Sam was amazing. He went out of his way to help me out with my request. Highly recommend disestablishment to anyone.The level of care and concern goes a long way. Every time I called him he was there to answer any question I had. The staff was amazing, the level of assistance was beyond, and the desire to help was well beyond my expectation.I drove 72 miles to go here.Would definitely recommend

Best Hardware Store in the AV. They always have what you need, and you can't take 5 steps in that store without a friendly person asking to help you. I have been going there about 20 years now and they always have what I need. If they don't or are out of it, you just ask them and they will get it for ya. They actually have a better selection on many items than the larger retail chains do.

Unfortunately the big box stores tricked us into thinking they would have better prices but what they did is they got rid of the small mom and pop hardware stores and unfortunately turned around and cranked their prices as high as they could possibly get them to imagine a PVC fitting being 15 cents which is now $1.80 that kind of tells you what I'm talking about it's gone completely out of control so all I can say is I have tons of respect for any small hardware store that stayed in the fight because it really shows how American they really are in that they are willing to fight and survive not only does Karl's Hardware have competitive prices but they have things you can't find at the big box stores.

Prices are sometimes a bit more than lowes/ home depot but the big box stores can never touch Karl's service. They also have a great selection of hardware. Very happy they are in our town.

I will drive from Lancaster to Roseman and Pay More Money. These guys are the best they almost always have everything I need. They're very friendly people. And it's down home. Their prices are very reasonable and sometimes even beat the big box love them

If you figure this local hardware store is going to be more expensive than the Big Box stores located further down the road, think again. Karl's Hardware's prices are very competitive.For anyone who's ever had to try to adapt anything to mobile home specs, this hardware store might save you a lot of trouble next time.Karl's Hardware also boasts a small lumber yard, but the best thing about this business is outstanding team of professionals who are knowledgeable, personable, and always eager to assist customers in making appropriate selections. Clearly, owner Eric Landsgaard makes his employees feel valued. Some have been with him for well over a decade.All these things make Karl's Hardware Store a really nice place to do business.

Karl's Hardware is EXCELLENT period.Yes you will pay a bit more , but in the long run you are saving. Not just gas & time but the aggravation of driving into lancaster..Personal Friendly Service something of the past.Knowledgeable Staff . Something you flat cannot find at the big box stores period.If they don't have it , damn near Gaurenteed they can order it for you

The down side of this business is, many items are NOT priced ...And I don't like asking ""How much is this?"" over and over.I probably would have bought more tools,-kid tools as well,.. but they were not priced and I didn't want to ask.The UP SIDE of this business is,..They have EVERYTHING! And the crew is friendly. Prices are a premium but convenience and home town service is a BIG PLUS! 5 stars.

Great place it's always nice to have still in existence the mom-and-pop hardware stores that knew more about being a hardware store than the big stores do. This particular hardware store has been run by family members for many years and they do respect and take care of their customers. I buy most of my swamp cooler repair parts there because they have a great selection.

Very convenient location and well stocked. My family comes here often. Employees don't tend to approach to offer assistance and when you approach them for assistance they appear a bit annoyed. They don't seem eager to help a customer. We went to do a return a few weeks ago, they had a really bad attitude with my dad like he was trying to return something not from the store. When he produced a receipt, they finally were polite. It was uncomfortable. BUT hey it's in town and if you know what you need and can find it yourself you'll be good. Convenient location is a big factor.

I sadly was a little disappointed. I have always liked karls and their service but they kind of dropped the ball here. I had called to rent a tall ladder and they said they had it and I drove from Mojave to Rosamond. He remembered and wrote up the invoice. Called his assistant to get the ladder.. Not there.. I thanked him for trying. A long drive for nothing. It was a technicality, shouldn't of happened. Still overall happy with overall service. Accurate inventory is never a bad thing.

Amazing old school service without having to hunt down an employee to help you.The have an amazing nut/bolt/fastener section.Go here if you need advice or help with a project. Sure you'll pay a little more but it's worth it.

It feels good to shop here. People are sooo helpful and cool at this hardware store. They got female and male staff that will help you with your projects. They got plants tools paints heavy machinery and all that!

Great place and people. They are very helpful. The staff is friendly and they always go above and beyond when they do help. I really appreciate their service. I have gotten propane a few times from them and the guys pumping the propane have always been very courteous and polite. It's a great place to find many things that you are looking for. Seems like they have everything you need to help you fix, repair and more. I appreciate what they do, and I highly recommend them for all there services and their products.
