I love paradise pet resort! My dog is always so happy to see the staff and of course excited to play with all the other dogs! They take very good care of my dog Ace. He’s been going to Paradise Pet Resort for almost 4.5 years now. I wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else!! I love the staff:)

I’ve taken my puppy there twice now, and she loves it! I can watch her playing on the cameras, so it’s a perk to be able to see her anytime I want.This will be my go to doggy day care; I just purchased a 10-day package, and she’ll be going there whenever I need doggy day care. I’d definitely recommend this establishment.

Our Puppy has been going to daycare here for two years and she loves it!! Everyone is so nice and the facility is very clean. We also have her groomed here, the groomer is just the best!

I love the staff!! I was so scared to leave my little Leonard but the staff made me feel so comfortable. The girl who does the grooming is incredible also❤️. Great place!!

We LOVE them. They’re the best pet boarders in the Bay Area. Perfect for big dogs and so worth the drive from the city. The dogs have so much space, they send you photos, and you can order a bath before pickup. Our dog is jumping out of the car to go every time!

Farley loves it at Paradise Resort. He especially loves to swim during pool time. He also loves to run around all day long with all the other dogs in the yard at Pet Resort.

My dog was young and mostly unsocialized. She barked too much at other dogs in dog parks for others to allow their dog to socialize with mine. Paradise has a controlled and monitored environment and after a half year there, my dog’s behavior around other dogs has improved dramatically. She always comes home tired and rests so much more. Thanks!

Rocco stays probably a dozen times a year always comes back happy and healthy. The staff is awesome and remembers Rocco by name great place to leave your animals and be able to relax knowing they are taken care of.

I have taken 2 of my dogs to Paradise Pets for over 4 years now. Usually there are plenty of employees to cover the phones and the front desk. My experience last Saturday was that I had to wait almost 5-10 minutes for someone to take my dog. Not cool when you have an appointment to get to.I tried calling to see if someone woud answer the phone. No one did. However, 2 hours later, I got a phone call, just returning my call!!! I don't know if it's the new people working there or not enough people working there, but it was irritating.Also I saw my dog on the camera just lying down outside, not his usual demeanor.

We had been to them almost every month. The first call was answered by someone who was new and sounded stoned. A couple of hours later, I called them, because they never called me back with the price and availability of their only groomer. A different person answered, the second time, and I asked her if she was new. She proceeded to confirm that cutting off a snarl was $75 and couldn't make an appointment, even though my dog is in pain.Overall, lazy and fake friendly. Won't be visiting them ever again. Not for good service or sobriety.

First (and last) time taking my dog here. My dog stayed for a few days. Dog was noticeably thinner, had two raw wounds on his top jaw/lip and one on his neck. We asked about it but were told no one had seen or reported anything. My dog was noticeably lethargic/sad immediately after picking him up and didn't want to eat. Took about two days for him to recover and go back to normal. Honestly It's hard to express my frustration/disappointment with this place. Pictures were taken one day after pickup.

If I could give them zero I would they killed my childhood dog by using a slip lead on her and by doing so crushing her vocal cords…. EVEN after we told them numerous times, not to use a slip lead on her. Left her there in perfect health and came home from vacation to a dog that couldn’t eat or drink water and could barely breathe. Don’t go here if u love your pets. They are not to be trusted.Edit: since you would like to act like you can’t read, my childhood dog implies that I was a child if you put in my last name both my parents will come up and so will my dog Hunter a purebred English black lab that you killed. You use slip leads on your animals, and when you put a slip lead on a puller they end up choking themselves out, and because of your lack of care, and attention, her vocal cords were crushed, and she could no longer drink water and eat food so because of you we were forced to put her down so she would no longer live in misery.

They gave my dog a vaccine and failed to update his record, so the next time I took him in they were going to refuse to board him because he didn’t have the bordatella vaccine even though they were the ones that gave it to him.

We were in town for some wine tastings and to see some family in Santa Rosa and our dog's first couple of days were a little rough. We found Paradise Pet Resort and she had a blast at doggy day care and came home clean and happy after her grooming. Definitely recommend.

So I've been taking my Cane Corso 5 days a week since he was around 6 months old.The first day is free, and it also serves as a trial to see where your animal fits in as they have multiple spots and even a pool for hot day.The dollars per day is at a better rate if you buy, say, a week or 2 at a time, and it's totally doable. Especially if you're worried your animal won't do good on there own or might eat the house while your away.My dog always comes home tired and sleeps well.I love that he's been getting socialized with other dogs.Totally recommend!!

The follow up communication in regards to reservations could be improved. It’s hard to get through the phone. To set up a reservation you go online and submit details and a few days later you get an email saying Hey we got your reservation… maybe an auto reply would help?Anyhoo… my dogs always come home exhausted. Because they are not neutered they are unable to join gen pop but that being said they always have a great time. Staff is very suited to caring for animals. They are a cute crew but confident in managing the animals.
