We purchased a dwarf hamster. The hamster was so cute & was very active. Unfortunately, he passed away because we weren’t aware that hamsters need a warmer environment & because we don’t use our heater, it was a little too cold in the house & it caused our beloved little hamster to die. I now know the changes we need to make for the next hamster we buy. The workers were friendly & helpful, they just need a little more information on the proper environments a hamster needs to thrive.

Not recommended to have your dogs groomed at this place. Staff (groomed by G.) did a horrible job last night. Requested a haircut, ended up shaving everything. No skill and lack of experience. Suprised $10 extra charge because she said our dog was moving a lot. Also, not sure what they drugged him with but he puked out some yellow stuff twice this morning. We will go back to Petco and a little of a distance for us but worth a lot more now.

Thank you Sherri and Scotty for taking great care of my baby Soju. After her Spayed, 4 baby teeth pull out and Implant Chip on her. My Soju hair was so matted that she need to trimmed down her beautiful fur. The supervisor was so understanding. Sherri is always helpful, going above and beyond to help me and my fur baby. When I have an issue or concerns about the care of my Soju. I have happy I give Per Smart @ Roseville a second chance with my baby.

Stocked well, always have what I need. They don’t have a ton of animals if you’re looking to adopt they haven’t had cats for a while and didn’t have half the smaller animals. but if your looking to buy supplies it’s great

The service at this petsmart is amazing. I truly felt taken care of. Michelle was so knowledgeable and helpful in selling us a chinchilla and getting his necessary requirements. Unfortunately, he must have unknowingly had some sort of parasite or something else because he passed away in the night 2 days later. I was distraught and thought surely I must have done something wrong. I called petsmart and spoke with Shasta who immediately showed compassion and understanding. She let me know their company policy and I brought him with me in the same petsmart carrier I brought him home in. Shasta saw me walking in and almost immediately brought me over to an empty register where we could talk privately (as I was crying). She was extremely helpful in the whole process and I am very grateful to experience people who care and don’t think that he was “just a rodent”. Thank you.UPDATE: we have since gotten another chinchilla and he’s been with us for a year so far!! I posted this original review almost 2 years ago. Still think about this day and am very thankful for Shasta being so kind and compassionate and not just an employee.

I absolutely love this location for the grooming services! They are all so nice and amazing with the animals! Dylan goes over and beyond to make my doggy happy and comfortable! The prices are great for the quality in care you get and my doggy looks amazing and refreshed!! I highly recommend this location for grooming services!! I love PetSmart's rewards program as well!! Points add up quickly for a nice little return when you feel like using it! Lots of deals always going on, they carry the best brands and their return policy is so comforting since not everything always works out for your pet and they make it very easy and hassle free!

Wanted to get our fur baby nice and clean before our 5 day road trip. Made an appointment and due to unexpected road closures were 15 minutes late. We attempted to call grooming salon 7 times with no answer to let them know. At drop off we were told it was not an issue because it was a "slow morning". While waiting to drop him off I saw 5 employees in the fish corner just chatting it up and not one person could answer the phone? 3 hours later and still no word from anyone. Came by and he had still not been tended to for the reason that they had 3 people show up before us. They said to give them 35 more minutes. We waited in the car and the time had passed with still no word. We went in to check and he was ready but no one called us. Now we have 7 hours to look forward to with two little ones and are 2 hours behind schedule thanks to a corporate store visit that slows everything down which should be the opposite of what should happen. We will get through the day just like another day forgotten but for now just a Huge disappointment and inconvenience. Thank you PetSmart leadership.

I recommend that you never take your dog there for grooming and bathing. I took my dog ​​there twice and both times they injured my dog's body and did not cut his nails properly and his face was cut and he was biting his ears. When he came home he was very stressed and nervous. I will never go there and I recommend you too.

I used to like this PetSmart. I will never go back. I asked 3 different people over 40 minutes to help me get down Cat Litter. I was told someone would help me each time, but they blew me off, no one showed up they did not value me as a customer. In the time they ignored me, I was able to order what I needed from Chewy. Com. I ended up only buying what I couldn't wait 3 days for.

I had my Pekingese “ groomed” there on 6/19/23, and I’m horrified at the results! She shaved his ears down to the skin, shaved off his whiskers as well! None of this was in any way necessary. While I’m there another lady was picking up her standard poodle, done by another groomer. That poor dog was shaved down to skin! LAdy was visibly upset as am I. They just lost 2 customers forever. Also the placed smelled awful.

Went to Banfield for a checkup on my pup. I thought this photo made the info very comprehensible. They have always done good by us and kept their prices fair.
