This dog wash was great. My rescue has severe anxiety and I really appreciated the owners patience. I loved that everything we needed was there and the water in the self-service wash was warm. I've been to other places where the water stayed cold and had very poor pressure. Other places also have short time limits which make you rush and not feel entirely confident in your dogs cleanliness. Go-Go Spa gives you 1 hour!!! This helped me keep my dog calm and work slowly and made for a soothing experience. Needless to say.. I am hooked!!

First they tell you it's going to be 55-65 dollars depending if your dog is well behaved. I already knew they were going to charge me 65 and I was okay with it. But then I come back and they charge 75... 10 more than their max range. Shady.

I had them groom my dog first and they were so kind. They actually encouraged me to stay and watch so I can learn the best way to do it. Then he walked me through step by step commenting on things I have never really been talked to about before including hair under the paws! Overall it was a great deal and a great experience. They gave my dog treats, great service and best of all he's clean and happy. One of the perks for me is that its' a great price, beats all the places in the area for a value wash. I don't think they do teeth cleaning though so you'll have to go somewhere else.

Self serve is closed siting covid but the gal who told me wasn’t wearing a mask. Multiple people saw me walk up and they took their time to come to the reception desk. They literally looked at me and the. Looked at each other. The place was cute but dusty. The sign says “self serve” and so does their website.

I loved this place but my dog came in dirty yes. I was willing to give great tip bit they charged me extra and also took off from my package. So technically paid $18 extra, not cool. $43 plus ding on my package... Needless to say did not leave a tip. There great but being overcharged is not cool for my little 13 lbs dog

Amazing place. Took my two giant malamutes for self grooming. Great products, facilities and amazingly affordable. Actually, downright great pricing!! Friendly, helpful. So refreshing to have an experience with a business that doesn't have an angle or hidden costs. Will be frequent customers for sure.

I always take my dog to there for self-wash service. But definitely don’t recommend full service dog bath in this store. Paid 70$ for a basic bath for my 77 pounds big boy, and his legs not even dry when I took him home. You can find so many local grooming stores do better job than this one with a lower price if you want full service for your dog.

I have taken my dog Charlie to this place pretty much since they open their business. For the last few months I noticed a change in customer service they don't listen to you, maybe due to their lack of English skills. I asked for a specific style hair cut and they give my dog whatever style they want. Today they nipped my dog underneath his neck. Super short cut. I just can't believe their service is just gone down the tubes. I'm very pissed off.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE, ONLY if the owner there!!! I have been bringing my dog to Go Go Spa for at least a year now. Recently I notice they have new employees there. Today when I brought my dogs there for services I was sock of how RUDE the employee is. The short hair female employee has no smile at all. When our dogs is not willing to enter the washing area she has no patient, giving us attitude and at the end ask us to leave so she can take care of her business. She make us feel so unwelcome and even nervous of how they will treat our dog after we left. I notice the owner was not there this morning and may be this is why services was totally suck and I feel so sorry for the owner. So at the end we decide to not give them the business and bring out dogs somewhere else.

Did NOT honor their promise. Price changes every time, even they promise the price won’t change next time. This is not their first time to change the price. They did it three times already. I live close so I usually bring my corgi there, but this is the last time I will bring him in, since this shop don’t honor their promise.

This place is great. I had been looking for a place like this in my city East LA but no luck, although its far from my city, its worth the drive.Service is great, they asked me if it was my first time I said yes...they explained and adviced me how to shower my 60 pound puppy.(blue nose pit).They have a variety of products for the dogs. And they provided me and my gf with practically everything. Towel, nail clippers, conditioner, free tear shampoo, ...ect.Price gose by the dogs weight...my total was $18!!! (:

I have been taking my dog to them for almost 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. A year and half ago, I moved from Arcadia to Diamond Bar, but I still make the drive all the way from DB to San Gabriel. Tried out a couple of other DIY dog waah close to where I live, but I did not find anything close to the Go Go Spa quality.Their shampoo is fantastic and you have 3 different types to choose from; oatmeal, anti flea and conditioner. Their equipment is top notch and the towels always feel warm and fresh. What's more, you can spray a dash of doggy cologne at the end of the bath to make your little one smell fresher for longer.

I highly recommended to many of our family and friends this business, but sad to say, last summer my good friend's dog was traumatized in this place after being groom by the business staff.. Now he is scare and paranoid for any kind of sounds. Very disappointed. 😒
