I live in Orange County and I was searching for a certain species of dart frog which this store happened to have. Melissa helped me on the phone and customized a great enclosure for them.She sent me pictures of the enclosure and pics of plants she recommended. It all came out great and they're going to send it the the Garden Grove store for Me! That's what I call Service!

There is so much that I am grateful for and Reptile Factory is one of those most recent things that I cannot get off my mind.My boyfriend and I have a story about why we became so obsessed with reptiles: we found a bearded dragon in the backyard! A fully grown male, since taking him in and finding an adopter, we couldn't get over how chill and friendly beardies can be... despite their looks, they are like puppies... cold blooded ones... which comes with different care requirements.After plenty of research and acquiring an enclosure, equipment, etc., we looked into buying "the one". Reptile Factory was so friendly, receptive, and educational. They also were the ONLY store to offer sending pictures of what they had available in the store; this is amazing, since the distance between locations can be long. Through this, we found a yellow beardie, and they were able to put her on hold while we made the 50-something-mile drive out.We named her "Curry," and she has been our joy for the last month. Without Reptile Factory, we would have had a harder time... it was all worth it. She's growing big and strong (nearly 4 inches so far!), and her health has been our priority. Thank you Reptile Factory.TLDR: I recommend them.

I'm newer to the hobby and this was my first time purchasing long distance, but this was a first class experience from day one (all the way back to October 7th ).Not only did I get some gorgeous animals but I also learned SO MUCH and felt that I made a friend in the process.If you're looking for something, hit Tommy up. If Reptile Factory doesn't currently have it, they will keep you in mind for when they do. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

This place has a wonderful vibe. Besides reptiles, they have bugs, plants, wood and every kind of supplies you will need. The staff is hella helpful and super nice. Please support your local shops to help them stay open. You might pay a little more but in the long run we need these local places. Please stop by and enjoy!!!

This was a very nice store they have snakes they have lizards and they even have tortoises, it is a very small store but it has all of your reptile needs, the employees here are very helpful and very friendly and are very willing to help with all of your needs, so definitely check these folks out,Shop local, Spend local,Buy local . This place is awesome!! They always have what I need and even if they don't, they offer me the next best thing.. had to buy "jumbo mice" for my snakes and sure enough they had them. Was showed what I would be buying before hand and I love that! Highly recommend.

Went there today. By far one of the cleanest, in-order reptile shops I've ever been to. Each cage was well labeled, clean etc and the animals appeared to be in good condition. I was visiting here on vacation so unfortunately couldn't buy anything but if you are near the area, definitely check it out! Highly recommended.

What a fun shop. Staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and knows their stuff. Animals are well cared for. Life of luxury in custom tanks that you can buy as well. Placed a special order for a bulk amount of frozen mice. Was filled the next day. Great staff. We will be back.

I must say I really love this place fair pricing and great service. I look forward to my weekly visits well more like 1-3 visits lately. I went in yesterday to look at snakes which my wife was totally against 😂 well after the gentleman explained how tame the snake we were looking at she was on board. Fast forward to the house omg she’s in love with our snake. I really can’t say enough about this place. We was talking to one of the owners at the reptile show what a great guy. So patient and attentive to our needs no rush at all.

I love this place! They take amazing care of their reptiles and the employees obviously care a lot about the homes they are going to. I bought a Peter’s Banded Skink and they were extremely helpful. He’s been super healthy in the year we’ve had him, and I’m really happy! Also, I’ll buy their Dubia roaches and frozen rats and they are really good quality. They cost a little more than online but are worth the price. Snakes love the f/t feeders a lot more than the other brands.

Always friendly and very knowledgeable. Store is always clean. I purchase my crickets from them. I like buying them for Reptile Factory cause they live a lot longer than any other place that I purchase my crickets from. I will continue to visit them as long as I have my Leopard Geckos.

Absolutely love this store. Almost all of the ball pythons I own I have purchased at either of the Riverside or high desert location. The staff are all friendly and very helpful.
