Been taking my dog to Pawlished Paws for years and have been very happy with their service. My pup is a rescue and scared of everything. She shakes when she goes in but every groomer is so nice that when she comes out she’s not scared at all!

I made an appointment and at 4:30 the day before the groomer canceled which was inconvenient and frustrating but okay things happen. Day of my new appointment I arrive at the address but find myself in a maze of parking so I call and neither of the people I spoke to were any help in directing me to their location. I eventually parked and set out on foot trying to find the place, I finally find it and went into the wrong area there's the area where the dogs get groomed and then there's a store that you are supposed to pay at the counter so I go around to the store and there is a lady ahead of me after she has paid for her grooming I tell them I am dropping off and I'm informed they cannot accept my dog because I'm 14 minutes late and they have a 10 minute max. If that's the case and you're going to enforce to the minute you need to address customers as they walk in and check them in if that's what they're there for. The girl working the register was aware I was standing in line with a dog in my hands. The location is inconvenient that coupled with their last minute cancelation and strict enforcement of appointment time not being based on when you arrive but when they are able to tend to you makes this a hard pass for me. They get good reviews so I'm sure they do good work but so do many other groomers without the headache. They're clearly busy enough they can afford to lose a customer.

This place is “pAwesome”!!! Paws down the best groomer around!! They take such good care of my fur baby… my Maltipoo always comes home smelling pretty and showing off her new haircut!! I’ve been looking for a trusty groomer since we moved here 3months ago. Came across Pawlished Paws through reading reviews so I decided to call and schedule. Thankfully there were cancellations two weeks ahead so they were able to take my two long haired cats in for different days. Today, my 4yo had a nice spa day with Mindy. Cat full groom costs 99$, a little pricey than what we used to pay in the east coast but its worth it. The grooming session lasted for 3hours where she had a Lion cut, bath, ear cleaning, nail trim etc. We are looking forward to my 1yo Siberian cat’s spa day next week!

This was our first time bringing Loki for a grooming appointment! He was groomed by Lauren. She did an amazing job! His cut was perfect & came back looking like a brand new dog 😍 we are very happy!

Pawlished Paws is amazing! The staff and groomers were so kind with my baby. She’s only six months and can be a little handful, but they were lovely with her! She also smells and looks amazing and I think the price is more than fair for what you get. Bonus little dog treats are reasonable! We are just glad they want to have our little monster Dolly back!

My dog was injured at this establishment and the owner has failed to take any responsibility. I've been coming here for more than a year and my dog has a rare condition where her skin is very thin and tears easily. When I arrived I spoke to the groomer about her condition and asked her not to use any tools on her and to only work with her hands. I got a call an hour later from the groomer telling me I needed to take my dog to the emergency vet because she tore her when she was combing her out. I went to pick her up, frustrated and didn't give anyone a hard time because it was an accident. I was told the owner would reach out and it's been 3 weeks and have not heard from anyone. Fortunately, I was able to care for her wound at home but the owner is not taking any responsibility or even checking to see if my pet is okay or even alive. I'm disappointed because this was my favorite spot to bring my pets. We won't be returning and I will be advising my friends and family not to come here.

Tried to give this place a couple chances and had my final straw when they cut my dog and didn’t bother to let me know . And tried to let them know they cut my dog and I noticed when I got home and they had nerve to say must of been there before he came . They didn’t even try help me they just want your money and don’t really bother to get know your pet . Yeah not worth coming here tbh , thanks a-lot Pawlished paws

I made an appointment for my two dogs. Heidi, Havanese and Zander, Mini Schnauzer . When I signed up, I specifically asked to not cut Zanders eye lashes. When I got them back, Heidi was done really well. Zander, was not done right. They had cut his eyelash in half. He moved she said. I paid and left a tip and went home to find his ears were horrible, jagged and tuffs on top and at the base. I called and they told me to come in at 8:30. The verifying text was also stating 8:30. When I got there, they told me it was 8:45. I was mad. She said the text said 8:45. I looked and she was wrong. Or she just said it was 8:45... they did Zander and said if it wasn't ok they would fix it. I said if it wasn't ok , I'd fix it. I got into my car and called them, I had my Alheimers mom waiting so I had to go. I explained I had a mom w Alheimers and that time was important. I spoke to her and I told her that I checked the text and it said 8:30. I also told her that I didn't appreciate being told one thing and text one thing and having her say it was someone else I talked to that made the 8:30. She said it changed.. well I didn't get that update on the change. In the end she said she got me in at 8:35 and that I should be happy.Ok so I should be happy they cut off half my dogs eyelash and chopped up his ears so that I had to come back with my mom who has Alheimers. Right !!! I told her to take me off her books. We agreed it would be the best. I had been with another groomer for a long time and just wanted to try a different one. Now I really know the meaning of if, it it's not broke , don't fix it...Not a fan of Pawlished Paws

My baby Angelina is always safe here. People here are very competent and care about our pet. A year ago I had to change from another terrible place in Moreno Valley, Oh So Cute, which is a place that do not know how to handle situations when issues arise. In fact, the hurt my baby on her eye terribly. On the other hand, Pawlished Paws always cares for our little ones.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a really long time! I've been coming to Pawlished Paws since late 2019. I randomly found this place on Yelp and I'm so happy I ever did!!My Golden Retriever, Delilah, had been turned away from Petco and "banned" from grooming services. They said she would become too anxious and were scared she would hurt herself. Because of this, I started searching for new groomers that would accommodate Delilah's needs. I visited a few different groomers but none of them felt quite right until I came to Pawlished Paws.Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly! They provide great customer service and truly care about the pets that come here. My favorite groomer is Janie. She seriously cares about Delilah so much! She understands her needs and knows she needs to take it slow with Delilah because of her anxiety. I request her for Delilah's visits every time. She is a Golden Retriever expert! I love knowing that Delilah is in good hands every time I leave her at Pawlished Paws with Janie.I am so thankful for Janie and the rest of the staff at Pawlished Paws. Every time I come here my experience and Delilah's experience is always wonderful. I'm glad Delilah has found a place and she enjoys and has formed a bond with her groomer Janie!

I was scared to drop off my dog. it was going to be his first visit to any type of grooming. He is a nervous 6 month old due to being a Pandemic puppy. Let me just say when I got him back he looked like a completely different dog. I was amazed at how well they left my boy. I also found them to be very understanding and taking the time to hear me out and how undecided I was about his cut. It all turned out great and my pup is finally smelling great. Definitely recommend and will be taking my doggo back again. Before and after picture of my copper. I got him just right for the summer.

I won't take my dog anywhere else. I literally drive an hour to just come here. The minute you walk in you feel welcomed. My dog goes in and loves that everyone knows her. Lauren is the best groomer and is just the sweetest. She takes the time and my dog just loves her.

Great grooming service. I've been staying with family and couldn't get my dog groomed at her normal groomer. I was nervous about going somewhere new. Everyone was very friendly and patient with my concerns. Jason came out and introduced himself before taking my dog. He did a great job with Hoppy. I will definitely come back when in the area.

Janie did my baby. From the moment we walked in and all the way thru, everybody was awesome, eager to help and took all the time that we needed to answer all of our questions. They also have all kinds of things that they sell for your babies. The place is adorable. I love taking my fur babies here. The customer service is awesome, I get soft paws on my cat and has helped tremendously with scratching. I also take my chihuahua for grooming. The pet care here is amazing. I highly recommend. I also recommend Mindy for cat care, but everyone there is great.
