Amazing and consistent customer service every time we visit with our two kids. One is disabled and can't walk anymore. 54 lbs, so not a pocket pooch. We love Lucky Dog! Both our dogs are scared to go to groomers but they never hesitate when they are going to Lucky Dog! Thank you for taking such good care of them!First visit review:the customer service was excellent! My dogs don’t like being groomed and it’s usually a hassle leaving them. Not only did they look and smell amazing when I picked them up but they didn’t even want to leave! Highly recommend Lucky Dog Grooming! And the price point was excellent!

Kim is the best! My golden retriever loves her. He is nervous about his grooming but I can also tell he is happy to see Kim. It's a mixture of nervous shaking and wild tail wagging. LOL Kim is very kind and seems to really love the dogs she grooms. She pays close attention to my requests and always delivers!

They actually got me in for a cut and blow dry an hour after I called in! My pup looked gorgeous/ smelled gorgeous and was done an hour ahead of time. So happy with my recent find. Girls working there were sweet and kind. Looking forward to our next visit.

It’s not the fanciest place but I don’t care about that. They make it so easy to schedule and communicate with them, and also are flexible for when we could drop off and pick up my dog. Also, they’re the first groomers who listened to me about cutting his nails short. And he was clean with no overpowering scent! Love that!

This was my first time bringing my Labradoodles to Lucky Dog. I was a little nervous since it was their first time, but they had excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. It’s the first time in a long time I picked up my dogs from a groomer and was so impressed by their work, I’m definitely coming !

Wonderful service, was told it would take an average of two hours and it only ended up taking an hour for a full service. My dog came out so happy with no anxiety at all, truly looked as if he felt so much better after a grooming service here. Can’t wait to come again!

Extremely disappointed with our 1st time experience & Grooming Appt at Lucky Dog Grooming. I don't like the fact you can't see what they are doing grooming wise to your animal or where they even go. Our 6 month old pup was there for3 ½ hrs & came home looking the same but actually smelling worse than before he went in for his "grooming" appt at Lucky Dog. We were told Nails would be trimmed as well as his Paw hair. Neither one of those were trimmed.(picture attached) His sanitary trim was short in one area but long in others. Areas of his body were not brushed out, like his tail & behind his ears to name a few. He was also still damp when he was picked up. Was really hoping based on their reviews that Lucky Dog Grooming would be our new go to for grooming for all 3 of our pups but they lost our business.

I brought my F1B labradoodle (who looks like a std poodle) and the amazing groomers made him look like a show dog. They were able to get his ears fully cleaned and de-haired, too! He’s also very happy with the experience and didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be back again and again!

I had high hopes for this groomer when I saw they were opening and they did not disappoint! They were fast, nice, greeted my reluctant dog and made her look amazing! I am picky and our doodle has very curly hair that we like fluffy! They did amazing! I have an appointment for next month!

I had a need for an emergency grooming after my dog got covered in burrs, and I committed kitchen scissor sins to try and get them out. I was able to be scheduled very fast, my dog came back looking amazing, and the price was very reasonable.
