We just got our rescue husky. So we needed to give him a bath and get him some essentials for our new pupper. The employees were so nice trying to help us find a harness for him and help us with the bath. We didn't end up getting a harness here because they didn't have our dog's size, he needed XXL. Everything else was so overpriced so we only got him a leash, a collar, and the bath. It's currently 18 dollars for their self service doggie wash station. Which I think was worth it because they clean up the mess and I have a extra fluffy husky I don't want my bathroom looking how we left that place. They have complementary towels, waterproof collars, and aprons to use. The doggie station also has a nice blow-dryer. This was overall a great experience highly recommend! Definitely not washing my oversized pooch in my bathtub and blowdrying him at home.

Had a very bad experience in the fair oaks store. I have been shopping there for years and have always had helpful and nice staff. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, exchange some food " because it was causing stomach upset for my dog " the cashier was extremely rude after showing her she was wrong things got worse,I will be thinking about shopping else were in the future.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable here. I came looking for a litter box and a cat tree and Kurtis recommended some excellent items. My cat loves his tree and my floor is so much cleaner after getting the litter box with the top entry lid.

Very friendly place. I have been going there off and on for years. They carry a good selection of products. They also have self-service dog wash bays and are happy to answer questions. The store is always amazingly clean (impressive considering the mess that can come from the dog wash). Definitely worth braving the insanity of the Loehman's Plaza parking lot.

I take my dog there regularly to get bathed. Their deep tiled tubs makes it easy to wash my dog and keep myself dry. Plenty of towels available and I love their selection of shampoos.

I love that you can purchase multiple tokens for your doggie wash and use when needed. You just walk in, give your doggo a wash and walk right out. It's fast and fun!My doggo loves it too!

Upon arriving you are greeted with welcoming and happy employees who are truly animal lovers , as they enjoy seeing and hearing what type of animal is in your family. And more than happy to help you with information about food , toys and cbd treats and oil . I shop here once a month as my dog has seizures and the only thing. That helps is the cbd oil .

Today was My 1st time ever coming to pet food express and it was the best experience. I brought my puppy Bandit in for his very 1st bath and both of the gentlemen were very helpful especially Chach. Chach helped me get familiar with how to use the wash station and he even helped keep my dog entertained throughout our visit. I will definitely be back and plan on bringing in my senior dog in next time. Thank you for creating a pleasant environment, me and Bandit appreciated it.

I used the pet washer for my Yorkie at this location. The associates were great and informative!I thought that the washer would be really good for my dog, but the issue I had was that the air drier wasn't warm, and it was too loud for my Yorkie.Thankfully they had plenty of fresh towels to finish drying her, so it worked out fine. If they could make the air driers warm, I think we would be frequent fliers. I still like this store for their pet food options and supplies and the associates are great.

First time in after adopting a dog from bradshaw, the staff was so helpful with getting the right recommended food! Carried the bag to the front for me as well. Second time didn’t disappoint ! I decided to take my dog to the self service wash which they let me have on the house cus they were unsure if he’d do well in the bath for his first time there. Offered to help get my doggy in the bath, gave a extreme thorough walk through on the bathing process and was kind and patient with my questions. Only thing was the soap didn’t seem to lather but that could have been my fault and I didn’t ask either if I did it right and I believe they had said something about it not being sudsy. I absolutely will continue to return. Staff is always smiling and helpful and interactive. Can’t ask for a better ran business, truthfully. I definitely will be a regular returner. Thank you!

Love this place very help people that work there.They aren't any highrt price than anywhere else .They have chicken feet ,our doggie loves them.They have every kind of dog treats your doggie could ask for .Great place .you can bring your doggie in there. I'd come here again just for the customer service. With the shortage of my admittedly cheap cat food, I decided it was time to upgrade. After staring at a million ingredient labels and bags of cat food, I finally settled on one of many that had high protein content and ingredients I could pronounce. The gentleman who rang up my purchase, assured me of my good choice and informed me of the benefits of a raw diet, which I was considering. He was so helpful and pleasant. The store was also nicely laid out and offered lots of options.

The staff today was more than gracious. Went in looking for harnesses & we had dogs with us. Sadly, we had to try on many sizes & made a mess in that area. Staff said, pls don't worry about it. I came in today and I was absolutely blown away with the service I received.Right away when I walked in, Macy greeted me and asked me how I was doing, and then what brought me in that day. I told her that I was very excited because I was getting a new kitten in a few days. Macy's enthusiasm when I told her that was so genuine and sweet, I loved seeing her response! She then got out a "New Kitten Checklist", which apparently is something they have at the store. She took me to I think just about every item on the list, except for the ones that I said I wasn't going to get until I actually had the cat. For each item she presented me with multiple options, gave her personal opinion on them, and made recommendations based on what I said I was looking for. She probably spent at least a good 15 minutes looking through products with me.I bought several items including a cat carrier, cat tree, litter box, various treats and toys, which altogether cost just over $200 - not a bad value, in my opinion.Before I checked out, another employee Ty helped me make sure I could fit the cat tree in my car. It was a difficult task but eventually we figured it out, and Ty was cheerful the whole time while helping me.I also loved that all of the employees wore masks, and required customers to wear masks. It made me feel safer, and I admired the way that the store was looking out for it's employees.Getting a new kitten is an exciting experience, and I wanted to be served by someone who showed a similar level of excitement about it. I got that from Macy. If you're looking into getting a new pet, I highly recommend Pet Food Express.

The employees are really nice and always helpful. They can answer a good amount of questions and have a decent amount of variety. Its more of quality over quantity though it is a bit pricey in some areas. The dog wash is always a good service, they keep it sanitized and clean constantly.

Great place for dog food. Staff was incredibly helpful and informative, was switching food for my Golden. The food I wanted was actually $1 cheaper than on chewy. Great selection def will be back.

This is my go to for all pet needs locally! From the first night we got our pup and stopped here, they've treated her as one of their own. But they're great with humans too. Buy three, get one free in all categories, and the prices are hard to beat. The customer service is top notch, and they only deal in quality!Best part: the dog wash!! During the COVID we had to give the pup a bath at home for the first time, and all I can say is never again if I can help it! They have the collar, sprayers, shampoo. Even towels are there and ready for ya. Just avoid the weekends unless you mind the wait.

I ordered from this store via Amazon and you could tell that the associates here really cared! They left me the most kind and sweet handwritten note on the paper bag that the items were delivered in. It really warmed my heart to see the handwritten note they left. I will absolutely be purchasing from this retailer again!
