Fabulous, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. I'll make a point to return next time I'm in the area.

Tyler, the terrific guy who runs the place, is knowledgeable about everything pet-oriented. Good, high-quality selection for a small pet store. I always feel that what I buy there is safe and nutritious for my dog. Reasonable prices. I try to support small, local businesses when I can, sometimes strictly on principle, even when their merchandise isn't the greatest (a certain hardware store on Freeport comes to mind), but Land Bark is the real deal--small, yes, but high-quality, friendly, and with thoughtfully, caring service.

I didn't have a big purchase, was just looking for dog chews that weren't rawhide. The male clerk was very knowledgeable and I was in and out of there in a flash.Even before Covid, I have always preferred to shop in locally owned business and enjoy the "personal touch" that I recieve.Love that store!

This is a great neighborhood pet store. Yes, the prices are a little more than the big national chains but the customer service is so much better. They also carry a lot of items that I have never seen at those big chains. All the items I saw were high quality.

I have been going to Land Bark for the past year to help my rescued 130 pound Golden lose weight. Tyler the owner has help guide me through the process and carries only top quality products in his store. This store is a hidden treasure in Land Park and the service is excellent. I recommend this business to all of the dog owners I know and know you will have a great experience here!
