My dog Lady is 16 and a half with growths and skin tags. She was cut on one of her growths under her arm and she bled for 3 days.they have been grooming her for at least 4 years and I have always asked for them to be careful with her. They have cut her in the past but never this badly. I will not take my dogs back to be hurt by incompetent and unprofessional groomers.With regard to your response, the last thing I want is a free grooming as I have paid for every single grooming without questioning the price for the last 4 years. What I want is for you to tell the truth and say what your worker herself told me when I picked up lady and that is that she cut one of her skin tags as she was applying something to stop the bleeding. However when I got home and saw that she was really bleeding and kept bleeding all over her bed and blanket and pillow it made me very upset. The last time you cut her you would not admit it and said you did nothing wrong but offered me free teeth cleaning. Just admit you are wrong. It's not about the money, it's about you hurting my dog and then lying about it just to look good. I should never have taken her back and I won't be returning. She deserves better.

Absolutely love this place! Not only do they groom my fur babies beautifully, they are also very kind and caring. My 2 girls get excited when I drive up into the parking structure. They already know they're about to get pampered.
