I love this place because of the staff! I feel like it's one of the only pet stores where the employees are not only familiar with their products but also know a lot about animals, animal behavior, and can recommend solutions for different issues. Clearly they are all pet lovers and animal parents. I have learned how to avoid urinary blocks in cats, diet changes for kidney issues and how to prevent it in the future, info on track and neuter programs, help with choosing the most efficient kitty litter and graciously carrying heavy bags of it out to my car, as well as providing solutions for allergies and treats without glycerin, etc. They are full of compassion and good insight and always clue me in when there is a sale coming up on things they know I can use. 😻

I want to say thank to Incredible Pets for having VIP Pets pop up in the store every Sunday to vaccinate pets. The cost is much less than you would pay with a bets office and the no appointments necessary is much more convenient. My Bowie has gotten all his shots with VIP pets and is a happy and healthy boy . I highly recommend , and they do pop ups at other locations as well…. Bowie always gets a toy after his shots and Incredible Pets has a fabulous selection !

I love incredible pets. They have some of the best selections, most “boujie” treats and food available at in person stores. Regular products that can be purchased elsewhere are a bit pricey. But all the fancy stuff can’t be obtained elsewhere.

However, being rejected without even given the chance to demonstrate my qualifications indicates that the company places more emphasis on rigid adherence to time rather than evaluating the candidate's overall potential.I urge Incredible Pets to reconsider their strict policies and adopt a more understanding and flexible approach towards potential candidates in the future. Nice little store by Sac State that has lots of stuff for your pets. The fish department is a bit small though and they had a few betta fish in cups that looked a little pale. However, the prices are reasonable and I saw a 10 gallon tank that I may pick up sometime in the future. Also, I like how the parking lot is spacious. But please consider upgrading the tanks that you sell to at least 2.5 gallons, that's generally the minimum tank size for betta fish. Anything smaller makes the water conditions harder to maintain and is usually best suited for shrimp or small snails :)

Incredible Pets has incredible staff with special shout-outs to: Sarah, Kristina, Jill, and Ashley(my apologies if I left anyone out who has patiently and with good-humor assisted with: loading up my car with the heavy bags of cat litter; listened to long and seemingly never-ending stories about my own job, personal plights, and existential crises; and who make this errand the easiest of errands run). While the products are fantastic and high quality, it truly is the staff that keeps me returning. I have been shopping at Incredible Pets for many years, but it is the aforementioned staff that has cultivated a welcoming environment. Their commitment to customer service is commendable. It is my hope this team remains intact at the Folsom location for as long as my cats continue to run my life(and maybe even after because I know even as ghosts, my cats will never, ever let me sleep in, begging for early morning breakfasts and the tasty* treats recommended by staff. *Please note: I assume the recommended treats are tasty as the cats LOVE them-I have not tried them myself...in case there was any confusion...)

I avail of the dog wash staitions at this location. You can buy washes individually or in a bundle of five. The wash staitions are very convenient, they provide shampoo, towels and an air dryer. This place is on the pricier side but I still support them over the big box pet stores. I've purchased treats, chews, and toys here before and have been satisfied with their selection. Now that I have 2 dogs it's easier to wash them here rather than doing it at home.

Folsom st location is new. Fully stocked with pet goodies. I went with Remy and he took a leck on the pool the man just learned up saying no problem. My boys got a toy and yummy training treats only $6.99. Even has a dog wash area. Go today support them please.

I just left the store and Jenni was an absolute gem. I had the worst day ever yesterday with my cat and was not given much help by a vet. Jenni not only is so incredibly knowledgeable but she has a heart of gold! She assisted me but also was my damn therapist for about a half hour. She deserves the salary of a therapist because I was an absolute wreck. Thank you Jenni! (To add another employee assisted me as well and even grabbed Jenni because of her knowledge and she was there to pick up my pieces right next to her!) Thank you both so much, I left feeling way more at ease!

Went for their grand opening. Nice store! A bit small, but has a nice selection of bigger and smaller companies. Looking forward to using their self-serve dog wash stations! Whole store was very clean. Parking and entrance are behind the building.

We had an earlier than expected dog adoption and were referred here. They were very well staffed and everyone was dog friendly and knowledgeable. We found everything we needed.Here is why we had a beyond 5 star experience:Beyond all the help, we had a bag of feed and without asking for help the staff looked at the ingredients and recommended a comparable feed from the same brand and same price. There wasnt an upsell, they saw the breed we brought in and gave suggestions based on the ingredients.They could have let us buy the incorrect dog food, but instead swapped it for one of the same price and brand and brought it to the car. Will be returning.

Although they only had a few cans of the cat food I needed, the clerk checked the inventory in store and online from their other locations. I found this to be assistance that is not common these days. Excellent selections of high quality pet food, toys, and implements of care for your fur babies.

The staff here is super helpful and you can tell that they really care about animals. I always have many questions because I want to get the best treats for my dogs and safest toys.I bought a bone here that has the marrow for my dog and he loved it. Overall, I love Incredible Pets.

Employees were very nice but I am disappointed to see how this location changed after the shift in locations. It is much more focussed on cats and dogs with barely anything for small pets now. Additionally, “pet” rats were very skittish and under-socialized and the cage lacked in any kind of enrichment (sadly common in pet stores though). I got my first rats from this location and they were fantastic so it was sad to see that it has changed this way after the move.

This pet store in on my way to work. I needed to pick up some food for my cat on my way home so I decided to give this store a try. The parking and entrance is located in the back, and there is a decent amount of parking spots. Going in, I was greeted right away and pointed in the direction of the cat food. I noticed right away the the store didn't smell like the usual pet stores, I don't know how to explain that smell, like of pet food I guess lol but it didn't smell in there at all which was pleasant. Large variety of everything for your pet, some stuff reasonably priced other stuff a little expensive, compared to ordering online. The Store was clean and well stocked. I took one star off for the live pets they did have, mice/rats some fish looked kinda depressing. The place the rats were in was sort of dirty lots of poop,and I didn't see any water. Some of the fish were dead in the containers . Made me sad to see that.

Hey all. I absolutely love this place. Great customer service. All the animal's seem to be doing great, nice and healthy! A bit pricey but not too bad. Place was clean and has a ton of good products for pets. I bought myself a rat(Adopted feeder) ❤. They seem very healthy and tamed. I love mine. I will be coming back to this destination 😄 highly suggested.

This place is fantastic. They carry the higher quality food that my cat needs. My cat can be picky until he finds what he likes so what I love about this store is that they will give you store credit when you need to return a bag of food your pet may not enjoy. I also appreciate that they ask if you need a receipt because most of the time I do not. If you have their loyalty card, your receipt can be looked up by that in case of returns. With every purchase you can also pick out sample bags of cat food if you’d like to try something different but not want to make the commitment of a full size bag. The staff is always helpful and friendly. This will always be my number one stop for cat food.

The staff made it very simple and very convenient for bathing a giant dog not into baths, but once he realized it felt good and with a calming atmosphere, it was a great experience. Sorry about all the hair, staff!
