Store was pretty clean and organized. Several cashiers/check-out lanes were available as well as a few self-service kiosks.For a Saturday afternoon, the store wasn’t super crowded. Bizarre to see a driverless floor cleaning machine moving around the store(see photos)

Shelves and isles messy, nobody around to help you find what you are looking for.Inexpensive product sold cheaply. Want good quality tools, high quality items, this is the wrong place. Cheap quality, sold low price. Definitely NOT high quality being sold low price. They do have everything, just no quality.

Shoplifting criminals suck and so does the state of California, but Walmart, for us paying folks if you’re going to lock something up, please put a call customer service button near these locked containers. I walked for 5 minutes like a chicken with a head cut off and 2 Walmart employees said they don’t have the key or that’s not their area. Like what!!! This is a great location but I go here for the basics and if you can’t make it accessible I can’t shop there anymore. Please fix this. Thank you!

Very bad experience !!! I feel like I've been discriminated against .This is my Second time coming to Walmart. I want to buy 4 bottles of Move Free. but there are only 2 bottles on the shelf. I went to check out and was wondering if the cashier could check for me about the other two bottles. I say to him “ could you please help me check if you guys have 2 more bottles of this?” He tells me “ ok. So you want total 4 bottles?” I say “Yes,please “. Then he charged me for 4 bottles of Move Free. I ask him where I should wait. He tells me he can Not help me to check about that , if I need money back. I need go to customer service to return the money.Although speaking English is my second language, I believe that what I said is enough for him to understand what I am talking about. He should not do this for me. That is not friendly. I feel I have been discriminated against.

There were absolutely no shopping carts, no hand baskets and they closed customer services a few hours early. When I asked for help I was ignored or talked to like I was a bother. They have everything locked up now and good luck getting anyone to come unlock for you. The only good thing was big John was very kind to me and he works in back.

I am complaining about a girl named Sasha that works here. When I walked in, she kept giving me dirty looks and when i asked her to help me with scanning an item she ignored me when I tried to call her and went over to other customers to help them instead.

Nice and clean Walmart to shop at. We stopped by to take a look at the Christmas tree but unfortunately we came here too late and they already locked the gate. But we shopped around and people working here have excellent customer service so we will definitely come back again soon!

Lots of parking. Store is a little bear up since it's so busy but overall good for my needs. Staff pretty much kept to themselves. Cashier ladyy was very serious about cleaning after customer, which I can appreciate.

What can you say about the Walmart experience that hasn't been said? No surprises here. I have noticed that, with one exception, the employees here are extra unhelpful. Two different times here, when asked staff where something was located, I got a shrug or an "I dunno." Once, a woman actually checked her store directory and directed me, which was lovely but made me wonder why the others didn't do that. The grocery area is pretty large, and the pharmacy staff is excellent, so the stars are for those reasons.

For a Walmart, parking is very limited. Yet, there is always an abundance of employee parking spaces in the rear of the lot. Today there were 5 cars in the employee parking lot. You can make your own assumption.Found for a baby car seat seat, but was disappointed that it had to be ordered on line and was not available in the store.

Generally, it is a great store to shop at. The shelves are well stocked and the aisles are organized.Parking lot is a decent size and plenty of spaces to park but expect a good walk to the store on the busy days.I've returned a few things at this location and the staff have been helpful and understanding.

This store is hell. Few checkers, one entrance, you need to find an associate for almost anything because so many things are locked behind glass. They will insist to check your receipt and will look through your bags, so make sure you have it or else you'll be treated as a thief. Cramped aisles that are always filled with drive up and go shoppers, so getting around the store is frustrating. If you want to buy alcohol, you may as well add 10 to 15 minutes to your trip because you'll wait forever for someone to help you and then have to wait for them to bring it to a special register up front because they don't trust you to carry it yourself.

Come here for almost everything. Love this place. It's my pool store, grocery store, auto store, plant, fishing, toy, and tool store. Nothing I can't find here.

Self check out line 30 minutes long because of “theft,” yet they’re going to lose more money because customers including myself are going to come here less because of how much of a pain it has become to shop here. On top of the absurd wait times for checkout, half of the store is behind a locked case

I hate Walmart. The stores are dirty, the service is poor, and the shelves are poorly stocked. Plus, the store managers really don't care about any of that. This store is no different. The only reason they remain in business is because of low prices.

It's not unusual for them to be out of 2 liter coke on weekends. Same with some salad greens, and other produce.No stores carry products in the back anymore. What you see is what's available. Of course there's no profit when there's no product to purchase. Staff are considerate. There's a generous supply of rude, mean customers plus those who steal. It's not the store's fault and this one has Security and calls Roseville City police. Their prices are affordable on many products compared to other grocery stores. Their produce is mid-range as is the quality of eggs (internal spots). I don't purchase fresh meat here only pre-made and frozen goods. It's a great place to purchase Bar S hotdogs and Great Value Colby/Jack stick cheese. Both are used as high level dog training treats. Helps dog training (x3) to be affordable. I have to admit that when the parking lot is full, I don't stay to shop. A full lot usually means less store products, busy check out lines, and a lot more walking in store & out. I don't try to shop during those times. I leave to shop somewhere else or plan to return later.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! FABIAN A MANAGER STATED AT6:30 pm on 1/27/24 that he couldn't do my return because He was short staffed. I've never heard an excuse like this.He was rude and frantic. The most BIZARRE EXPERIENCE at this Walmart. I can totally understand why, I wouldn’t want to work there either.

Bought seasoned salmon at this place, and the fish scales were still on there. How is it you sell ready to cook salmon with scales on? It's obvious the fish wasn't cleaned. Next time, if you don't know how to remove scales, just remove the skin.

Came here for my weekly grocery shopping.Went to the deli counter for some lunch meat. The lady, Rhonda, that eventually showed up, briefly smiled at me and continued talking on her phone. Then stared at me so I said, hi, can I please get a half pound of my lunch meat. She shakes her head while proceeding to speak on the phone with someone clearly not about work. Then holds up a slice, not saying a word, so I stared at her and eventually said, that's fine..... This lady did not say a single word to me. Then when I walked away, she says, I'm going on lunch. Terrible customer service and she should be demoted to cart runner or even fired.

The store was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. I went in to pick up a prescription and the people at the pharmacy were great. Recommend this location if you have to go to Walmart. One star off on principle because I believe Walmart should pay employees more.

They now have their entire cosmetics section locked in glass! Both sides! My voice excited down the isle. Sorry, I'm not shopping in a place that has cosmetics, lube, and coffee locked up. Btw, the response time for someone with a key is ridiculous. I waited 10 mins for someone to unlock the glass. Inconvenient and shows this Walmart deals with some real loss prevention issues.

Will be driving the extra miles to go to any other Walmart than this one. Prices are labled wrong. After walking through the store twice I was told I have to do it again with 3 kids because they mispriced an item. I put my stuff back and left. Then I'm leaving and the chick at the door was basically in a coma. We all had a laugh because it was so ridiculous. I know my small few hundred dollars doesn't mean much but I won't be going back.

Pick up parking is always taking by customer not picking up. Can't call the store to pick up items because they don't answer the phone. Worst setup I've ever seen they need to control the people parking in the pickup spots.

This is the best Walmart, well stocked, great staff, helpful staff, and a good vibe. I usually spend a couple of hours there and have to read lots of food labels because you really need to know what's in the food you're buying. I highly recommend this particular Walmart.

The Walmart super center #4202, LED Hill Blvd, Roseville Ca.Rude unexperienced staff members at the Customer servise department. The manager of the store- a Philippine lady is very mean. When the customer asked for money transfer servise, the representative asked the reason why those money have to be send. When the customer answered that is for a personal reason, - was asked to state the reason, as a medical or a gift, the customer said:” none of those”, the representative told the customer that is not enough reason for her to send money, stated that the customer was rude, and called the store manager. A store manager didn’t want to interfere, just told the customer that she is not going to override a decision of the customer servise representative: “ if she said she is not going to serve the customer- this is it” . A customer asked to be helped by another sales associate but was denied. When the customer asked for a supervisor, a Philippine lady proudly showed her employee badge and just told with the smile:” it is me”. Later she added-“ Now you have to leave the store before I call the security and you can call 1-800- Walmart number to complain( all was said with the smile). Customer called customer relations, report was taken as “ detailed” and the representative promised to “ escalate the issue, with a decision made in 3-5 days”. When a customer called back that department- they told the report didn’t go anywhere and is not going to be taken care of because 1-800- Walmart doesn’t have any access to the store management or employees. With that being said- mean managers are producing mean employees, allowing them to refuse a simple servise as they wish with out the fear or shame. Shame on that kind of Walmart and that kind of corporation, management and the unexperienced employees.
