New review atop old review: It finally came time to rebuild our waterfall in a few spots. The construction team did an amazing job, our pond looks even better than we could have hoped, this team was pro and got all the work done pretty fast. They were a really nice team. Definitely recommend them! (Now for my review of the cleaning which is an older post): It took about 3 hours to clean our pond, it was truly overdue and needed it. The guy they sent was so thorough and did excellent work we can finally see our five fish without struggling to find them. He was a sweet guy, right on time, detail oriented and we'll definitely call each year for our annual cleaning. Thank you guys.

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They are willing to show and help you fix things if you bring them in, such as your pond filter (ours is the PondMax SF650). Would definitely recommend going here for your pond needs.

Everything started off great with Mark, he seemed excited to take on my project. But, our first scheduled meeting, which I took time off work and moved important meetings, was a no-call, no-show. After me texting him he finally got back to me an hour late and said he told me we should reschedule. This is not the way to start a 6 figure project. I'm moving on to a company that doesn't over-promise and under-deliver.

We bought all we needed, motor, line(highest quality with pad), leaf catcher, algae fix, fish, plants, etc... they spent time with us answering questions and went out of their way to accommodate us. We drive an hour to get there one way and it’s worth it!

This is a wonderful place to purchase anything you might need for your water garden. Complete Ponds built our water feature and it has given us many years of enjoyment. We go outside almost every night - to the point where if you say, "Let's go outside and have a glass of wine" our dog joyfully runs and grabs his toy and heads for the back door!

We are extremely happy with the pondless creek with waterfalls that they did for us. Mark (the owner) was really good about explaining our options and trying to help us design the water feature that we wanted. He never tried to upsell us but was patient in getting us to a finalized plan. The crew was headed by Paul who altered the plan several times as we saw changes we wanted to make once we saw it being built. Both Paul and Mark were extremely responsive to whatever we wanted and the crew was really great at keeping the street out front clean and cleaning up each day after the job. The job was 4 days start to finish and the project is perfect. We HIGHLY recommend Complete Ponds.

Complete Ponds is the BEST!! We interviewed a few different companies to install our turtle pond, but Mark was hands down the most impressive, knowledgable and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with our results. The installation was smooth and professional, all of our questions/concerns were handled well, and they delivered exactly what we asked for. Now we have two very happy turtles living in our gorgeous pond/waterfall. I highly recommend this family-owned business!!

If I could give these guys more stars, I would. They were super helpful and friendly in helping me build a pond myself last spring, and since then, they have been as equally friendly and helpful as I've returned with questions. In one instance I returned with a pump (which I purchased there) that wasn't working properly hoping they could possibly fix it. They took it, tossed it, and gave me a brand new one, no questions asked (the new one has worked great ever since). These people GET customer service and they've got at least one loyal customer for as long as I've got a pond. LOVE these guys.

Store seems to have what's needed for any indoor or outdoor pond setup. During mask mandate though I was annoyed to see the only employee, a young guy with a tie dye mask, was wearing it halfway down his mouth. Was helping customers and a few elderly people in close proximity. Watched him and he never made any attempt to fix it and actually seemed focused on making sure it stayed where it was.. Clearly caring more about making his own stance against mask wearing rather than respecting his customers and their health. All the customers were being respectful and wearing theirs. I think in a work environment where customers are coming into your business its important to show good faith in doing whats neccessary to help customers feel comfortable coming into your business. I could have ordered from Amazon, but would rather support a brick and morter business.. clearly though this business doesn't care to respect their customers and are more focused on their personal agendas. I left without purchasing the $200 dollars worth of goods I came for. Headed tanother store.

Complete Ponds is terrific! As a DIY-er, I needed to upgrade my 13+ yo pond and the staff were extremely helpful. They spend literally hours with me, listening carefully as I describe the existing system, asking very good (relevant) questions to understand what I wanted, making recommendations on upgrades and then coaching me through the set up.Working with the staff at Complete Ponds was by far better than any on-line transaction in the sense that they have very competitive prices, excellent knowledge of their products and were obviously dedicated to ensuring that I was going to be happy with my pond. I am a very satisfied customer and will refer friends to this store.

This place was alright but I felt that not only were the prices a bit steep, but I know the sales lady was trying to sell me expensive equipment I didn't need. They do have a nice selection of koi and pond products in general and sometimes some nice pond plants, but I'm not sure if this is a place I'd go out of my way to visit.

Was excited to be working on building myself a koi pond in my backyard, so I began after consulting with the folks at Complete Ponds. They gave me as much information as I could ask for and I set out on the daunting task, as I perceived it. This project turns out is a lot harder at first as I was digging through old tree roots left by a tree we had removed. After the initial dig and some landscaping challenges, we began seeing the whole thing come together and more quickly than before. Was helped tremendously along the way by the staff and I'm greeted with friendly service every time I stop in. Needless to say we love our koi pond and realize it was worth every bit of effort.

Just bought a PondMax 450L Vacuum and my waterfall that usually takes me DAYS to clean out each Spring went from FILTY to FABULOUS in less than 2 hours. Nice, knowledgeable people - don't shop Amazon fellow Rosevillians, keep the dollars local!!!!!

The staff and Mark (owner) are very helpful and knowledgeable in your needs for your pond or water garden. From beginner to advanced they know ponds. So if your looking for someone to build you a beautiful backyard pond or just starting out as hands on i highly recommend complete ponds. Family owned and honest. Lots of koi too!
