Worst grooming experience ever. We sent our cat to the store for a haircut and cleaning. The lady in the front desk with glasses was rude to the cat and refused us to take a picture of our own cat and yelled at us for no reason. The trimming for the cat was poorly and it was an total disappointed decision for us to send our cat there! I mean why so rude for just taking a picture of our OWN cat??? Don’t send ur cat or dog there.

Have been there for 4+ years now and we were never disappointed! We have a small dog and we always just do the basic bath and trim. Very convenient location and for a good price. Highly recommended.

Please buy a calming device for those babies in there or a white noise machine perhaps some treats w CBD en them they are so stressed out in ur establishment it's not ur fault just dogs have alot of anxiety naturally being cooped up in a crate or in a rm with other dogs can be stressful on the doggies please consider my request thank u not for me but for the doggies

If you want to ruin your baby's look, you can come to this shop. It's the number one professional for random haircuts. The hair is not straightened. It's a mess and they'll charge you more for styling. It should be for disfigurement. The cost is worse than that of an amateur. No part of the body is evenly cut. You dare to open a shop with such shabby skills. I really admire the courage of the shop owner!

We saw the information about finding an adoptive family around January this year, so we contacted the entrusted pet shop owner and contacted them. After many rounds of screening, we finally got the chance to adopt Mumu. The pet shop owner worked hard and didn't charge us a penny. He also gave us a large bag of dog food, a shoulder strap and a leash for free. He gave Mumu a bath and a haircut, and handed over the injection records given to her by the original owner. It was in our hands that we finally adopted Mumu. The owner of the pet shop was very kind, full of love for the dogs, and was not careless or lazy about what the original owner told her. Finally, she sent us out of the store and watched us get in the car and drive out of the parking lot before she went back! Thumbs up for her!
