From the time I booked the appointment about 2wks ahead to the time my boys were picked up, the staff was very nice, informative with all around positive energy. Bryan booked my appointment and was one of the washers. He did an excellent job on Titan. The other staff members did well also. I appreciate this because I've had a bad experience at a different location and though it was closer they lacked interpersonal communication skills, professionalism... just proper customer service etiquettes that you would expect working directly with the public. So I've found my new location.

Katrina was amazing! She knows my dog and understands my dogs needs. She advised me on what cut to get and products that will ensure my dogs sensitive skin won’t be irritated. She took such wonderful care of my dog and protected her ears since she is prone to ear infections and I couldn’t be happier with the care that my dog received by Katrina. Katrina is super knowledgeable AND very caring and kind toward my dog. I would recommend Katrina to everyone!

Elizabeth and erika were absolutely WONDERFUL Elizabeth will be missed it's hard to find a groomer who can have the patience to handle Kodac. Hes a fussy maltipoo and stubborn but they both do so well with him. And I finally found a groomer who I can say I want the teddy bear look and give what I wanted without hearing hes not the type of dog that can get that cut

The person that was assisting my dog, trying to trim her nails, had no experience with animals and my dog was crying and fighting, he was forcing my dog I had to tell him to leave it alone because I was afraid that he may cut my dogs finger, so I ended up taking my dog back home without the nail trimmed. I am disappointed.
