Pet Supplies Plus in this location is a very big store with many items available for pets. They have most items for dogs, cats, birds, fish, etc. They have a self service area for dog wash by the owner. It is a lovely design in there. The parking lot is pretty busy, but I usually get parking within a short walk.

Great Grooming!Took my lil Chihuahua who typically hates her nails being trimmed and Teddy did an amazing job with her! They genuinely seemed to care and adore my baby and we so assuring that she'd be in good hands. 10/10 Teddy and other staff is awesome too!

The self serve pet wash is perfect for my German Shepherd. It’s just the right height for him to go in. I’m so happy they carry his brand of food. No other pet store did.

About 5-4 years ago the manager was friends with my mother. She told my mother to bring me in for an interview and she’ll give me an interview. I go in on that day and not only is the manager not even at work that day but the girl at the cashier just walked me around the store pointing out stuff like they have a dog wash station and carry spiders. That’s it. Felt like a complete waste of my time as a young teen looking for a job. Why bring me in for an interview and then not even show up? Disrespectful.

The groomers girls are amazing!They treated my pup like as if she was their own pet. Next time we are in sac we know were we will be taking our dog again for grooming💕Oh yeah, they put a little minnie mouse banda too, so cute😍

I love this store so much. The manager is awesome, all the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. It may be a chain, but the vibe is very local and intimate. Plus you get to see everyone's cute doggos.

Scheduled me for Sunday at 9am for grooming I was in the store on Sat. and no one said you had to slide doors open to get in at 9am.. my kids and husband shows up and store is closed, no signs that direct for grooming slide door than a lying lady said she went out a couple of times when they stood there for 1 hr till store opened.. they play games are liars.. I don't want no.sort of discount or anything.. I'll just take my business somewhere else

I was very IMPRESSED, they had all the expensive cat foods, groomers, self wash stations, their employees, were friendly & very helpful! They are the only local store, that carries, MITTENS PICKENS, (cats go crazy over it!) Apparently, It is very tasty(cats keep telling me, with their empty bowls) yet affordable cat food, they carry both wet & dry! They always have specials & $ off! I Can't wait to go back!

Very limited selection, mostly Purina products, and very few healthy options. Everything was quite disorganized, with items scattered across the shelves and huge holes in inventory. When I walked in I could hear one of the groomers at the very back of the store complaining loudly about working there (it's a huge building so that's impressive). I asked several employees for assistance finding things. Only one of them seemed remotely interested in helping me, but even they didn't really know where to look or what I was talking about. When I was checking out, a group of several other employees came and interrupted my transaction to ask the checker where something was (the checker didn't know either).TL;DR: extremely disorganized, poor quality items, staff is either checked out, activity hostile, or simply hasn't received the training needed to be able to do their job effectively.

Customer service is always superb and the workers always ask if help is needed.This store has an incredible variety of products and a little bit of everything for all pets.Now the drawback? I would rank it a five if their ads were more transparent about which products are on sale. Sometimes their ads will say buy one get one free for wet cat food, but when you go inside the store not all wet cat food are not on sale.

Love Pet Supplies Plus! Friendly, helpful staff. I was on vacation and needed something for my rescue fur baby Vee. I was so very surprised & happy to find a Pet Supplies Plus nearby my hotel in Sacramento. I usually shop at the Pet Supplies Plus in Huntington Beach, Ca. I love shopping at Pet Supplies Plus because I can find thing for Vee that I can't find at a chain let store. Staff is very knowledgeable!!

I really like this place! They have a huge selection of dog and cat foods and toys as well as other pet supplies. Their prices are really good for this area. And they are open later than any other pet stores around here.Their staff are friendly and always happy to help how ever they can.I just wish they carried ODOR MUTE! For that I still have to drive to Elk Grove Pet Club but It's worth it. Maybe they'll add it soon and become the Only Pet Store I'll ever need.

This is our go-to store for any of our pet needs. We get everything we need there. Even when a pregnant stray cat showed up at our door, we were able to get all clay litter for her kittens, milk supplement for weaning, and mom an kitten food. All this in addition to the supplies we need on an ongoing basis for our other cats.Last but not least- the folks working at this store are great!

Love it here!! Hammer gets his bath at this facility. Always clean. We've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in a tub. We take advantage of Bath Card bring the individual price down and a faster checkout process

The main reason why I love this place is because their pet wash stations. Makes it so.much easier to clean my dog. He's a Gsd so he has a double coat which is very hard to get in and really clean out the grime. The pet wash stations here are a very fair price and make it very easy to clean my dog. They also include complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The store overall is very clean and well maintained. They have nice and very employees working there. I totally recommend this place. Their prices for their toys can be a little expensive compared to other pet stores but some of their toys are on deals so you can get them for very cheap .

This place is amazing! They have everything and more. We went here to take our Husky to get groomed. Very nice staff and super knowledgeable and helpful.Would recommend trying them for yourself!Update: We now have taken all of our animals there and are absolutely in love with the groomers. They take such good care of our animals and we never have to worry. They always look great and smell wonderful! If you haven't tried them out yet you are seriously missing out!2023 update: We still take out babies here. We have not and will not go any were else! Violetta is thee best! They still look amazing and ever and smell good every time! Shes just a sweetheart and knows what she’s doing.Again highly recommend coming here they are great! You will not be disappointed and your babies will be loved and very well taken care of!

I can always find what I need here.I like that the store is super clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.The home baked treats are AMAZING....not that I eat them but my dog really loves them.I needed advice on switching food/treats for my older dog and i got recommendations and advice. Was a very pleasant experience. I only come here now. .They also have a washing station for your pet

Don’t take your pet here for grooming! I recently took my pet. He was cut on his stomach. This cut has caused so many issues. We have been in an out of the vet since I went here for grooming. I wish I never went!

Staff is here is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Livestock is healthy and well cared for, and restocked regularly. And the PRICES. This establishment beats the other large chain stores without question.

Took my dog in for grooming (he's never been) and he came out happy as can be! Groomers were all very nice and give off a positive vibe and you can hear them chit chatting with the dogs it's really just like any old human salon!My dog felt clean and looked much better than when I dropped him off. My only downside is that I paid extra for a scented spray and a bandana but my dog didn't smell like anything (I guess not technically bad) and we didn't get the accessory. That part I guess I can say is a waste of money so don't bother ordering because you may or may not get it.

Went there for the first time to wash our 90lb American Bulldog. Called them first to get a feel about the dog washing station. When we got done washing they told me they were out of towels. They have a blow dryer but our dog doesn't like loud noises. Wasn't too happy about this situation. I told them you could have let me know when I called. I would have brought my own. They weren't very hospitable about this situation. Never going back.

Went here for the first time yesterday. They have a small fish fish set up, but in it they have a fairly good fish selection. Not all the fish looks healthy... But they do have a few jewels in their tanks. They are currently running a seasonal sale on their tropical fishes too. If you like common goldfishes as pets... They allow you to pick your choices. Over all a great experience. Looking forward to more visits.
