Debbie is an incredible groomer. You can tell how much she loves her job! My dog was in need of a grooming that included bath and haircut with trimming of nails. She was on time and very welcoming into her place with this newbie. Brownie looked amazing once he was done. His haircut was perfect! He looks like a little teddy bear! So soft and smelling nice. I thought her price was perfect! So leave a nice tip ;) can't wait for Brownie to go back and have another Spaw Day.... Thank you Debbie!

She may be a good groomer, but she's a terrible business owner. She doesn't return phone calls. I left messages both on her business number and her cell and she doesn't call back. Neighbors with dogs told me the same thing. Nor does she keep regular business hours. She's closed almost every time you drive by midday. Nor does she take walk-ins. When she IS open you're supposed to go in and make an appointment! She's the only game in town, so apparently she can get away with this unprofessional behavior.

Debbie does a fantastic job with my boxer. She always accommodates my schedule, getting Something in and out quickly. Her prices are the best around, too.

I needed to get my maltipoo groomed asap, I had meant to do so before we came up to Lake Arrowhead to stay for a month. Luna was overdue for a trim and a bath and she was miserable and starting to get matted. After calling several groomers in the area, Debbie called me back that day which only one other did. To my relief (and Luna's) Debbie was able to get her in the next day. Her shop is so cute and it was well ventilated and not hot inside. They asked me several questions about what was okay or not okay to do, like what length do I want her fur, do I want her ears short? I requested a gentle bath and they showed me what shampoo they would use; I left them with special instructions for a conditioner and they followed through. My dog, Luna, looks amazing! They were so gentle with her, I was afraid she would be traumatized from going to a different groomer but she was not. I would definitely recommend these two ladies and we'll be coming back in a couple of weeks for a bath.

Great place, easy to talk to and takes only 1 or 2 dogs at a time. I have 4. That is how we prefer it. The pets are not confined for too long and they are very safe in the care of this Palace.
