Absolutely stellar service. Got a mutant chicken Pacman with Jam Jam via MorphMarket and the communication and packing (I live in New Hampshire and the cross country flight this little lady made was no problem at all) was *PERFECT.* Cannot say enough good things about JamJam Exotics. Amazing service! I’ve purchased on two separate occasions for 6 Goliath beetle larvae and all of them came very healthy and active! Their response to questions is almost immediate and I’ve had no problems whatsoever with the process of ordering and shipping. As someone who deals with a lot of insects, these ones are very well cared for. The packaging was great and kept all of the larvae safe on their two day trip. They made sure to include heat packs so the temperature was ideal for shipping. Another thing I really loved was that they have a YouTube channel showing you how to take care of everything! These people really care about their animals, and they also care about the animals going to good homes. Couldn’t recommend a better shop!

Awesome selection of beetles, amphibians and top quality black nights. Also excellent communication and customer service, I’ve bought from JamJam ever since I first saw him at a Pomona reptile show, and continue to do business with him, because from supplies to animals, it’s all top quality. His flake soil is the best I’ve been able to find on the market and what I strictly use to raise beetle larvae.

My experience with JamJam exotics has been wonderful! They are a pleasure to communicate with, and they are always happy to answer whatever questions you may have. I purchased my first ever Goliath beetle larve from them. The larve came in a very well insulated box. 10/10 would recommend:)

The cornuta I ordered came a few days ago, although the shipping was slightly delayed, the frog came healthy, absolutely beautiful and active. Customer service was also fast and efficient.I was always really skeptical about online animal venders, but this experience completely changed my mind!

Jam-jam is my go to for frogs, he answers all my questions on how to take care of various frogs and what diet and temps are needed to have a healthy frog thriving!! also meets with me in person in a timely matter to avoid shippping aswell as a friendly person.
