Where get all our Doggy treats and food. Some food we use is not stocked regularly but I think that is brand specific. They always give honor the discounts even if they are low in stock. Staff always helpful.

Very clean store with friendly staff. Very spacious there. I expected more products to be available but there wasn't as much.. However, what is available is great and all is quality. I will also share that they allow returns with receipt within 30 days and stood by their products. I had a hard time finding a harness for my pup that he couldn't get out of. The employee listened and recommended a perfect harness. He can't get out of it and is safe, comfy, and happy. We are very happy!!! Also, love that the kitties are up for adoption and we can get involved in volunteering!

Great selectionGot a couple products i had to return and had lost my receipt... they gave me a customer service number to call and mins later had the receipt emailed to the store and i was on my way. Great friendly service and I'll be back for the specialty dog food selection that nobody else even comes close to having such a great selection.

Pet Food Express has great ideas and layout. With a few changes they could be a destination for Roseville pet owners. The prices are high on the canned food, pet washing station and other items. I would offer cheaper items in each department. I bought two $4 cans of wet cat food and my cat doesn't even like them. If you lower your grooming station to $10, instead of $18, you'll have more customers and they'll purchase pet items while they're at your store. Also, have your employees approach customers to ask if they need any help. I passed 4 different employees and none of them acknowledge me. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I love their self wash stations and the staff. Great spot and the self wash is worth the price. Keeps me from clogging up my own tub with loads of dog hair. Was able to wash both our dogs on one wash cycle.

This review is LONG overdue. The staff at this location are ALWAYS so incredibly kind & helpful. And with my busy schedule, I absolutely appreciate their delivery option. Great selection of high quality pet food and products. Staff was helpful in making suggestions. They have self-service dog washing stations, which looked pretty cool. More expensive then the standard pet food chains, but the quality is higher, so I think the prices are fair.

Coming from Omaha I haven't seen such an excellent selection of dog food in a pet store. I loved the variety of healthier alternatives. I make my own dog food so I don't need to buy it, but I appreciate that they are offering this to people who can't afford the time to do so.Service was hit and miss.When I asked someone about the difference between two products, she pretty much just tag the labels. I could have done that too, I was hoping for more knowledge of the actual product.

The VIP pet center is a perfect place to get your pet's shots and check up. The staff for the store always give my pup lots of love and treats and we got her the cutest sweater on out last visit.

I recently adopted a dog. Went in to buy supplies. The staff that was working in the evening on July 1st they were the best. I’ve worked in hospitality my entire career and I was wowed at the service they provided to me and my fiancé, and the live they showed to my new family member. To Curtis at the front and the rest to the crew you guys were awesome (I don’t remember the names of the rest of the employees).

Absolutely LOVE this place and their workers! JEN was so kind and nice to my daughter… She went above and beyond to help my daughter choose a leash and collar for her new business of walking dogs, minor detail my daughter is 6 and did not have enough money. Jen helped her and even gave her a discount so she could pay with what she had!It is not just about a service, it is about the impact Jen’s actions had on my little one’s believes in people and kindness!Thank you Jen, the world needs more people like you!

I like this place but the sales staff was recommending these huge toys and chew toys for a puppy that is a miniature dachshund that weighs 2.4 lb right now seems so ridiculous to me

My girlfriend and I took a rescue puppy here that we are fostering,for his shots and general check up. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating,the Vet on duty was extremely knowledgeable and handled our charge with deft hands and was very thorough with everything she did. I wandered around the store and realized that their prices are comparable and mostly lower than the big box pet stores we shop at from time to time. Pet Food Express in Roseville is a fun and friendly pet food and supply store with wholesome, healthy brands you can trust. It's knowledgeable staff and generous return policy provides confidence for all purchases. This place reminds me of Whole Foods, next door, except that it's for pets. A super-star among their crew is ADAM who gently provided me a plethora of scientific, evidence-based nutrition information facts without trying to dupe me with BS like another pet food store. Adam's knowledge of ingredient content and ability to compare & contrast different formulations that fit my budget is especially helpful. His passion for his job and respect for the store's high reputation is laudable. Since bringing my puppy home two weeks ago I have felt confused with conflicting guidance about grain inclusive vs grain exclusive and raw vs cooked. I finally had a feeling of self-assurance that I was making a healthy meal choice for my beloved pup after Adam's guidance. I'll be shopping here long term knowing brands are safe, high quality, and the staff makes trustworthy recommendations.

The facility itself- 5 stars.... I have been to PFE's at several other locations and this one hands down is the nicest and cleanest and maybe biggest!But the staff? Some very entitled employees at the register. Specifically a heavy set chubby white male, who had tattoos and a beard, maybe in his mid to late 20's, needs some customer service skills and training.

I took my pup to get a wash there. The wash area was huge and really nice. It was like a car wash but for dogs because of the way you have to use a token and the way you select the shampoos and rinse options. I bought the three tokens get one free and it came out to $54. Each token is 25 minutes. They also don't provide any silicone scrub thingy so bring your own or be prepared to use your hands. The blow dryer was on a super low setting with no option to increase (that I could see) so blowing took forever. However my pup left there so fresh and so clean. 😜
