I think it was the supervisor who helped me because my petco app doesn't work. So she called customer service to get a code for me to be able to get my free bag of dog food. Appreciated that she went the extra mile for me.

I am nearly 80 yrs old, trying to recover from a heart attack, and today I was trying to be a repeat customer here. That didn't happen. My appt for my 2 dogs was at 12:30.. I was told(when making appt on phone) to be there 15 minutes early. I was, and was told by Gabby that "you're too early, come back in 15-20 minutes". We waited in my car since there's no place to sit and my energy level is not normal yet. At 12:30 we went back and was told by a groomer that I'd have to wait still. I told her this was my 2nd time trying to ck in, theres no place to sit and...she suddenly turned very hostile saying, "...this place could give ME a heart attack, it's very stressful, and I think you're the type that would call 20 minutes after you drop your dog off to see if it's done! I won't be grooming your dog today!" I was so shocked!! All I could utter was that she would never be grooming my dogs. I asked for her name, she refused. The clerk told me it is Amy. I am so flabbergasted at how disrespectful and rude this person was to me. I would NEVER allow her to touch my dogs...she's not to be trusted! I asked for manager, she was at lunch. I cried all the way home... my poor pups need a bath.

I hate I took my puppy here! Very unsatisfied with his hair cut they butchered the top of head head he went from looking like a prince to an old man! I will never go there again! Also Ashley the manager was rude and didn’t care! Poor customer service!

I always have a great experience at this location... I have never been met with any pushback whatsoever on price adjustments to match online prices, nor for returns/exchanges. Very seamless shopping experience every time! Thank you Trautwein Petco!!

I can never complain about this place. They have everything I need for Pom Pom(don’t laugh wasn’t my idea). They make sure that Pom Pom looks good, smells good , and doesn’t have claws like a tiger. I had no idea that you really can’t cut the hair for a Pomeranian. They are the ones who told me what I could NOT do ( what happens when the wife’s surprises your with a dog). I love dogs b ur have only really had big ones so smalls are new to me. Say hi Pom Pom!!!🐶🐶🐶

You may want to avoid this place if you can .they have no one who can help you solve problems. My cat was in need of a kidney support and urgent care cat food and since it is a prescription food, there solution was for me to drive back to my vet get the prescription and then ask their vet if is acceptable that they sell me the food to keep my cat alive. I just hope it gets approved today so I can feed my cat.

I took my Beau there for the final bath, nail trip, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and for the last time due to his age, the manager requested I never bring him in again because of liability reasons. Well, what could I say..I later found out that My Beau had an accident while he was there and that has been happening lately and I told them before bringing in for appointment, he had been having accidents and they said bring him in. I brought him in, and was stunned when they asked to not bring him back. I realized when I got him home, his nails were too long still, his ears were cleaned but not dry, which is important for a Basset Hound. He didn't smell like he had a bath. I was very disappointed. It was like they were never gonna see more money, so they didn't care if I was not happy with their services, which I paid high dollar to make my Beau feel good getting groomed and beautiful.But it really doesn't matter now because I lost my Beau on Sept 27th to cancer. He was 12 yrs and 3 months old, and I won't be needing thier services anymore anyway. I just wanted to make folks aware of what happened so hopefully they see this and not do this again.

Incredible First Time Experience at The Grooming Salon! I am so pleased to have learned they don’t muzzle dogs. To the Stylist that took care of my beloved Fur baby Britney F. Thank you for your patience. It was my dogs very first time being groomed simple bath ,ear cleaning and nail trim. When I say I was relieved I mean by knowing your dog was in good hands.The weight was immediately lifted off my shoulders. I know my dog so well and since he’s 1 year old he’s still not comfortable with people.Luckily for me I was given a stylist who understood canine behavior. Britney gave me and my dog above and beyond customer service and with that I will definitely book with her again. Since then I have a different appeal for this Petco in general.

I shop at this location because it is the closest to my house. Pricing is fair--I was getting delivery of dry food and cat litter at one point but I stopped. I brought my cat to the vet once too.

Clean/friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and the cutest sleeping kittens known to man. Unlike other animal care places this one is a one stop shop...from grooming services, to training the little bundle to stay away from your shoes, plants, and that squirrel up the block. 4 stars...keep it up...doing great!

Michelle is the best grommer, we stay in Rancho Cucamonga and make the drive just so our dog can get grommed by her. She goes above and beyond I highly recommend her as a grommer

Maybe it's just the time of day I always arrive... But the isles are always crowded with excess inventory, only a few staff, and not really a pleasant shopping experience. That said... It's a petco... And they always have what I need.

I had the worst customer service at this location. I had setup an appointment for my dog's vaccinations and check-up. My appointment was at 2:30pm. I received a call from the vet's office at 2:35 pm that the vets is backed up and they are canceling my appointment. I told the lady on the phone that I'm in the parking lot and she insisted that I now have to wait till next week as they are fully booked. I went inside to speak to the manager and was informed that due to the vet running behind, I have to reschedule. I have never experienced such customer service in my life.

I walked past an older male worker talking to another worker, set my stuff at the cash register, and then patiently wait for a good few minutes for them to finish their conversation to finally call another worker from grooming to check me out. That girl hopping from grooming to cash register deserves a raise though.

My puppy had been going there for 9 months and we didn’t have any problems until today. One of the groomers was very rude to us. Yelled at my husband telling him they had just cancelled our appointment. He was in line and there were 3 people ahead of him but she singled him out and didn’t wait for his turn to talk to him. When I called to reschedule and see what the problem was the same person answered and she was extremely rude to me, horrible attitude and when I brought up her behavior she didn’t care. I asked to speak to my usual groomer and she said she was busy and they would no longer see my dog so that i couldn’t book. I asked to speak to a manager and after being on hold for close to 10 min she got on the phone and apparently they had brought her up to speed but it was all the wrong information. I was on the phone for about 20 min and even though the manager was nice she said they are refusing to see my dog and I didn’t get an explanation on why. I don’t think they liked that I escalated this situation. In the past I heard bad stories about their grooming dept but I didn’t experience it so it was hard for me to believe but now I see why people don’t go back. The actual store employees are always really nice and helpful. I would just stay away from grooming.

I would have gave it a 3 star but being the worker was nice goes a long way but it did not have what I was looking for and Petco seams to me to be a little high on there price's $. I find that on Amazon pretty much has what I need at a better price, and also save money on gas.

This a great store with employees who genuinely care about your pet. I take my dog here for grooming (super sweet gals!), training (Steve is 👍), and for Vet care (Vet techs are super nice to my pup (Alyssa is awesome)! The fact that you have a one-stop shop here is why I keep coming back. Also, the team that handles tropical fish know what they are talking about (won't sell you a fish that doesn't look healthy) and give great advice.

The grooming salon is extremely unprofessional. ASHLEY, the receptionist/desk woman is a nightmare to deal with. I've never been treated so badly by anyone in the customer service industry in my life. I can go on and on about the horrible attitude, the negative remarks and lies she left in my dog's file and wrote her vaccinations were expired when they weren't, and how she also up charged the cost to almost double of what it should have been. I even spoke to the store manager about her and he didn't want to hear it. It seemed as though the two of them were in a relationship because he defended her like a husband would a wife. Bottom line: DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE.

Absolutely 0 stars not only once did they drop our dog while grooming but TWICE!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!! THAN THEY ACT LIKE YOUR THE PROBLEM!IM SORRY BUT IF YOU DROP SOMEONES DOG YOU ARE THE PROBLEM WE TOLD THEM EACH TIME WE DROPPED OFF OUR DOG TO NOT LEAVE HER ALONE AND AGAIN TODAY THEY DROPPED HER! SHE HAS A GASH ON HER BELLY.AND THEY DIDNT OFFER TO GET HER BET ATTENTION?THEY EXPECTED US TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!DONT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE THEY WILL HURT YOUR PET!
