Bought flowers for me and my girlfriends four month anniversary, and Austin at the front counter. After I told him it was our four month anniversary gave me jellybean hearts for my girlfriend. Made my day. Everyone there super helpful and respectful and really nice.

Best customer service of any grocery store. The workers always help my wife (when she was pregnant and even now with a newborn) by taking the groceries to the car when she is by herself.We love all of their snacks and they have really good pricing on so many items.

I've been to many different Trader Joe's.This one is the bees knees.You never feel rushed by the employee. They always are pleasant at the registers, and bakers area awesome too.The food quality is best here. And they prices are great.

My favorite store. Love coming here and do grocery shopping. The quality is great and portions are good for 2. But my favorite section is the flower area you can find nice flowers and it’s not even expensive and they last longer than usual in my opinion.

We have pretty much raised our kids on Trader Joe’s food. It’s great quality at a very reasonable price. They have shown great organization and respect for protocols when it comes to serving its customers during the pandemic.There is always tons of staff around to help and the store is always very clean. Even the restroom was very clean.

Dear customers, I want to tell you what happened to me at Trader Joe’s on March 21.2004 @12:20 p.m. After I did grocery shopping, I went to pay at the checkout, I had a gift card of $100. And I paid the rest of the money with a debit card, the cashier who served me stole my gift card, and I paid the entire amount with a debit card. I have a receipt from Gift card, and a receipt from my grocery, but I can’t prove anything. In the future I will never visit this store again and I don’t recommend it to others, the people working there are not honest. I'm not saying that everyone, but the one who deceived me is a thief

We like to shop here for certain items and to check out new items. They have special products you can't find on a regular grocery store. My favorites are the selection of flowers and plants, they are very affordable!!!

I have never experienced a setting in a grocery store as well astablished as Trader Joe's and there own brand of products are always to my liking. Definitely one of my go to places for great products at reasonable prices.

We come down the hill to go to this trader Joe's. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love so many of the things that they carry. We love the praline pecans so much that I have to hide them so I get some too. I love the bruschetta and cheese spreads. They always have yummy samples to taste. Nice plants and flowers to choose from. Excellent frozen food especially the tamales. My favorite corn relish in the world. The lemon yogurt is bomb. Chocolate cat cookies are a must have. Love this place.

You can't go wrong shopping at Trader Joe's. Everyone there is friendly, and I mean friendly. The staff are very helpful. That is, they go out of their way to let you know where to find things. I've shopped at Trader Joe's for many years now. Sorry for the photos - - we, my daughter visiting from Maui, myself and youngest son, got excited and just placed all the snacks on the island counter.

I prefer this TJs over the Rocklin one. I have been a faithful customer for over 22 years years at this TJs. I tried the Rocklin one since it's a few miles closer to my home and just didn't get the same vibe. There's just something about this store that I like more. Maybe it just the nostalgia of one of the few places that hasn't changed around here?

My husband wanted to get me some flowers from Trader Joe’s. When he was about to pay, the cash lady told him “ you got your finger 🤕 injured and this flower will on ya, you can just take them home and hope you feel better” ( I don’t remember the exact words)My husband was very surprised! He told me no wound you love this company so much!Thank you trader joe for this flower and now you get another loyalty customer! Plus me!

On my way to ER because I cannot breathe after taking three steps into trader Joe's and getting the cinnamon poison smell anyone breathing that is going to have issues. It's poison it's not natural and it causes respiratory distress in some people.

Wife had purse stolen inside Roseville, ca. store. Staff made aware of theft but no security cameras so thieves flourish. Stay away next few weeks.Thieves took stolen cards down street to Home Depot, Roseville, ca. store for 30+ gift cards without this store stopping them (red alert 30 cards) Target store declined their stolen debit card transactions. Thank you target, good standard. No standards at Home Depot, Roseville, ca.. Stay away and boycott, never did receive solution call from Manager or assistant Manager.

Love my local trader Joe's fast and efficient checkers. Very friendly, helpful service and always something new to find. Certain staples are still hit and miss but that's understandable but always happy to see my usuals in stock. The store is always clean. Very full hustling. Bustling shoppers, but we're pretty much all polite to each other knowing that not all the stock is in, especially in the frozen department. Still have things missing every now and then. And the prices are still manageable unlike some other stores. My checkers are always fun and full of spunk.
