I’ve been coming here for awhile. The lack of assistance in insanity. I have not once in two years been asked if I needed help and only twice have I been capable of getting assistance. Once after a 35 minute wait! Today I left due to walking in circles to get some one to cut vinyl and never once finding someone. Your facility is managed poorly. I’ll be going to Lowe’s from here on out.

A typical home depot.... If it's not your usual home depot, chances are that the lay out will be different. Since there are no 2 that are alike. The customer service is terrible and the cashiers agree as you vent on your way out. Everything is locked up for the convenience of no one, and a forklift driver is not to be expected near closing time.

Typical Home Depot with everything you need for do it yourself home maintenance and construction. Clean, well lit, with helpful employees…when you can find one.This location has a busy parking lot, so beware if you have a bigger rig. Generally I wish Home Depot’s would have parking lots which accommodates bigger work trucks.Also, the trend towards full the isles with merchandise and matters is becoming a new sans to shopping. Seldom do I visit a Home Depot without having to accommodate blocked isles.

Home Depot in Roseville is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve never any issue or problem making a return. We especially like their Bear line of interior house paint.

I Love shopping here! Fabulous Customer Service and great store layout. I know we are all in a rush but be patient towards those who are trying to help you on your way. I know from experience that "most" do whatever it takes to get you the help you need.

Been going to this Home Depot Location for over a decade. Even though it's out of the way for me I prefer it over the other locations that are also near me. But I'm usually satisfied with any Hime Depot they almost always have exactly what I need and their customer service beats most if not all major hardware stores.

This is a clean and organized store with tons of choices to choose from, for your home improvement projects. Their garden section is my favorite. All the plants look healthy. Also, they had the dirt and cinder blocks I needed for my project. The employees could be more friendly. I only had one employee approached me, to see if I needed any assistance. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I used to work for a Criminal Defense law firm. I have seen Home Depot creating more criminals in the society than any one else. When Home Depot prosecutes first time shop lifters, their background record goes really bad and since they can't get a job, they look for another way of making money to support themselves.I have heard that some have joined networks of organized shop lifters.Home Depot should give written WARNING to the first time shop lifters so that they wouldn't think about shop lifting again and can also find other jobs.

Terrible customer service, waited 30 minutes in an aisle for help to get a product off the top. Two employees argued with each other not to help. Called twice to the store manager and received very little help. One employee did come and tell me I'm not allowed to get it myself, but I have a broken leg and was not going to climb a ladder anyway.

I've tried multiple times to get a hold of the store manager but the customer service managers first tell me her name is Christine I further find out her name is Stephanie won't get me past that point so I'm going to leave a review and call corporate I'm a longstanding customer at home depots I had bought 40 sheets of metal on the Folsom boulevard store that was while I was getting something else for a job to finish it up then traveling across town the job canceled so I swung and do sunrise home Depot to return the metal that I had purchased that I had a receipt for after digging through the metal and pretending to count it she then proceeds to tell me that I need to go back to Folsom to do my return because it's too much money All of about 600 dollars then telling me I'm required to load it back up at being pretty heavy and go across town and saying it's so rudely I wanted to smack her face off along with a different chick really skinny one was really overweight terrible customer service the nastiest people I've everdealt with so while loading up all of this extra weight that I had to move I cut myself pretty bad to the point of needing stitches with no offer of help whatsoever I am completely and thoroughly appalled I spend $500 a day at least with but I will be taking somewhere else and you can count on a lawsuit coming your way oh yeah I forgot to mention that I was able to return it to the home Depot down the street with no problems whatsoever so I wonder what the problem is there

Usually a mad house. Generally hard to get assistance. But on occasion one or two people will go out of their way to help. Always have what I'm looking for but sometimes takes a while for me to find it on my own. The prices are generally pretty decent as well. Ps: the hot dogs out front are a good reason I visit this location.This time it was inventory was all over the aisle and getting help was a bit more difficult. Eventually got everything i needed but spent twice as long as i should have. Thankfully some of the lumber prices have come down.

Too many employees, not enough individual knowledge just a few people who know they're stuff well enough to compensate for all the rest of the idiot's working plus loss prevention that have such a hard on for u its invasive when u have been here maybe a dozen times ever and dont steal from stores either way. And purchased things every single time , they need to have a better hr or recruiter cause these people should definitely not work anywhere with improvement in the title of the job

The Home Depot in West Sacramento is the finest place to get your flowers. Just to say it this is just one of the small ones that I planted and look how big it has gotten there Gary the truth I don't know what to do with it it's overgrown its container. And I would hate to think if I took it out it would fall apart it just shows you the health of the flowers that I buy there. Fantastic and they grow big so hurry on down the Home Depot it is spring now time to do that planting

At this particular location they do a pretty good job keeping things stocked, could work on service with a smile a little bit with some people but their day might have been off. There's a young woman works there at self-checkout or at contractor check out that is just great always a great smile

Plenty of parking. Cashier saved me some money in sharing buying four HAVAC filters instead of just one cause you’d get 50% off! Appreciated that ! Had some help finding things. Restroom was clean. I’m sure that’s hard to do sometimes when it’s packed with people.
