The return policy is extremely long and complex...bottom line NO MONEY BACK (returns ONLY if accepted by the store plus the cost of shipping and for store credit minus a possible restocking fee). The Return Policy is unfriendly and unreasonable including: "Time Allowance" if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you only have 48 hours to notify or otherwise you are stuck. NO EXCHANGES. There is an approval process for returns and NO REFUND, only a store credit. And "sometimes' there is a restocking fee of 20% which appears to be completely arbitrary without details of when/how/why. The policy should really state FINAL SALE as that's how the full refund policy reads given all the restrictions and loop-holes.I should have taken the time to read the ENTIRE return policy...wow, if I had, then I NEVER would have shopped from this company as they are not e-commerce friendly! I wanted to support a local business instead of Amazon and it came back to cost me $30.95. I ordered dog booties that don't fit and now I'm stuck with a product I can't use. Feels deceptive. Don't take the risk, shop somewhere else with a better return policy. Anyone want to buy never used, brand new dog booties in size small? I would rate no stars if possible. Customer service showed no empathy or care for me as the customer, only escalating my emotions unnecessarily. Clearly capitalism at its finest here...profit over customer care. Sad, really!

Upcycled denim Rocker Harness Guns & Roses Size SThis harness is so very beautiful and very well made. The only issue I have with it, is the neck part , too wide for my 4 lbs and very small puppy. I do recommend it for a larger size dog.Zia

I purchased the Susan Lanci crystal harness for my granddaughters puppy. She keeps the harness on little Tilly 24/7 and the ultra suede provides the perfect comfortable fit. I have purchased several harnesses, for my own two small yorkies and I just love everything. The ultra suede washes easily and the quality is outstanding. The crystals sparkle like diamonds. Definitely recommend buying from this seller- especially with the great 40% off sales.

The customer service is top notch! I found Posh Puppy because I was looking for a Halloween collar for my fur baby Oliver that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I’ve returned to Posh Puppy for many more purchases since that first one. One item of consideration is shipping times are a little longer than Target or Amazon but in my experience it’s totally worth it to have a personal, small business experience!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a product that was delivered NOT at all what it was pictured as on the website. I returned it unopened and they refused to give me a refund and issued store credit. I don't want anything else from this terrible business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. ZERO STARS.

The owner Jennifer is incredibly rude and will not give me a refund on a web ordered bag that is defective. The bag was two hundred dollars and has the worst quality. I have never had an issue returning anything that I've purchased online until now. This shop has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. There is nothing posh about this business. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!I love your response Jennifer. I received the ugly metro bag on Friday ( 3 weeks after I ordered it) and do not even have a puppy yet. I contacted your shop via email beginning Sunday for a return label as you well know. I would never use a cheap looking bag like this not to mention the fact that I have a broken hip and recovering from surgery. I can't even carry one my own purses now. You are truly a piece of cake like all of your other one star reviews. People BEWARE of this woman. Who on earth would use a puppy bag and then return it? Seriously!!!

I love Poshpuppy Boutique! I had great customer service when one of my items was out of stock and also when I had to return one item. I usually order dog dresses, coats and puzzles (nina ottoson or intelligent pet). My favorite items to get during the winter are the Susan Lanci winter coats. I've tried 3 so far and they are so fancy. I love the Swarovski crystals and the convenient harness D ring. I'll definitely be ordering more!

I was searching for a cat-friendly groomer and decided to try out this place since it was $10 cheaper than petsmart. I didn't realize that $10 would make that much of a difference, the haircut was patchy, her skin was dry and flaky and she was in a bad mood after I took her home. After taking her to petsmart again where she now has a clean haircut, healthy skin, and much happier disposition, I think spending the extra 10 dollars is worth it for my cat to have a better experience. I understand that grooming cats is an entirely different ballgame than grooming dogs, but if grooming cats is something that the employees aren't equipped to do, then maybe don't advertise for cat-friendly grooming.

Posh Puppy Boutique is the best! They have great quality dog apparel that you can’t find any where else along with excellent customer service. I have a new Pomeranian and needed help with sizing and Miranda answered all my questions with the upmost knowledge and patience. I just placed my second order with them this weekend. Just remember that some items are custom made and will take a bit longer to receive. Good things come to those who wait. It’s worth it.

I've purchased several item from this company and received them all in perfect condition. Turnaround time was exceptional. The fabrics and accessories used are top of the line and the workmanship is excellent. The carrier I purchased is gorgeous and also very well made. I have already purchased from Posh Puppy Boutique several times and they are my number one doggie boutique to shop from. Outstanding customer service and competitive prices. 5+ stars!

I was so excited to find this place! I placed an order for a rhinestone collar. When it finally arrived, it was poorly made and came with the wrong charm. They offered to replace the collar. After weeks of nothing, I contacted them and was told that their "designer" had been ill and they would replace the collar at no charge to me and would refund my cost. Great. Only problem is, they only issue store credits. So, I ordered some clothing items with my credit. Their sizing charts are very arbitrary. Despite my best efforts at ordering based on their options, most of the clothing did not fit. They are good about returns, but then you have to wait 2-3 weeks for the replacements to arrive. I have returned more items than I would consider normal. Their customer service is ok. The sizing and the cost and the time it takes to receive and then return an item is ridiculous. I won't be ordering again.

Horrible first experience. They don’t have a stock of the knit toys - Buyers have to wait 2-3 weeks for each toy to be handmade, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Posh Puppy Boutique is not an Etsy store, where you would expect items to be handmade 1 x 1 ... It’s an online store, which should have merchandise in stock. After waiting 10 days for communication/shipping confirmation I called to cancel the order, and was informed by a very rude representative that I would only get a store credit. So basically, I’m canceling my order because I’m unhappy with the service and handling of said order and they’re hijacking my money (during a pandemic when everyone is watching their expenses no less) to force me to purchase from them again. Really nice. I applaud your manners, service to customers and professionalism.
