I had a highly unpleasant experience at Target today. I was at Target with one of my clients during the course of my workday at 12:30pm.I was not engaging in any out of the ordinary behavior yet I was followed persistently and pervasively during my entire time in the store. I have full time employment and a master's degree from a reputable school, yet likely due to the color of my skin was massively targeted in the store. I would think twice before shopping at this location if you are apart of a diverse group.

Hi actually grew up at this target store. I wonder if the guy with a ponytail still works here? The store is super clean and well organized. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a “welcome in.” Restrooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s always nice to take a memory down isle 21. J/k

I came to buy a Fitbit watch. When I arrived in the electronics section of the store and employee walked away and said he was on lunch break and if I needed help to press the black button. After pressing the black button two times and it's cycling through the light blinking, I called the electronics department and nobody answered. I pressed the black button two more times and then I called guest services and let them know I've been waiting in electronics for some help. This is the kind of service I expect from Walmart not from Target. Sadly this did not meet my expectations.

The lady with the orange bangs needs to be fired. We walked in the store and she started yelling at everyone saying they were closed. She then started yelling at the other employees to start telling the costumers that they have to leave the store. So they proceeded to go around the whole store forcing all customers to stop shopping and force them to leave. We had 2 items and she was yelling that they were closed and we couldn’t check out because she was closing all the registers when we were already at the registers. She was completely rude and fighting with all the costumers that were already in the store. She was fighting with this one man saying that there was someone at the door who told him that they were closed, which was a lie because I walked in at the same time as the man she was arguing with and there was no one at the door telling us they were closed. If you guys were closed then why weren’t the doors locked. Also Apple Maps says they closed at 12am so it was a simple miss understanding. There was no need to be yelling at everyone and forcing everyone to leave. She is extremely disrespectful and shouldn’t be working there.

Wasn’t sure what was off today when I stopped at Target. Felt Twilight Zone-y. As I ran my cart over clothes/hangers all over the floor, I realized it was eerily quiet. Don’t Targets usually have music playing? So that was weird. Then I turned into the rug aisle & almost turned my ankle slipping on a full milkshake that had congealed in the middle of the aisle. Every department was a disorganized MESS, no music, weird feeling, actual spills unattended to. No sizes. This used to be my go-to Tarjay. What happened??

Worst customer service in my life from an employee named ELL. Seriously she should never work in customer service ever again. She got upset and gave me attitude for adding an iPad to my iPhone case purchase. She couldn’t even tell me what the model of the iPad was and got frustrated I even asked. I still bought the iPad even though I was seriously angered by the way she was handling the whole experience. I’m very sorry I had to burden her with my purchase that took 5 minutes out of her day! Target should really reevaluate who they hire!

This is probably one of the worst ran Targets I have ever encountered. On numerous occasions I have been let down by this particular locations management team . My daughter and son were with me and security started following us around….I asked what they wanted and they said they were worried about my daughter not watching my son properly and I told them I am here to watch everyone and we are all ok. Then my 3 year old got upset and scared so he peed himself on the floor in the aisle that we were being followed in. Instead of asking if he needed assistance, we were asked to leave lol. 😂 I thought I was being punkd. The manager I got involved with was later fired. Not because of that incident, im sure it wasn’t just me that got harassed by security like that. I don’t trust that place, i won’t go back. That was 15 years ago…. and it still haunts me today how badly my family was treated.

I LOVE Target, but they need better security throughout the parking lot. Lots of homeless/drugged people on bikes that are yelling and cussing as you try to drive around them in the parking lot. I just left there about 30mins ago and there was a homeless woman on the right side of the road but next to one of those cones that say to watch out for pedestrians. I was able to pass this homeless drug addict, but because of the cone on my left, I couldn't swing wider. The homeless person is completely unaware of anything I'm sure, but as I slowly pass by her, she cusses nonstop at me and I honestly was afraid she'd hit my car. I'll never go back to this location. Unless they patrol the parking lot more, and get rid of homeless drug addicts, which I don't see happening anytime soon. It's a terrible city to live in when residents pay money to feel unsafe within their own community.

Anyone out there with a samsung device, they don't carry accessories or cases. Kind of deceptive being they Have a giant sign promoting samsung products. Just a heads up. Kind staff though.

Your employee Jamie needs to be fired! I couldn't believe how she acted towards another drive up customer. She was cussing and throwing up her hands. She even bullied and harassed her other employees. The manager need to do better and get that employee out of there!

I like Target for some things. But I find that at times, they have very little selection in certain departments. And in other departments, they have the same selection that they've had for the past 3 years. So I kind of stopped going there for a while. For example, I went to buy the Christmas lights that they said they had, but I got there and they didn't. And the lights had just been put on the shelves. So, I often find myself disappointed when I leave.

Photo kiosk not easy to operate. Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside. Customer service area employees very helpful. Clean and handicapped safe restrooms. Handicapped parking and ramps.

GO TO A DIFFERENT TARGET!!This review is not based on a single experience... I work for a Shop+Delivery company that services Target stores and others and I've been to this location approx. 100-110 times in the last year and I'd say 90% of those trips I left the store irritated.Staffing is a major issue at this location.. good luck if you need something in a locked case or shelf because you'll be waiting forever for someone to come help you. Service desk typically only has one person working regardless how many people are in line. (Took 40 minutes to get 1 item from electronic dept + checkout the prepaid order at service desk today... if i was at Fairway I would have been in and out 6-7 minutes).In my opinion this store lacks adequate Talent Acquisition/Training and overall Management. Alway seem under-staffed and the employees they do have, are incompetent to say the least.I've been to nearly every Target in Sacramento and Placer County (20+) and the staff here is arguably the worst out of them all.I hate to leave such a negative review but after the ridiculous amount of times I've left this store completely dissatisfied, I figured it was time.

If you must come here make sure you can find everything yourself and use the self checkout because expecting any help with finding something or even help bagging your groceries is too much trouble for employees here. I wish I was exaggerating. I have never encountered this level of disservice at a Target before. It’s to the point where you can’t even get anyone on the phone when you call the store with a question. This used to be a nice store with friendly folks so I don’t know what happened but every time I visit now I leave regretting having gone in.

It's clean and a great location. There were a lot of checkout lines open which made it quick and easy to get through. However, they seem to have changed their exchange policy. I used to be able to exchange the Cat and Jack clothes when my kids would grow out of them but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. They only do refunds.

The store is always clean and well-stocked, and employees are open to questions without being intrusive. There is a delicate balance between being ready to offer assistance and interfering with a person's shopping. The employees of my local Target have this balance down. They are approachable without being overwhelming.

I went there and a man snuck in front of my self checkout cart and pushed my cart up and a woman supervising never said anything even though what he did was wrong. When I’m checking out finally after the guy helped himself to my register, this same woman who wasn’t friendly was watching us closely, never said a word until we were leaving and then said something like, “Have a good night, you guys.” Also, Chobani yogurt is 5 for $5 but they wouldn’t give me the deal if I don’t get $5 so I ended up not buying any because people don’t seem overly friendly here or helpful. Every other Target the employees seem more accommodating. Your employees need lessons in manners.

I went to make a return in your Roseville, CA location on Douglas Blvd. There was an employee at the customer service desk who's name I did not get due to utter shock but who was tall, caucasian with short, dark blonde hair and gender ambiguous. I had my 2 kids and was returning a pair of children's dress up items from your Disney collection, a yellow "Belle" dress and heels for my 2 year old. This employee asked if there was anything wrong with the items. I told them "no, my daughter just didn't like them." To which this person replied, "maybe she is going to be masculine-presenting and you should wait until she decides for herself which way she identifies before purchasing things like this for her."Your employee's job is to return my items, not to criticize my parenting, especially right infront of my children. Your employee's job is not to push their ideals and viewpoints on others. I'm an ally to my LGBT friends/family, but I will not be told that I am doing something wrong by buying my toddler a dress up item when SHE enjoys dressing up and simply preferred the pink dress instead of the yellow one I picked out. Ridiculous, rude and shameful. Regardless of the topic, your employee needs a coaching and a profound understanding of where their place is.Thank you.

They have poor customer service. I have arrived a little earlier than 2 hours of my item being place online pick up in store. The gal I talk to at first when I walk in the store she was rude and ask what’s my name and she said it takes about 2 hours to get the order ready. I said ok . I spent an hour and and 45 minutes in store waiting till my order is ready and so after I check out for the other items I bought I see the gal who pulls orders and so my grandma ask how much longer and while I stand in the customer service line. Guess what my order was processed last you know why I know it was the last order was processed because that gal who pulls all the orders was leaving the back room of the customer service and with the empty cart. Of course it’s so obvious that she process it last. Everyone at that customer service were all rude not good customer service. It’s very overwhelming for my grandma and I waiting for my order to be done. You will loose a lot of customer due to how you treat your customers and attitude towards your customers. You have to treat people just like how you want to be treated. Very bad experience at this Target location.
