I’m so happy I found this place so close to home. I called to see if they would shave my dogs paw so I can see if she had a foxtail in it and they accommodated me that day even having a full schedule, so I made an appointment for my other doodle to come in the next morning and they were so great, even just hearing how they spoke to pepper made me happy. She did a great job on the grooming, i needed a shave down and teddy bear face and it was perfect! Price is so reasonable compared to other places I’ve gone to. Super happy to now be a customer, I’m a big fan!I do wish it was in a safer area, but i can deal with that for the service I get!

I can’t praise our dog groomer enough! Blanca absolutely loves going there, thanks to the friendly and caring staff. Scheduling appointments is a breeze with their accommodating approach. During our last visit, they went above and beyond, surprising us with adorable Christmas photos of Blanca. It’s clear they genuinely care for our pets and value their customers. Highly recommended for top-notch service and a pet-friendly atmosphere!

Been taking my dogs here for more than 2 yrs now and I love the staff here so much. Always kind and treat the dogs so well. It’s not a fancy shmacy place but the service and quality is super!

Reasonable prices, they did a great job with my husky despite him sometimes being sensitive about anyone touching his feet. They made him feel comfortable while there so he was able to get his paw hair trimmed nicely. Will be using them again for sure!

Loved taking all my pups here! First Round took my terrier and two mini schnauzer. They came home looking like new dogs! The girls here do great work. The best part was seeing how calm my dogs were when I got back to pick them up. They have my business moving forward.

Great place! Staff is very friendly and love dogs! They groomed my Chow Chow and transformed into a beautiful queen! After a year without a good bath and good grooming my baby was horrible but they really take care and expended more than 8 hours on my Chow. 8 hours! Believe me, No one have that devotion at work, other people told me they want shave my girl and they said no! They know how take care of a Chow Chow and there's counted people on the grooming industry who knows exactly what to do with a Chow.I love this people and extremely recomend you take your doggie to this spot, I'm sure you gonna be extremely happy like me.Este es un gran lugar para que lleves a tu perrito. Son gente profesional y que entregada a su labor. Nadie como estas personas, dedicaron 8 horas para salvar el pelaje de mi Chow Chow y eso casi nadie lo hace. Todas las peluquerías de Riverside querían rasurarlo menos estas bellas personas. Te aseguro que quedarás feliz con su trabajo, te lo garantizo!

I used the Self serve dog wash station (First come first serve bases so come early or prepare to wait). I came on a weekday so nobody was there, basically I didn’t have to wait in line. I had a 50-60lb husky and she fit the bath tub just fine. Costed me about $15 for all the shampoo, towel, pet blow dryer, and apron. They also provided me a deshedding shampoo but I just got the regular whitening shampoo. Very lovely shop, a bit hidden but great shop. Parking is limited, but free. BEWARE OF PARKING THOUGH.

I’ve been taking my Chihuahua to Lots O Love for eight years now and the ladies there are very nice. My fur baby is not very cooperative about getting her ( black ) nails clipped but the ladies there are very good with her and my Bella has NEVER come back to me with a single bloodied nail.

The caretakers are great. Dealing with many dogs in a loud barking environment can be immensely irritating and strenuous on the ears and Psyche, but every time me and my wife stroll in, they are ready to greet and take care of our needs. We thank you guys from the greatness of our hearts. May Jesus bless the company and the workers the desires of their hearts. Keep up the great work.

Took my kitty here to Patty, she was a life saver. She was matted and Patty took her time and did a wonderful job. She gave her a cute lions cut and i can tell my baby feels much happier. I also was so surprised how much my cat loved her... she came walking out holding her like they were best friends. Patty has a special touch for cats and dogs! Highly recommend. And will definitely be back!

Dont go here...unless your dog doesnt mind sitting in a cage for 4 hours.I called at 9:15 asking if there were any appointments available for my 7 month old maltese mix. The lady on the phone asked if I could bring my dog now . I arrived at at 9:30 and was told there was only 1 dog ahead of mine and there were 3 groomers so it shouldnt take long. I called at 12:30 and was told that they were just starting on him. I went to pickup-front my dog at 2:15 and was told they needed another hour with him. When I heard my dog yelping, I decided to take him home. They charged me $55 for literally a half groomed dog

I come here all the time for my big baby ghost. We have a tub of our own but when he needs a good de-shedding I come here. The customer service is always amazing they always help me by giving me new tips on how to shower my dog. They are always so friendly and welcoming their self-service (which is first come first serve so come early or on weekdays) is great they provide you with anything you need if you don’t already have it. Booking an appointment is even better they take their time with your baby so you know they are getting proper care. They usually have more dogs so it might take a little longer for your dog to be done. Overall I love this place and so does ghost.

The prices are so affordable here, and if you bring your own products, you get a discount! My dog is over 100lbs, so she was a little tight in the tub, but we managed. It also felt good to be helping out a small business. Definitely will be going back. Thank you!

Lots O Love Pet Wash Center made a very difficult dog washing job a breeze. Or as close to 'a breeze' as you can get with a 110 pound german shepherd dog: they have shampoo, towels, a dryer, tubs at a convenient height, a muzzle if you have to wash a particularly mouthy/nipping dog, even a ramp to help larger dogs into the higher tubs. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the future!

I love this place! Well I should say my back loves this place, and that would be due to the raised tubs. They have all the essential tools you need to get your pup's and other animals nice and clean. The pricing is reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm looking forward to trying out their grooming services!

I went to them for the first time since moving to California 2 weeks ago. The self-service is great. I have a very big, high-spending Leonberger/German Shepherd mix. They have a ramp to help large dogs get into the wash tub. And the wash tub is very deep which keeps your dog from jumping out. I only had to use 2 towels before I started drying him with the dryer -- he usually needs 4 towels. The dryer's nozzle can be removed which is great because my dog hates the sound of the power nozzle.This is my go to place to bathe my big boy.

Both of my dogs had their nails clipped with ease and grace. I have a pit bull and beagle. We were able to walk in with no appointment They have excellent customer service and great prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my dog here today for grooming. I had never been here but had been looking for a groomer for my Akita pup. I was greeted by an employee that was very helpful and took the time to make friends with my pup before showing us to a tub. She helped me get him into the tub and showed me where everything was at - shampoo, towels, curry brush, dryer, etc. They groom also, but I wanted to bathe him myself. After about an hour, I had a nice clean pup!Overall I liked the place & the employees were nice too. It could use a little TLC as it looked a little run down, but I will be returning definitely because they were able to provide all I needed to get my pup clean and smelling good again!

I got my dog today and the lady cut his nail too short or whatever and blood was dripping everywhere. My sisters picked him up from the groomer and when they were home they had blood on their clothes from where he was bleeding. I do not recommend this place once so ever. Not to mention his hair looks so choppy and the hair is so uneven. He has long hairs and short hairs on his head. Also I called many times after I made his appointment on Sunday to change it to 9am but I never got a response or call back. I am so confused on how this place has positive reviews
