My favorite thing about Safeway is I have never went there for something I needed and they were out of it. Employees are always friendly and helpful (especially this location). Hours of operation are convenient. Prices are a bit higher than some stores but all the pros make it worth it.

I've been debating leaving this review. I used to think highly of this Safeway location but it is going downhill fast. While most of the employees are professional, some fall way below bare minimum. A couple weeks ago, I was in the store and listened to an employee, I think her name was Cheri, I didn't get a good look at her name tag. She was very loudly embarassing another customer saying her boyfriend is annoying and she needs to keep him in check. That poor lady! She looked so embarassed! This is horrible! Why does Safeway let their employees talk like that to customers? ESPECIALLY loudly like that. If there is an issue, pull the customer aside or something and say it privately. There were customers around and we were all watching. I felt bad for that lady.This store needs to do better. And start drug testing their employees. You'd be surprised what you hear when they are high and at work. And the disgusting things they say to each other.The girl in the deli with the obnoxiously long eyelashes never seems to want to help anyone, like we are interrupting her or bothering her. She will cut meat on the same thing as cheese that was just on it. She doesn't listen to what amount or size of what you are buying. She just does her own thing.And you can't go and complain because they remember your face and you get treated with disdain when you are back in.

It's really nice place where you can get lots of food and drinks. Watch out for people in the parking lot. Sometimes they can be crazy in their vehicles especially if they've been having a bad day at work or with their children. Please be sure to check out the deli where you can have a freshly made sandwich and or breakfast burrito made to your liking. Also watch out for pickpocket people. Times are tough.

Advertises that they are 24hrs but that is a lie. Came in on a Saturday at 11:56 and there was an announcement that they closed in 4 minutes. Change the hours on your door and online!

The deli does the bare minimum for their customers. If you ask to have thin slices they try to get away with super thick slices. I asked “please give me the absolute thinnest slices you can do”. She first gives me the super thick slice and says is that ok? I said “not even close this is literally one of the biggest slices ive ever seen”. She says “that was a 5 on the machine, lets try a 4”. It was nearly the exact same thickness. The next piece they said was the thinnest the machine could do which was a complete lie cause ive gotten much thinner there in the past, ONLY ONCE, out of like 10 times. The worker actually had the gall to say “well you can cut it in half”. While this is going on the manager started getting vocal with a completely polite customer and made a scene. So speaking to a manager was pointless because you could see where this lack of performance came from. What a complete joke that place is. Me and my wife will not be returning.

I've shopped only here since they opened. The wife would only shop at Winco to save a couple bucks. Recently she has come to my side and now will only shop here with me. The nicest people and helpful employee's (friends) are here, the customers are all happy and being a member prices are more than fair for the quality of the products. I see the staff every Friday-Saturday removing the older merchandise (probably selling to Winco) and they're all very happy people. Please don't think you're saving money going elsewhere just to end up sick and disappointed. Love this store!

Says on here that they are open 24 hours, but apparently tonight they didn't want to work or something. I wasn't the only person that tried to go in. There was nobody in sight that could even tell us they were closed. Guess I'll head to Winco.

Bakery never has a good selection- in fact it has nothing every time I go in there. The front doors don’t work. I asked a bagger to help me put my groceries in my cart (I’m pregnant) and she threw them into my cart and stomped off with an attitude. The manager seems not to care. I’m just over this location. Unfortunately this location is minutes from my house. Tempted to get ahold of regional.

The sunscreen was a homerun. The water was a touchdown. The overall conversation with excellent customer service was great like a slam dunk. Half the team was beat before the first opponents offense at these types of games one of the next three games that was special here. Parking was excellent.

Very disappointed in this store. I have lived in this neighborhood for 17 years. The past three years this Safeway has plummeted in customer service. From the meet dept to lack of checker. Usually only one checker forcing customers to use the self check outs. So if you have alcohol you have to wait much longer. There is in 10 items or less. The self checkouts, half of them don’t have bags to carry your items. Walking in to the store if I’m shopping for only a few items I have to search for a hand cart.I keep giving this store a chance because it’s conveniently close but disappoints very time.I tend to go to Raleys for my meets, Riley’s has a bigger better selection of meets and service. Or the Nugget.Sorry Safeway. I have you a year to up your customer service.Bye bye.Repl;Unfortunately, after two years, make that three years of declined service. I seriously doubt my one little review is going to change Safeway‘s customer service. I worked for the Grocery industry for 16 years myself. I’m sure your sales are down like everybody else so you have a low labor budget. And it shows. There’s more, I’m sure other people can visually detect the lack of customer service and labor. Parking lot is usually full of grocery carts. The staff has changed and moved to other companies. I have actually run into them and heard their stories. Of course, this does happen over time. But it also shows the decline in the company resulting in long-term workers saying no more and moved on. There are too many grocery stores within the geographical vicinity that actually staff their stores. Again Safeway has only one available checker. Which forces, us the customers that brings revenue to the store, to be forced to go to the self check out. Which is not clean or stocked on a regular basis with bags.There was a female employee working the self check out that was kind enough to help me because I was buying a bottle of wine.Otherwise, if I was a customer, afraid to ask, I would’ve had to wait in a very long line. A lot of times people don’t want to have to ask. But on the inside their fuming.I am explaining a lot of the details so that the company will understand what customers are actually going through. I’m not angry… But there have been way too many times. I’ve gone into the store with poor service. Hopefully for our community Safeway will get their act together. But until then.The nugget and Raleys have a bigger selection, more employees with shorter lines and it feels nice and clean when I go into those stores versus SafewayPhotos to come…..

This Safeway has the best bakery hands down. I always order cakes from here for work or family parties. Very creative designs and tastes amazing every time! They even make cupcake cakes.

Mostly good but have a problem with sick and coughing deli Stuff member not wearing a mask, or gloves while serving uncovered foods to the public. Even after asking them to not cough on food. Of course I didn't by it. Manager reserved me my food but didn't answer what store's staff guidelines are when I asked. Everything else in the store is great . Thank you to the manager for reserving me.

Safeway is great. Most of the stores have fantastic crews and are well stalked. Every once in a while everyone has those days and same thing goes with stores. I came to this store on one of those days lol. But 4☆ because I'm sure this store is fantastic 99% of the time. Highly recommend the app for the deals and discounts on gas.

Convenient location and friendly staff. BUT, they keep batteries in a locked case!? Really? Are we in such a high theft area I have to be forced to WAIT and inconvenience the ONE employee to give you my money?? No thanks. I just ordered them on Amazon while waiting with same day delivery for less than a dollar. By the way the hard alcohol that costs less is right next to the batteries but not locked. Good thing this place is conveniently located for me because that's about all that separates it from the other Safeway by my house that DOES NOT lock them.

I like that they're open 24 hours. I also like their produce. I have to say their produce seems to be brighter and fresher than other Safeways in the area. IDK why that is maybe they take better care of their produce? Or perhaps it's the lighting? 😃 Either way this Safeway has the prettiest produce. The store is always very clean. I usually shop there late at night - after Midnight I prefer it. Less customers! Better customer service!Now to the guy here in the reviews who lectured us about drug use. Give me a break it's completely inappropriate to lecture the reader on something that has nothing to do with the subject. Your story is fiction and ridiculous. NO ONE smokes 3 joints then "almost" murders their family.

This is a tiny Safeway. They don't have alot of hot food choices. There wasn't any Chinese food or fried chicken like other Safeways. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. They had restrooms that were clean.

Safeway gas ⛽ is next door, which is very convenient. Store open 24 hours.Large store with a wide variety of fresh products.I only shop a few items, but freshness is the best.The parking lot is wide enough and convenient.The seasonal decorations in front of the store are also attractive.

Clean store. Update: Read your receipt. I've been overcharged at every store I've been to. Self-checkout employee yesterday was wildly rude. Didn't want to do a refund, asked me to come back next day. Talked about me to another employee right in front of me. I tried to thank her for her eventual help. I brought it to her attention that someone had just stolen, which she then blamed me for causing, because I was distracting her.

They have the BEST ROSE'S! I bought roses for mothers day and my mom said where did you get these I told her she was like wow they are so fragrant and beautiful! Always go to get roses there for what ever the reason!

Bakery is Not Very Keen on keeping Pies from Contamination! I purchased A Dutch Apple pie 9 in and Garbage was inside my sealed pie box from Bakery, The Manager Requested Me to bring the pie with the Garbage back to the Store for Refund And The Cream Cheese Pastry was hard Not fresh ,Bakery Needs some Attention, ASAP

Pleasant, Convenient, Friendly, but...I have very few bad things to say about this Safeway Supermarket. On the contrary it's very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The store is rarely crowded, and the parking lot is often free of random cartsThe issue I have is with product stock. It seems that the things that I am looking to buy are quite popular and so they are often unavailable. If I knew which days were the ones on which to visit when the stocking was completed, I would be inclined to add the 5th star.Edit: 2022.12.08I visited at 4:30 AM wanted to get my shopping done early.The lights were on, but all doors were blocked (and locked). Didn't see a doorbell, y'all are open 24 hours, right?

Fully stocked with everything a supermarket should have. Fresh produce, meat, bakery, and deli. Great location. Look for the BOGO deals. Store brand stuff has been among the best since I can remember in the 1990s. Doing something right !

Great service and variety for a Safeway and this locations flower department is amazing. However there is 0 enforcement for mask mandates aside from a sign on the door which makes me want to avoid it like the plague (or covid in this case) with how many people wander around without one

I came in to this Safeway this morning with my boyfriend for a breakfast sandwich and the women who mad our order was fantastic! I did not get her name but she was extremely personable and had great customer service! We do not eat meat so she was very accommodating to our needs. Happy to say my experience here was the highlight of my morning Keep it up Safeway your staff rocks!

Nice store with a wide selection of brands . The in-house bakery is also good and serves tasty stuff. There is no self-checkout counter here which is a bummer. There is always a big line and it would be great if they had a self checkout option.They have a lunch counter here which prepares fresh sandwiches just like Subway, which is cool. Overall, a nice place to shop.

Clean store, friendly service. I actually forgot an item and the clerk ran it out to ke as I was leaving. Happy to see a Safeway in my new neighborhood that is both 24 hours and has kind, friendly staff who are helpful and welcoming to their customers. Huge step up from the SF Bay. Well done guys.
