I take my puppy to Petsmart for their training classes. Andrew is such a great guy with the dogs. My puppy just loves him. He really did help me with the training of my puppy she is doing so much better. They offer different levels of training and even private lessons.I was going to take my puppy there also to be groomed but to me the price was a little to high and the woman that I talked with was I little bit rude. When I walked in she was on the phone with a customer and once she was off she didn't say hello or hi just"What do you need". When I told her what I was looking for in my puppy's hair cut she said we don't do that kind of a hair cut you will need to go some place else that does specialty hair cuts but I kept trying to tell her that I didn't want this specific cut just something like it she just insisted I needed to go to a different groomer which I did.The store always has friendly workers and are helpful and they have a really nice selection of food, toys, treats and supplies. I just wish they offered nicer harnesses for dogs. The store also offers pet adoption and they have vaccination clinics. The prices and not bad. The puppy food I buy is the same price as on Chewy and I don't have to wait a few days for it to come in the mail. They also offer curb side pick up, autoship, shopping and save day delivery.

Great PetSmart overall, and I highly recommend Jackie from grooming. She has been taking care of our Pomeranian for many years now and she always does a superb job.

Great customer service. No hassel. Bought my fish pet food, conditioner, tester and decor. You can buy on amazon it will be just little bit cheaper but you need to wait a day or two. You can always run to petsmart to get it right away without waiting.

I took my maltipoo in for a bath and haircut. Unfortunately my doggy was very anxious and was giving the groomers a tough time. However, Daenna was so understanding. She really tried her very best to work with her. She was gentle and really gave me every alternative and option for my pup to get the best haircut she can. Priscilla was wonderful as well, she offered to even double book her just to make her feel more comfortable. I would definitely trust my pets here again. Outstanding service!

Nice small store with a friendly staff but make sure to check the expiration dates. Purchased some cat food on 3/18/2020 and it was expired. When I called I was placed on the longest hold.

PetSmart has been a very good place I give it five stars very professional whenever I order something online it's ready I just walk in there and get it if I have the wrong food from another PetSmart they're willing to exchange it and also give me cash whatever is remaining on my online purchase they've been very very good I give him five stars I highly recommend PetSmart in rosemead God bless

Jackie was great, we were late to our appointment but she still made time to groom our little boy. He was so matted etc... she had her work cut out for her. Jackie stood up to the challenge . Jackie cut, cleaned, groomed and trimmed his nails, hair and body. We will be back!

Their stock isn't the best but they have most everything and workers are nice.I've been buying up all of their X brand, Y variety of their pet food every Z weeks. I've bought all of their stock over and over again! Each time I come back to order, it's back in stock but rarely more than two trays / packages of them.I order online, shipped to home and delivered by door dash but their website is atrocious. The one thing it does well is that it tells me how much of the pet food is in stock for pickup at this location.I am forced to go to store or order from this location now and then because their online shipping is unreliable.Overall, this is a good place to get modern brands of pet supplies. They also have grooming but I haven't used this service.

Very helpful when I need advise about my choices of dog food for my senior. The working staff (I think he's a supervisor yet forgot his name...) was attentive and friendly. My 1st time here shopping but it won't be my last!

Mostly well stocked and fair prices. But flea equipment is much more exepensive than petsmart.com and the store was out of flea combs when I went (during flea season).Workers were attentive and asked if I needed any assistance

One might find this location to be quite smaller than other PetSmart stores. I find it perfect; one reason being how quick they are to attend their customers.. Browning, or passing through for other ideas you might be having? They are quick to assist you with help.Making your shopping experience easy.

I was real upset this past Monday when your salesperson in Glendora informed me that PetSmart discontinued stocking Grain Free American Journey dog food, in particular the Sweet Potato and Salmon and Active Salmon brown rice & vegetable. I ran all over town trying to find 28# bags but only found (4) 4# bags and 1 4# Active Salmon brown rice & vegetable.R they being recalled for any health reasons? Please advise.

Wonderful experience at PetSmart Rosemead! Friendly staff, good parking, and clean store. Stopped by to find pill pockets for my fur baby and the store assistant was super helpful. Lucky to have a local PetSmart in my neighborhood.

Petsmart’s prices have gone up 25 to 40% more than they were a year or two ago. Prices online are a little cheaper than in store. I guess they want to get people to order online so they don’t have to have store fronts and then without the store fronts they won’t have pet adoptions. Chewy’s prices are getting high too, pretty soon people won’t be able to afford having pets or helping animals in need.

Personable salespeople who were available to assist me finding a particular flavor of cat food in 5.5 ounce size that was not on the shelf. They researched several PetSmart stores for that particular brand of cat food and it appears that not any of the PetSmart Stores is carrying it any longer. So I purchased the last case of the 2.8 ounce brand.
