This Petsmart is loaded with great things for your pet. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a store stocked with great finds. The associates are very friendly and my dog had a great time. He loves his lemon too.

Koaleen is our regular groomer and she is always kind and caring with our doggies and is especially gentle with our senior dog. Koaleen does a beautiful groom and our pets are excited and happy to visit the salon and come home clean and beautiful.

$19 for a nail grind is a lot. But I accept the cost because I expect the groomer to take the time to do a good job and go at the dog’s pace and not hurt them thus leading to a traumatizing experience. I took my GSD in and they did all the nails besides one because they said she was acting like she was going to bite. Still paid full price for the service. And for my puppy they commented saying her back paw nails were short to begin with but they did it anyway and hit below the quick. Why? I don’t understand. I go here because I don’t have the training and I don’t want to hurt my dogs causing them to be traumatized about getting their nails done. But if petsmart’s groomers are doing it anyway and not even finishing the job I might as well just do it myself.Maybe I’m misunderstanding something or being too harsh but I’m frustrated and disappointed.

Not so good this time! 😔In buying crickets and the young gal scooped up a lot of dead ones..i told her so.Needless to say she wasn't very happy with me and she showed it. What ever happened to good customer service. The one in Auburn is Great!!!

The staff was very helpful, nice, and the store was very clean. I particularly noticed the fish tanks and animal cages were clean. Animals looked healthy; I would not hesitate purchasing a pet here. I just found out they are carrying horn worms which I have had to always order online for our frill lizard. They do sell really fast so not a bad idea to call first. I would highly recommend this store and location.

Pet Smart Is a good store for animal needs. The ppl working at the store were very knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions even though I knew the answers just to see what they knew. I use to work at a pet store through high school.

All the staff is very friendly. Always helpful finding me stuff for my fish or turtle when I had them. Korina is the best in the grooming department. She always does a great job. She should be promoted to salon manager.

Friendly staff. Had to point out that they didn't give me a 50% off on an item marked 50% off. So after she tried several times to get the discount to apply....her manager came to help. Suggested just altering the price. So she did. However even using her phone, she incorrectly discounted the item on 25%. By that time I had given up hope so I just accepted her fine work and left 25% lighter in my wallet.

Took my dog to be groomed by Frida. She was so loving and caring with my fur baby. He absolutely loves her. She deserves a big raise. She makes me feel at ease by leaving him there. I wouldn't trust him with anyone else.Everyone was nice. The store was clean.

I came in to buy some supplies for a stray kitten I decided to rescue and the cashier greeted me with a smile, listened to what I had to say, and then he got me another associate to assist me with selecting proper food. She advised me to take the kitten to a vet and mix a bit of canned wet and dry kitten food for the first meal. I left with both advised foods and am very happy with my visit. It's nice to see enthusiastic and friendly young associates for once.

My favorite place to get my kitty food! Bought a little fountain for my Kitty 😺 and had a little bit of a problem getting filters and called the number on the box and got a very nice lady in Florida that went over and beyond her duties to help me. We figured out what to do and I thanked her, Thanks again Savannah!

At the first of this year I had tried to get my moms dog in at her regular groomer and they did not have any apts for like 2 or 3 weeks out.So I decided to try Roclin petsmart out.And was pleased with the way my moms dog turned out.And when I got her home mom was also very happy with her grooming fron petsmart!! Thank you for doing such a good job on Lexi!!

The one thing about this chain that I don't like. They change the prices for different cities. I think that's very unfair. Just across town dog food runs $3.25 higher and it's 4 miles away, I brought it up and they told me the other store would refund the higher price paid. Whew, that's a lot of work and no one would do that.The parking is easy and it's quick to get in and out.

Got our dog groomed cause they were the only spot open in February, and now we see why, they completely Ruined our dogs hair, shaved her tail leaving a ball at the end, and then shaved the top of her nose and nothing else, and shaved her neckline up to the top of her head, and then had the audacity to say it was a full 110 dollar cut after saying she nipped at them and they had to stop, would not recommend ever bring a poodle here, I believe the groomer was Shannon

The grooming salon is amazing! I was canceled I’m twice in one week literally an hour before my grooming appt by another PetSmart location. I called them and explained what happened and they fit me on the spot. Amazing team, will definitely be taking my dogs back there from now on. :)

Went to get my puppy trimmed. I Understood they had to shave him down to get rid of matted fur. I don’t think they should charge the same rate as a schnauzer cut when doing so. Anybody with $40 set of clippers can do a shave job. Disappointed.

Took my Scottish Terrier here to get her groomed and I'm extremely happy with my experience. My Scotty got a great haircut and the girls in the grooming department were very nice and polite. Overall 5 star treatment and I will be going back every 6 weeks since I feel the price is very reasonable @ $46.

Curbside works great! However stopping at the designated area partially blocks other cars. Perhaps converting 1 or 2 parking spaces across from the store might allow traffic to flow and still provide good service.

One of the workers kept pestering us and made us feel kind of extremely uncomfortable...idk why, but too much of a pretentious vibe that I wasn’t comfortable with. Kept eyeing us like we were trying to take something? All other workers were nice and non-annoying except her. Tall with short dark brown hair.

I love PetSmart. I always have the best experience here. People are asking me if I need help with anything the second I start to look around for help. PetCo ignored me for 20 minutes trying to get a fish. I will never set foot in their store again.
