🐾😊

The owner is so nice, enthusiastic and helpful.They have a fantastic selection of treats and food.You can wash your pooch yourself for about $15 or pay to have the staff do it (you need an appt for that I think).They don't do hair trimming, but they do everything else.It's a fun experience!

This is a great "do it yourself " dog wash and pet supply. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do offer other grooming services as well. Grab some breakfast at one of the many delicious restaurants near by first then head over for a wash. Philomena loves it!

I have been coming here for many years now and I enjoy the convenient location, dependable and friendly services dispensed with smiles ☺ and good advice. Took my 2 dogs here on a Wed because of the website saying it was wash a dog and wash second one for half price on Wednesdays. I parked along the side of the building near the train tracks without problems. The friendly worker showed me how to use the wash station that has soap dispensed with the water and helped me get my big dog into the tub since she was scared. Then she left me and never returned. I realized i had no towels or anything at my station so i had to go over to the other tubs and fetch some. The floor was reallllly slippery i almost fell on my face several times from the water splashes on the concrete floor. I found hair floating in the ear cleaning solution which was gross... the floors were gross too with hair everywhere. I then took my pups to the blow dryer area and had to figure it out on my own. This was the worst part of it for me other than slipping everywhere. The blow dryer is very loud and scary for dogs. It felt like cold air which is just mean. There was no good way to tie my big dog at the drying station because they have raised platforms but i had no problems with hooking up my little one. Also when i turned the blow dryer on it blew a flurry of hair and dirt i to the air all around me.. went to check out and was getting charged full price, i mentioned the online ad which the worker seemed clueless about but she gave me the discount anyways. My dogs were clean, but traumatized. The shampoo smell lasted only for about a week. Overall I'd only come back if my dogs got really dirty for some reason.

My husky was there this weekend and for most people that don't know this (as I didn't either) most huskies tend to get a bit anxious and freak out when getting bathed and groomed by other people. My dog was very anxious but the staff at Splash Hound USA did a great job at keeping him calm and showing that they care. THANK YOU!
