Today was my first experience at Wags to Riches. My husky was very well taken care of. Her thick under fur was removed and she looks like a brand new dog. She had a great experience today and we will definitely be returning. All of the staff were very kind and professional!March 2024 Update: we’ve been back multiple times and Sadie loves it. They’ve taken wonderful care of her each time.

Well not to happy! First I had a 9:30 appt 1:30 they still weren’t done with my westie, didn’t even cut his body or face yet! so why so long? There busy they said they take dogs every 30 minutes! An all the up charges,20 buck for a tooth brush! I guess I’m cheap!!! the topper for me! Who doesn’t need to pee after that long, an a bath!! my dog peeed forever when I got him home!!! I’ve given them a chances 3rd or 4th trip in there that was the last!!! That appt was supposed to be removed I had moved that appt! You forgot!!!

I have been taking my dogs here for almost a year now. I switched over from the old owners. I have had nothing but great results with the new owners. Opal and I had an excellent experience today! We've been to groomers before that didn't do a great job with her hair, especially her legs, but both the ladies today were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I live a little far away but I will be making the drive to come back now that I've found such excellent service. Thank you!!

We tried to do a walk in to get our cats nails trimmed and the atmosphere when we walked in was very unwelcome. I get it, it’s a Saturday and I did a walk in. Maybe they were short staffed and busy, but wow the unfriendliness from the older woman was overwhelming. She gave us a hard time about doing a walk in and gave me her card to book an appointment. What was funny is Her card clearly says “walk ins welcome”. The girl that cut our cats nails was really kind. Didn’t catch her name but She had a tattoo sleeve and dark hair. I tried to give her a tip directly but the older woman made sure to tell me she wouldn’t get to keep it because it all goes into a pool. Definitely won’t come back.

Lulu and friends did an amazing job on my dog. We made the mistake of attempting to groom him on our own and well…didn’t go well. These ladies fixed him up and he looks much better. He’s also an anxious little doodle who normally has a hard time being groomed, but they did great with him.We will definitely be coming back.As far as groomers go they are definitely reasonably priced as well.Note: They switched ownership so if you tried them out before, I’d try again!

These groomers are so amazing! Go here if you want your fur baby to have a spa day! I was so impressed with the quality of the products that they use on my pet and the level of experience that the groomers have! Such an upgrade from the last owner! Best grooming salon in Rocklin California!

The team was amazing. I have a high strung dog, and they managed to give her a full haircut, nail trim, cleaned the ears, all at a good price. She looks great. Shaved and ready for the summer heat.

Wags to Riches is a hidden gem here in Rocklin.The first time I came in there was due to my pups rolling in a glue trap. I tried everything at home but couldn’t get the glue out for the life of me! I called a few grooming places but they were not friendly or helpful, then I came across Wags to Riches online.Needless to say my experience was great!Ramen (I’m so sorry if I misspelled your name) is the owner and she was able to squeeze both my pups in last minute on a busy Friday!! She was so helpful and welcoming. Probably the most personable owner/ groomer I have come across. Following that she ensured that my next visits with them was just as stellar! I have a crazy schedule and she always manages to take both my pups in and ensure they are well taken care of. As I stated before, Wags to Riches is a hidden gem. And I will continue to go back there as the service is not only great but the owner, Ramen is so personable. That truly makes the overall experience pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for always taking care of us!

I called and was quoted a price and I made an appointment. Later I got a call back from them trying to upsell me on more items. I refuse theAdd-ons. They then refused to do their original quoted price. I canceled the appointment.

My Pit Bull had a very bad experience at a place called Bark Avenue so I remembered I once years ago took my dog here, the groomer personally took Gracie back made her feel calm and did a great job on my scared best friend. After her first visit when she came out with her tail wagging and excited, I knew this was the only grooming business I'd ever use. My dog means more then just my best friend. Gracie was also given her own Xmas gift bag.

I took my grown-out border collie mixes to Wags and Riches and the came back looking like puppies! They smelled fresh, had shiny coats and stopped shedding all over my house. Wags to Riches is affordable, fast and my dogs were in good spirits, which means that they were handled delicately. My 15-year old had terrible allergies and was actually sneeze-free for a few weeks after her visit. Whatever they used on my dog got rid of her dander, which she may be allergic to. We will be back and won't use another groomer.

Scheduled a Saturday morning grooming for our two pups yesterday (a Golden Retriever and a Goldendoodle). Both dogs were expertly washed and groomed. Our Goldendoodle Lily has never looked better. The groomers provided me with a verbal report of how each dog did and recommended an interval for maintaining the best results for each dog. I'm looking forward to stopping by again with our furbabies.
