I don't own a house so I never had a reason to go here. Until I heard they carry PIE. This pie is delicious. Frozen so you can bake it fresh everytime. They have lots of flavors too. My favorite is the blackberry and the boysenberry.Buy some pie.

So I see this Smoker, take a pic and go home to discuss with the wife. I order it from my local Ace and they match the price. Well the inventory was off at the warehouse so my Local Ace refunds me. I call the Roseville Ace and they still have the Smoker (win?!). Associate held it for me and I drove from my Ace to Roseville.I show the associate the photo and the receipt for my refund from my local ace and ask if they will honor the price as the warehouse inventory was not accurate and now not available. The associate (she was very professional and polite) had to check with the owner whom was on site. The owner refused to honor the price and wanted $200 more. Well needless to say I will never shop at the Roseville store again!But there is a silver lining, Emigh hardware on El Camino Honored the price and I am picking up my Smoker today. I guess one owner understands the concept of customer service and that the warehouse inventory error should not affect the customer.Roseville's loss is Emigh's gain!

My 11 month old Traeger BBQ quit running that I purchased here.They said I should call Traeger. I did. Traeger said I have no servicing dealer in my area. I called the store back, and a nice young lady answered the phone and said she would pass my request on to management, and they would get back to me.They did not...I called back the next day and got a hold of Mathew. I explained, Traeger said there were no servicing dealers in my area. He said I had to contact Traeger. I tried to explain that I did talk to Traeger, and they said the above.He kept talking over me and saying "there is a process". When I asked him to stop talking and listen to me he got very rude.I purchased my BBQ from here, and paid top dollar, thinking that I would be taken care of if something happened.Well, something happened and they didn't take care of me.Beware, customer service is not kind here.

This store is an embarrassment to the Ace organization. What you see as a model on the floor is not what you get! When you bring an issue to the attention of management they become arrogant and could not care less about your issue. They have absolutely no after the sale customer service. Beware what you buy from this store!

I won’t be back. Their process of not allowing the customer to walk up to the cashier with an 8 dollar battery is ridiculous. If theft is so bad in Roseville then move locations. The cashier states that a 5 dollar item that’s locked behind glass has to be escorted to the cashier by an employee and the customer cannot walk it up. They have good items but overpriced and this type of procedure is excessive. I’ll go back to Home Depot.

Best hardware store in town! They have beautiful gifts and gone decor. Plus seasonal flags including sports! Employees are friendly and helpful. Soooo much better than shopping at the big box stores!

My go to Hardware store. Experienced local staff that knows service and how to provide it. Had keys made there. Weedeater was repaired there. Highly recommend. Better that any Big Box store. Sorry Lowes and Homer Depot.

Nice store with lots of help around. Well organized in their layout so you should be able to find what you need fast. If not ask, their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the merchandise and tools is of better quality than the box stores for just a little bit more. Great paint department.

Neighborhood hardware store where you can find those little parts you do not find in the other big stores. This one has also a beutiful display of decor for outdoors of very good quality. They are pricey but very nice. This one in the photo is very well done and metal.

There was two stupid ladies working the register. I walk inside & asked a question, super friendly like, then the stupid lady said remove your backpack, like huh? Then I get to the register ask about other sizes to the product I purchased. But wait without telling me she voided the transaction & proceeded to do stupid things. Then, this disgusting poor excuse for an employee ripped a product out of my hands saying I have to pay for it. Like what? Huh. But this idiot voided the transaction. I don't know why I was treated like this the only conclusion was that this stupid lady was racist. But she's a cashier at a future less job.

This is a absolutely amazing store. Just walking through each well stocked neat and organized isle is a treat. This store carries the best equipment no cheap stuff. That said it is pricey...but you get the best. If you want the best equipment and service for your money this place is for you...heck...just come and look for yourself you will see for yourself.

Stacey, your employee, Older women blonde hair glasses, does not know online policies. Even after explaining them to her she was adamant she was right and the manager at the time sounded to have backed her up.I couldn’t return an online product because “Ace stores don’t share data and they are all independently owned” your employee told me. I explained that I bought it online, picked it up a different Ace and would like to return it here. Your employee stated I had to return it to the same Ace I bought it at. I explained again I did not buy it in store I bought it online and I have 30 days to return it. It’s your Aces online policy. Employee couldn’t explain to me why, so she just walked away yelling and saying she was not going to argue with me.Hope you can inform this employee on your contracted online procedures and maybe a little anger management. This visit really sucked because all other employees and all other visits have been nothing but great. I’ve heard from other customers/locals they have also had issues with this same employee. Best of luck.

Absolutely ridiculous that this Ace won't take return from another Ace. The other Ace stores take return from another store. If you have a national name you should take returns from all stores. You are getting the product back to resell even though it didn't "go into your account"

I went by this store to warranty some Craftsman tools that I’ve owned for over 30 years. Most were screwdrivers that had broken tips or were worn to the point they were no longer effective for fine work. I was unable to use them to loosen tight screws any longer because the tips were worn and rounded off, or the screwdriver tips had broken and are unusable. The employee took them to the manager and reported back to me that they would not warranty them. I asked why and he said it was at their discretion which tools they warranty. I showed him that they were worn and broken and ask him what it would take for him to warranty them. He told me he would warranty one of the screwdrivers with the broken tip but none of the others. I again asked him why he won’t honor Craftsman’s warranty and he said it was at their discretion which ones they warranty. I told him the screwdrivers were useless to me because of their condition he again said there was nothing he could do. I’ve been using craftsman tools for 40 years, and I’ve never been turned down on their warranty program before. I’ve warrantied their wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, and just about any other tool you can imagine. I find it difficult to shop at a location that will not stand by their own warranty.From there I went to Lowe’s. They inspected all 14 tools and courteously and professionally exchanged them with no issues whatsoever. All tools were within Craftman’s acceptable warranty program.

Cliff & Don at Roseville Ace hardware helped me today, I came in for some paint and they were both very helpful and friendly, Cliff made sure my paint matched the sample I brought in from another paint company and made sure to include the formula on the can so I can get more in the future. Great experience overall!

Great service, old fashion hardware store that you can find special items that cannot be found at the home center. They had a great selection of hickory hammer handles. I was able to find the right replacement handle for my California framing hammer.

My husband and I came here today because we were in need of some very random screws, bolts, and other peices. We purchased a cat tree from a random company online, but they didn't send us half of the screws that we needed to put it together. We didn't want to wait another two weeks to receive the missing parts so we came to Ace in hopes they may have what we needed. The parts we needed were so strange and specific but after standing in the aisle for a little bit, Gordon approached us and asked if we needed any help. He spent so much time helping us find each specific peice or an alternative that would work for what we needed. On top of that, he was so friendly, patient, and kind. He didn't stop helping until we had everything we needed. We really appreciated his kindness because we truly had no idea what we were looking for and we could have spent all day in the aisle searching. Thank you Gordon!

We were having issues with our traeger grill and Ace Hardware sent Colby out to troubleshoot it. He was excellent! Very courteous, respectful, and worked very hard to ensure we got the correct parts to fix our grill correctly. Much appreciate his help!

I had keys made. They were friendly and very efficient. One of the keys didn't work and they were quick to make a new one and refunded the difference in price. I will use their services whenever needed.
