I been going to this alberstons to get my fresh chicken at least 2 times a week after I get off work there's been around 3 times that this new guy they have there name Rahim has NO RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS ALWAYS WHEN HE SERVES US AND MY FAMILY HAS A ATTITUDE DONT EVEN GREET YOU BY SAYING HOW CAN I HELP HE GETS MAD QUICK PLUS I CAME IN TODAY AND GOT 2 ORDERS AND ONLY GAVE ME ONE 8PIECE AND ONE 7 PIECE (PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS)..NOW IM FROM MOJAVE GAS AINT CHEAP IF NOT BELIEVE IT I WOULD OF WENT BACK TO HIS MANAGER ...DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS EVERYTIME I WANT TO COME IN FOR MY FRIED CHICKEN??????..everyone else is so nice and respectful this GUY IS SO DISRESPECTFUL !!..

Placed and order for my son's cake yesterday March 3rd went in today to pick it up an hour before the birthday party the cake wasn't even done correctly but done in time so thats the only reason why i give 2 stars i have been going here for years with all my kids and this never happend the lady who's there says o I'm sorry I just read the slip and it said strawberry filling and I put fresh strawberrys in it i can remake it but it's going to take some time . Advice to everyone else is call to make sure your cake is being done properly ahead of time so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Clean & good enough selection. Check out lanes with a human are long and ridiculous but self check out goes pretty fast.Good deals usually, and nostalgia for the east coast southerners who haven’t had an Albertsons in over a decade.

I always buy sirloin meat in Albertsons because I like the quality but yesterday when I got home I could see that in the package there was a hair inside the meat package, that is disgusting they should have more hygiene protocol at the time of packing

Love this store! Staff is great! The store is clean. Produce is always fresh. The store is well stocked, even in "weather" or during an event/holiday. Sales are endless on multiple items. And the lovely gal who works a bagger/cashier, "Jo", needs a promotion! She has gone well out of her way for me on many occasions, including running, yes- running clear across a parking lot to give me the things I've forgotten at check out. Management is fantastic as well.The only issue is the mouths of the stocking crew if you happen to be there early or late. Especially a lady with dark hair, fade cut. The things that come out of her mouth in particular.. Especially about her team. Her yelling and standing in peoples way was also less than helpful.

Don't waste your time! Selection is terrible and always out of stock on daily items. Prices are high!It's ridiculous to have to drive to another county to get regular items, instead of using the only neighborhood store.Every week we have to adjust and compromise items on our list, items they have carried weekly for months. Frozen items, pantry items. It shouldn't be a weekly frustration after planning meals and making your list to then get to the store and they only have half the items.The fresh meat also lacks quality, flavor, and freshness...This was before, during, and after the pandemic.I have increased it my review to 2 stars only because the store is clean and organized.

My daughter's fourth birthday cupcakes turned out FANTASTIC! I was excited after we went over ideas with the bakery, particularly Cat and -- I'm sorry, I have to get the other girl's name again. I mentioned I loved the ombre look, and I'm so happy they decided to go with the mermaid theme. Not to mention they're very tasty! Thank you ladies!

A few reviews are claiming that this location is pricier than other Albertsons. As a former employee I can say, that's not true. Albertsons and Vons now share the same weekly ad, and Pavilions' is very similar to that. Safeway-Albertsons stores have always been pretty pricey. Most of their items, especially the produce are overpriced. They try to present themselves as an upscale grocery store, but don't really do much other than charging people too much.However, if you have patience, and are willing to take a little bit of time to take a looks at the weekly ad paper to plan ahead of time, use the Vons/Albertsons/Safeway app to download the special deals, and take advantage of the "Fab 5" (buy 5 - mix & match, save $5) you will be surprised to see how much you can save. It's all about a little planning though.Also, their prices are jacked up before using your club card (free membership) because they want to trick the customers into thinking that they're saving a lot after the club card. If your "savings" is not almost as much as or more than the money you're spending, then you aren't really saving anything.

Very nice story. There's a Starbucks inside. It's always clean. Very nice employees and smile when they greet you. I found meat for a good price here. Loved the produce department for their freshness.

I have to warn everyone I had a $490 dollars and when I went to pay for my items my money was gone in a matter of seconds I couldnt believe it it had something to do when I slide it could have another key pad over it the manager that was there that day didnt care at all I cant believe that they did nothing to help me. And please stop by the deli and get some BRICK STRIPS IM SURE YOU WILL BRAKE A TOOTH

I love the sushi 🍣 very much! The vegetables and fruits are fresh but pricey. And lots of items are pricey but when you need things fast, they have mostly everything. I love the bakery too so much just like everywhere else.

Hi Rosamond friends, I wanted to share a bad experience I had at the Alberson store. One of the managers was very rude to my mother and me, she made a mistake when giving us the change and after checking the cameras they returned my money, then she did not accept her mistake, she got angry with me and she did not apologize for her mistake and I told him that you don't have a good education, if you don't like your job, find another one because you're doing it very badly. I know we all have mistakes but she was very rude. she was also a bit racist because my mom was speaking in spanish she said oh i don't speak spanish go somewhere else and go out to the store because my mom is speaking spanish but i told her i am speaking to you in english what is the problem with that ? and I told him don't be racist. we never tried to have problems with her but she was a very unpleasant person.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Unfortunately this is the only grocery store within 25 minutes of our house. The people that work there are rude and miserable people. Anytime I'm there no one is friendly and they don't care if they are rude to you. Even the manager was rude to me once for no reason. Also I have used the grocery pick up more times than I should because it's convenient and they ALWAYS mess it up. EVERY TIME. I have tried to be patient and forgiving but it continues to be a hot mess. They apologize only half the time and you can tell they don't mean it and argue with you as well. I don't understand why it is so hard when you're given a list of items to get those items. Every time I do pickup I get home to missing items or I'm charged for things I did not order or I'm given ridiculous substitutes like pork instead of beef or apples instead of oranges. Not the same!! They try to tell me they don't have the items and I'll go there and find them myself. They are just lazy and don't care. Plain and simple. I was told today when my order was missing 11 items that they have no bread, no salad or chicken in the entire store. Really?! I doubt that. If I wasn't so angry I'd go there and grab those items and take them right to them. I will drive on base to the commissary for my grocery needs or into Lancaster or Palmdale then deal with these incompetent rude people anymore. I'm done.

I've been coming to this store for a couple of years and am generally satisfied even though I know their prices are outrageous, but today was not a good experience. While getting some hot food at the deli, the person helping with my food was staring daggers the whole time, making me feel like i was being hexed. I felt like no matter how kind i was, especially after having waited so long when they weren't even busy, it made no difference. the way this person was staring at me, head down with dark eyes barely visible from under their brow made me feel extremely uncomfortable, looked down upon, and even hated, though i am a complete stranger to this person. Word of advice, if you don't like your job, don't project your negative attitude towards others, like the customers are wrong for choosing to shop there and you can't be bothered to do your job, politely, i might add. Just quit.

The staff is friendly and the store is always clean.You can get some very good deals on Friday's deals as well as buy there mix and match items, the only downfall is that you have to buy select items and quantities of two, four or even 10 items in the mix and match deal

I love it because it's our local grocery store. Plus they have fried chicken & sushi. They a bit pricey. But if you catch their sales it's not so bad.
