From the initial phone call through the completion of the job, I was very pleased and impressed with Dave and the entire staff of D&D Glassworks! The gals in the office have excellent customer service and follow-up/communication. Dave and his crew are very professional, friendly and did an amazing job installing the new windows in my home. They arrived right on schedule, the job was done quickly and efficiently, and they were very respectful of my request to protect the cleanliness of my carpets. We had 22 windows and one patio door replaced. After getting multiple bids we decided on D & D because of the family nature of their business. I really appreciated the personal service and attention. Once we agreed to the bid Denise scheduled the work very quickly. The installation was done professionally and our new windows and patio door look terrific!! I liked working with D&D Glass Works very much and will be coming back to them whenever I'm ready. Nice people. The work is good. No headache - they just come and do their job. Prices are average (I got a quote from another company and it was pretty much the same). I absolutely loved the fact that I didn't have to wait forever to get my window/patio doors installed. I placed two separate orders and they delivered each of them in 20 days. Another great thing - no minimum order (another company that I got quote from had a minimum order of 2 windows). The only downside for me was that they don't give you a quote right there on the spot as they come to look at the job and I had to call back in a couple of days for the quote on my first order. But taking into consideration that it takes only 20 days to have a new window after you get the quote - I can live with that.

Working with D&D was so easy! After researching companies online I had narrowed it down to 3. D&D was the front runner right away with their professionalism to call back promptly and to get an estimator out to my project for review. I got an estimate the very next day, as promised by the crew member. The estimate was inline with what I was seeing in the market and did not look out of line at all. Next up was the scheduling.. this was the only draw back. They are so good that they are booked a few weeks out! So if you "think" you may want to go with them, grab them while you can! The day of they showed up on time, installed the windows with very little mess, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job within the timeline given. What more could you ask for? It was a great working experience. I would defiantly ref them and would use them again if I have a need for new or replacement windows. Great job D &D!

I want to precede this review by stating that among our friends, my husband and I are known as notoriously particular customers . When we were doing a kitchen renovation, we decided we wanted a skylight--but couldn't find a ready-made skylight that looked anything like what we wanted. D&D helped us create a custom skylight that fit our awkwardly-angled hip roof, making it look graceful and intentional, and they did it all with quick responses, courteous service and at a better price than anyone else we contacted.We also purchased a beautiful painted-glass kitchen backsplash from D&D. I didn't know until recently that this type of backsplash even existed, but I'm so glad it does--I'm in love with it. D&D cut custom sizes for our kitchen and, again, made the whole process easy and a pleasure.
