This is the only place my fur baby feels comfortable and likes going to (the Riverside location). They are patient, understanding of our fur babies anxiety and know how to calm them gently and with care.

Ashley was wonderful with my dogs nail trim. After a few times we almost changed where we went to get nail trims. But she did an excellent job. Will be back

I know they are short staffed. After an in store shopping. I don't really want to wait 15 to 20 minutes to check out with the cashier in the building.
