My neighborhood grocery shop. Well equipped. Always fresh products. I like the organic fruits. Fresh daily prepared Sushi. Ready to eat delicious dishes. They have also Krispy Kreme doughnuts 🍩 employees always ready to help. Household items cleaning supplies Lotto, water on gallons outside. Hours of operation are the best! You can do your groceries anytime of the day. I like it. Definitely recommend that shop.

I want to start by saying I went to a few different bakeries before I came across Veronica who was confidant she would be able to do a flower garden pull apart cake. I came in the morning of the pickup when she was making it, and I told her my vision of a cupcake stand and she said that wouldnt work and she put it on four different trays instead of two to try to accommodate my last minute idea change that I for some reason didn’t realize would mess it up… but when they got to my parents house I couldn’t bare tamper with them because they were too perfect so I used the stand for something else. Absolute show stopper, Veronica did the most amazing job. Everyone now wants to get Ralph’s cakes at all of their events thanks to this beautiful piece of artwork Veronica blessed us with, and absolutely delicious too.

I love my local Ralph's. Too bad there's so much homeless people in this shopping area. I like to wake up early and get a bunch of stuff that's been marked down. Makes my life that much easier when it comes to packing lunches or making food for the family. Great store and customer service 👏

Only come here for the pharmacy, which is great. Both the pharmacist and techs are friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a pharmacy program that saves money on prescriptions. It's worth it, big time.The only negative is that this is the only Ralph's around that has a pharmacy.

I do love shopping here and I appreciate all the coupons they send out, and the app is great as well…but something about the quality control in their produce has gone down a bit. Over the past year, every time I buy the loose leafy green veggies, I always find bugs in them, and I do t have that issue at other stores. It’s a bit frustrating to deal with. 😕

This review is for the Starbucks staff. Terrible customer service.Today, 2/8/24, at around 5:30pm, I entered the store and decided to get a drink. The brunette at the counter, turned her back immediately as I arrived. I waited there; no acknowledgement, no greeting. I stood there for some more time and still, nothing was communicated. She and her co-worker were more interested in gossiping among themselves than to assist me. I'm so disappointed with the quality of customer service. I know for a fact, Starbucks has better expectations than what was shown in this occurrance. Instead of dealing with their lack of regard, I took my business across the street. And assure you, it was way better than what I experienced at this store today. I will think again before buying anything from this establishment.

It takes too long toLoad and having to do the extra step of clipping the coupon after scanning theThe item is a pain and sometimes, I didn't get my savings. At Vons, there is no extra step. You just scan the item, and it goes right to your card. Much better.

This particular Ralph's location stands out as the poorest among the 185 Ralph's stores and the entire Kroger Corporation's network of 2700+ locations.Having been a loyal shopper at Ralph's and previously Kroger in the southern region for over two decades, my overall experience has been positive. However, this recent incident was beyond disappointing--it was downright appalling.I am compelled to sever ties with this establishment due to the behavior of one individual: Joseph, the store manager. His blatant misogyny is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. Instead of adhering to protocol, Joseph resorts to aggression and disrespect, particularly towards women. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from someone in a leadership position.As long as Joseph remains employed at this location, every female customer or employee is vulnerable to experiencing misogyny. This issue needs to be addressed promptly and decisively to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.

Every time I have visited this store I end up having to deal with rude employees! Ralph's is my favorite grocery chain so this makes me very unhappy. I will not shop here any more!

This Review is for the self serve Pay machines. Went in to buy in a Rush. Had to answer 7 questions on the machine before it asked to insert credit card or debit card. Can u have one that you scan end pay without questions.

This is my local Ralphs I go to all the time and they are always very nice...I went in today knowing it would be busy before Thanksgiving....I was waiting in line when a nice gentleman offered to help me check out at a different counter he even carried my basket for me...he then alerted me to a sale I was unaware of then he went and got the products for me ...I made sure to look at his name tag I'm pretty sure his name was Adrian ...tall dark hair might I say handsome ...I thanked him and then saw the bosses standing up front so i told them how awesome and helpful Adrian was and I had to give him a shout out here too! Thanks again Adrian and thank u for reminding me there are still kind wonderful hearts in this world!

While shopping I saw a digital deal and I attempted to scan the item to get the discount. I was having a difficult time accessing the Ralph’s app. An employee named Wendy was walking by and stopped to help me. She was very patient with me. She walked me through the whole process. It took a considerable amount of time as I am tech illiterate. Her kindness and perseverance to ensure that I was able to get the price is greatly appreciated.It really made my day to have interacted with such a caring person.

I always find amazing deals on prepared meals like the tamales 2 pack at $1.80, $2.15, $2.30. Fried chicken pieces, buffalo wings and popcorn chicken are also great deals depending on day. Fresh cut flowers from .58 cents, roses at $3.20 a dozen is a steal!!!

I love this particular Ralph's. It's just a beautiful store. I used to think that Ralph's was more expensive than Stater Brothers, but it's definitely lower. They always have great deals and sales. All the meat and veggies are so fresh. And everyone that works there is just so friendly and nice. This is where my husband and I only shop. 👍🏻👍🏻

What is going on with Ralph’s La Sierra Riverside? This used to be the nicest market my family has been shopping here since it opened. Adding way to many self checks was a ridiculous idea! There is hardy any registers open and NO BOX PEOPLE INSIGHT. I’m tired of having to bag my own groceries this is not right. I am 64 and do not wish to use self check or bag my own groceries, I do not work for you!I went across the road to Stater Bros & they have plenty of kids to bag peoples groceries & no self check registers, so what’s your problem Ralph’s?Also please bring back the food items you discontinued

I visit this Ralph's location from time to time. Staff is always very nice and friendly. They have a great selection of products. Their produce is always fresh. Their pastries are also very good. I've been able to find some products here that I can't find at other local stores. Overall I like the store layout and the atmosphere.

Always has a great choice of produce, meats and cheeses, bakery selection, & just about anything else you could ask for in a grocery store. But their customer service is absolutely horrible. From management to baggers, you can never get an answer to a question you have and trying to get help with something is like pulling teeth. Aside from having great products and horrible customer service their prices are pretty high but then again they do normally offer good discounts and savings.

Don't stop at Starbucks in store. Save your money and go to the one in the parking lot. I order a trenta black iced tea and the cup was half full.i was told it was their policy.I went to the one in the parking lot order same drink and surprise it was full.

I always see the same people working here and they're always so nice and helpful whenever I ask for help on finding anything. I'm so used to workers giving some sort of attitude when I ask at Walmart, so it is nice to have a change of decent, nice employees.
