Great store, absolutely love it. But I went today and the cashier Kim was not friendly at all. She didn't greet or acknowledge anybody. She was ringing up people's items and not even offering for the items to be bagged. Both me and my mom had full carts and this cashier Kim just watched, as me and my mom went behind the counter to get our own bags and bag our own items. This cashier starting ringing up the next customer, mixing their stuff with ours. Kim shouldn't be cashiering.

Love this little store!! And it's only a couple of miles from my home in Rosamond!! I love the cereal aisle, because they have fabulous prices on what's there, plus they seem to get varieties you don't see in other stores. Great prices on beer & wine too!

Ok been twice. Quality of food is poor most of it is ready to expire. Meat is over priced and looks like it is going bad. Why would anybody like shopping here it's beyond me. I guess if you don't have a car and live in Rosamond don't have alot of choices where to shop. Sorry store is way over priced.

Always a great time the group there treat me and my friends like family. My dogs go with me and are welcomed by the workers and owner's. I always spend my money there so I can eat better food at a lower price. Hopefully I win the money back program as I save over 100.00 most the time. That would come in handy this time of year.

Weird person checking ur Costco card and receipt at the front literally makes u feel uncomfortable and the other weirdo in the freezer section with the ski mask gets bothered when ur trying to shop his section. Never again I drive really far and have to deal with these clowns every single time I go!

Some of the prices are as much or more then Albertsons. They also don't use heat, freezing in store, feel sorry for cashiers

Who even is the owner? The creepy guy who follows black people around because he assumes they’re stealing? All the employees look miserable and the morale seems to be at an all time low every time I go there. Prices are right but it’s painful to shop with the attitudes of the “managers” … rarely see the owners unless they’re harassing African American customers or acting too busy to say a simple hello or welcome… they even welcome you at the dollar stores around here. YUCK, do better Grocery Outlet. Reading the positive reviews about this place it’s pretty obvious it’s friends of the “owner” , whoever that is…. It helps to step away from watching cameras like a fiend and say hi to the customers..

There have been many times where I have had to painstakingly go through all of your produce to find anything NOT rotten.You’re selling thanksgiving/fall themed cookies right now and it’s May. I’ve had cheese and milk go bad days after being purchased. It smells like mold in there.I love the idea of your store and keep trying to give it a chance, but there are times I can’t find basic ingredients or even a substitute.Also- I have experienced about 4 times now your afternoon cashiers be extremely rude and expressionless, or just straight up scowling at my toddler (and honestly weirding us out)I don’t think I’ll be returning as I have seen it only get worse since the day it’s opened, good luck grocery outlet- I hope this helps.

Thank you so much to Meghan,E I just called the store and she had such great customer service I asked about baby formula and she was on it which is very rare but she explained to me which baby formulas they had and I really appreciate that I will definitely recommend this store because of this young lady 😊 thank you again I hope your manager or supervisor sees this review and you get a raise for your kindness

Two employees spoke during my visit, guy at the door & lady at check out, cool. The other employees did not greet, but instead their eyes were on me, as if I could not see them. Very nasty! Treat your customers decent so they return. I found a few items & got out of there.

Beware...my husband and I were walking into the store when a man was coming out with his cart and crashed his cart into a metal pole outside. This man became irrate towards us and started verbally attacking us, and threatening us physically. My husband and I were in shock, never seen this person before and totally unexpected. I asked the vendors outside to call the police and then a worker from inside came out and also told us that this man had knocked over items inside their store. The manager/owner finally came out and walked the aggressor to his vehicle as if this man had done nothing wrong and because I went to take a picture of the man's license plate so I could make a police report, the manger told me not to come into his store because i was "instigating." Don't worry, I will never step foot inside your store and neither will my husband or anyone else we know. The manager didn't even know what had happened or even ask us if we were ok!! He also did not call the police! What is happening to our community where something like this is ok!? And the people on the other end of it are blamed and not the crazy person who walked outside of the store just to verbally attack us and threaten to fight us!?? I'm glad my kids were not with me because it was a very scary incident. The manager/ owner is a coward and seems to only care about making money and not who he is actually letting inside his store and verbally assault and threaten good customers. And we wonder why our world is the way it is!

Best place to go for quality food at great prices. I live in California City where prices in discount stores are just as high as supermarkets and get less product too. I'd rather drive 28 minutes away from home to get more for less. Thanks for being there.
